Dell Computer Problem + DAQ1200 + RS232/4

I try to install NI HW in my new Dell GX240 (1,76GHz P4, 256MB)
NI-PCI-1200 Slot4, PCI-Bus:2,device:10,function:0 IRQ:19, DMA0,1,2
NI-PCI-232/4 Slot3, PCI-Bus:2,device:9,function:0, IRQ:18
SW: Labview 6.1 // Windoof 2000
Driver Version:

After first starting up ... driver install... etc... I can use MAX-Test
panel
to test the DAQ-1200 card... everything works... (also from Labview
itself...)
When I shutdown my computer and fire it up again, the MAX-Test panel
cannot
communicate with the DAQ card. Failure: on the spec. base address the
device does not answer... or so...
The interresti
ng is, that if I change in Bios the IRQ - I can only
change 9,10,11 with this computer .. and fire the computer up again
the DAQ card works... till I shutdown again...
any hints are very welcome...

T use different positions for the DAQ card is due to space available not
so easy, I need additional a 1409 framegrabber and a GPIB card...
To disable scan for new devices, how can I add other NI hardware and
test?
Plug and pray was disabled...
It looks like, that NI is not Dell friendly or ...

I've burnt a slideshow of my photos on my Apple Mac to a DVD+REW disc but it will not play on my DVD player or on a combined DVD/TV. However it will play on my wife's Acer laptop. I then erased the disc & burned another slideshow from my ancient Dell computer onto the same disc &it played just fine on everything. So it seems the problem ids somewhere in the Apple Mac process. Any ideas?

I had a case nunmber but was unable to reconnect with the support service-- kept being put on hold, getting a callback time and a callback that was only more canned music . I have tr ied several times without success to reach any Adobe support staff. From looking at my downloads, it would appear that the program has been downloaded four times. I still get the same error message-- that an archive file is missing---It takes hours to download this program and apparently hours to get any response from Adobe support staff. I'm just about to give up.

if you have a problem dl'g, you didn't follow all 7 steps. the most common error involves failing to meticulously follow steps 1,2 and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system enabling you to download the correct version from adobe.com).

When I plug my IPOD touch into my dell computer all it shows are my picture. I am afraid if I update the software on the IPOD it will erase all my music.

You have to follow these instructions. When they say restore from backup your iPod will also be updated.

When plugging iPhone into computer to sync DELL computer shuts down

I am trying to sync my iPhone (adding new music). When I plug my phone into my DELL computer , it first recognizes the hardware , then computer screen goes blank. I have tried different USB ports.
I get an error saying NET Framework, and have tried to install this software but then it says not compatible.
Also I called support and the rep suggested to open MSN as my browser and that did help previously, but now I am having the same problem with my computer screen going blank when I plug in my phone.
Is there anything anyone can suggest to do?

Does it display a blue screen with diagnostic information before shutting down? Do you have a scanner or Webcam? If so you need to upgrade the drivers for these. See

1. Watch out for the McAfee Live Safe Premiere Elements problems if that McAfee is the antivirus program.
2. I am using Intel HD Graphics for the computer video card/graphic card and have not had problem with it.
3. Does it come with an extra bay in which to install an internal Blu-ray DVD burner if it does not come with that
type of burner at purchase? Whatever burner you have determine at the onset if Premiere Elements recognizes
your burn in its burn dialog Burner Location field. And, check burn dialog Status to make sure you are getting the
Ready message when the disc is inserted into the burner tray and not "Media Not Preset".
4. If any preinstalled software try to get installation files and serial number if possible.

Accessing wireless for a dell computer using airport express

I use my macbook with my wireless network using an airport express base in my home. My guest wants to pick up the wifi in my house. His Dell computer doesn't pick up the wifi. His tech guy says the problem is the airport express base. My mac book picks up wifi great. Can more than one user get wifi with an airport base? Is there an incompatibility problem with a dell laptop not being able to get the wifi? I do not speak tech language at all and would appreciate any help. Thanks.

Yes, the AirPort Express Base Station (AX) can support up to 10 concurrent wireless devices at the sae time.
Is there an incompatibility problem with a dell laptop not being able to get the wifi?
The AX is a standard 802.11b/g wireless router, or if you have the newer model, it will also support 802.11n devices. Most Dells that are wireless capable, should support these same standards.
Are you running wireless encryption (WEP, WPA or WPA2) on your AX? What is the operating system on his Dell laptop? Windows XP or Vista? If it is XP, which Service Pack level ... SP1, SP2, or SP3?

This is the message I receive says " The iphone 'iPhone' cannot be used because it requires iTunes version 11.1 or later. Go to www.itunes.com.au to download the latest version of iTunes". I get a similar one for my iPad too.
When I go to the website I can only find the download for my PC but not the iPhone.

No, your iPhone i s telling you that you need iTunes 11.1 or greater on your computer in order to sync with the computer.
I've been having problems with iTunes on my PC so I re-installed it but it's been a nightmare trying to get it to work.
Then you should fix this issue with iTunes before you try to sync your iPhone to it.
