Dell Precision Systems Failures

Question

Environment - SCCM 2012 R2 using MDT 2013 and the Windows 8.1 ADK.
I have successfully deployed Dell Latitudes and Optiplexs without issue - using MDT Task Sequence and applying driver packages built using the Dell Driver CAB files for Enterprise Client OS Deployment.  However, I have failures with both Precision models
I have tried to deploy - the M4700 and T3600.  Both the smsts log and dism log indicate that the first driver injected to the offline image successfully but fail when trying to inject the second driver.
I tried to add the log files here, but ran into a body length issue.

It's not the driver.  I have manually altered the driver package to exclude what was the second driver and it failed in the same location.
I tried an earlier CAB driver package for the same system and it failed - in the same location.
I tried a different model Precision with a different set of drivers and it failed - in the same location (on the second DISM injection).
Both M4700 and T3600 models are failing on the second DISM driver injection into the offline image, and they both seem to first fail on the second DISM injection with:
Failed to open the registry root: n/a, key: Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList. [HRESULT = 0x80070002 - ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND]
Failed to query for path to user profiles directory. [HRESULT = 0x80070002 - ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND]
Failed to load the default user profile registry hive. [HRESULT = 0x80070002 - ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND]
