Delta image records included in Purchasing initialisation

Hi all,
Is it valid for delta image records to be included in an initialisation of Purchasing (02)?
We have active 2LIS_02 DataSources and whenever they are initialised we get multiple records that are obviously all of the changes ever made to every purchase order. I have followed SAP's Best Practice document for initialisation and all the steps (LBWG, LBWQ, RSA7, OLI3BW). The industry sector is set to Standard and all the transaction keys seem to be in order.
As an example, there are only 4 POs in the R/3 Dev system but when I run the initialisation I get 12 header records (before and after images when the PO was GI'd). The setup table is DEFINITELY empty before I run OLI3BW and ROCANCEL is mapped to 0RECORDMODE and 0STORNO for all DataSources in BW, as recommended on a previous thread.
The only OSS Note relating to this seems to be 712898, as some of the FM's have different parameters. OLI3BW seems to look for InfoStructures before reading the transparent tables, so I don't know whether this affects the initialisation set up.
The load is too large and taking too much time to load from each initialisation that we do so we need to optimise it if possible. Can anyone shed any light on this?
Thanks,
Stuart

Yes, is valid and it is the way in which it works.

  • How can I format a mac G5 without the disc's included at purchase? Is it possible?

I was recently able to purchase an Old G5 from work and I would like to format it. The grey install discs that are included at purchase from mac have long since been trashed (why anyone would do that blows my mind). I have an install disc of OSX Leopard could I use that to format the computer? On a side note I can buy up 2 more g5's however they also don't have the discs or even a harddrive. So assuming I buy a mac formatted harddrive's could those also be Salvaged? They're selling them for $50 so I don't want to pass up on them if I can get them working.

    1. If it's a retail disk and not one which originally shipped with a Mac, yes. Note that it doesn't contain iLife or the Apple Hardware Test.
    2. If there's nothing else wrong with the other two, yes. The drive doesn't need to come formatted for Mac OS X; it can be reformatted.

  • I just purchased a new computer and want to synch my iPod.  My music (including iTunes purchases and my personal CD rips) is located on a WD portable hard drive.  What do I do to synch my iPod and have it recognize the music on the WD drive ?

I just purchased a new Toshiba laptop with Windows 7 Home Premium (Service Pack 1) OS.  I own an iPod Classic that has always been synched with my old laptop.  All my music (including iTunes purchases and personal music CD rips) is on a WD portable hard drive.  What are the steps to take to synch my existing iPod with my new laptop and get all the music ?

Import the music on the external HD into iTunes.  If you don't want iTunes to make a new copy of each track that is stored in your iTunes Media folder on your PC's internal HD, make sure the Copy files to iTunes Media folder when adding to library option is NOT ticked from under the Advanced tab of iTunes Preferences.  Just remember that if you go this route, you'll always need to have your external HD plugged in before you start up iTunes.

  • Recording tv shows purchased on iTunes to DVD

How do I record tv shows purchased on iTunes to DVD?

You can, but only to a data DVD for backup and transport; the content on such DVDs can't be played outside of iTunes. Creating a data DVD is done by treating the video files as if they were any other file.

  • Protected articles display as preview images without the Large Purchase Pane

I created a folio with article preview in v27. When I open it right after the preview content completes downloading, everything works as expected.
However, when I open the same preview folio afterwards, the protected articles display as preview images and the Large Purchase Pane disappears.
Anyone have an idea what might cause this problem?

It turned out that I did not set up the subscription purchase on iTunes Connect, so the subscription button disappears from the purchase panel.

  • Information on Management reporting (Record to Report, Purchase to Pay)

    Hi Experts,
Can you please provide me the details on management reporting detail on the following business processes
    Record to Report
    Purchase to Pay
    Plan & Make
    Product Formulation
    Order to Cash
I would like to know the data sources providing details on the above listed business processes.
    Thanks for your help.

    Hi Rachan:
as said by vishwanath, we cant give you particular info. If you can be specific on the report then we can throw light...
to let you start, you can visit the below link for P2P(procure to pay):
    http://help.sap.com/saphelp_erp2005/helpdata/en/index_srmaddon.htm
In P2P, basically you get the data from SRM and R/3. you can get reports like  vendor evalualtions/shopping cart status/ Contracts/PO's etc. It more of a "how much you spend", where are you spending and who are the top vendors. Information like this can be obtained from P2P area (SRM).
    Hope it helps

  • RAW image recording / lens abberation correction

My question involves which image-recording quality matters when one is planning to use lens correction data. Although one of EOS Utility manuals mentions how Digital Photo Professional can resolve peripheral aberrations, it only mentions chromatic corrections only for images such as those recorded RAW. What precisely are right and wrong recording quality choices, in regard to their correlation to the correction data that software uses to fix aberrations?

Peripheral illumination correction merely corrects optical vignetting that's inherent to many lenses. In other words, it corrects the eveness of illumination across the entire image frame, where without it the corners and edges of the image might be a little darker than the center of the image. It's most common in wide angle lenses. Distortion and chromatic aberration corrections are only applied in-camera when you process RAW files into JPEGs. So, in other words, if you want them done in-camera you must have the camera set to produce JPEG or to RAW+JPEG for these corrections to be applied. The same corrections can be applied during post-processing by Canon Digital Photo Pro RAW conversion software. If you had the corrections enabled in-camera, then allow DPP software to process "as shot", it will apply them the same way as if it were in-camera. Alternatively, you can manually override the corrections in post-processing.
Many other post-processing RAW conversion softwares can do similar. For example, Adobe Lightroom (Adobe Camera Raw) has a lot of lens correction profiles built in that can be applied automatically, as well as manual controls for all three types of correction. DXO software appears to be an even more advanced lens correction software. If done in post-processing, the end result from the RAW conversion can be a file type other than 8 bit JPEG, such as 16 bit TIF or PSD, etc. If the processing is done in-camera, you can only get JPEG files. I hope this makes sense. ***********

The hard drive on my laptop died, so i have lost all my music. It is saved on my iphone, is there any way to transfer it across onto my new laptop? Or does itunes keep a record of my purchases?

    You should be able to:
Backup the device to the new installation
Transfer your purchases into a newly authorized library
Recover any other media using third party tools as suggested in this post from forum regular Zevoneer
Restore the device from the backup
This process should switch the association of the device to the new library, preserving the data and settings in your apps.
May also be prudent to attempt a backup to iCloud directly from the device before you start... Settings > iCloud > Storage & Backup > iCloud Backup > On. It won't save any media but it would preserve the general account settings and documents in case anything goes wrong while you are trying to extract your other data.
When you get it all fixed, make a backup!

    Hi Venkat,
If you are using a Custom DataSource/Extractor the main problem is that you are collecting data from a lot of tables, so it is really difficult to determine a field for the delta.
If for you is important only a change at Key Fields Table (EKBE) you can set the Generic Delta only on a field of this table (Doc Number or Position Number - Date - Timestamp).
But if you are interested in all changes you have to determine a single field for every tables...
I think it is really difficult to find a delta in all these tables.
Maybe you can think to use in BW an ODS without Reporting BEx flag to determine Delta, and then introduce delta records in a Cube.
    Ciao.
    Riccardo.

  • *Query needs The Delta changeed records from Change log table*

    Hello Friends,
I got an requirement where they want to see the current data and also the changes that happened last week. For e.g.
    Sales Order 1       100 Qty      Nov 1 2009
    sales Order 1         50 Qty      Oct 25 2009
as you can see, they want to see these both records in the query. I am running out of ideas , on how to establish this scenario. Can we some how report directly on the changelog table where it maintains all the delta changes.....
Appreciate your answers........ Thanks for your time......

    Hi,
    you can do the following:
    to find last week
Create a Customer Variable for Calday
EXIT_SAPLRSOO_001 ---> Include ZXRSRUO1 write the code for the variable created above
    DATA : date TYPE sy-datum.
    date = sy-datum. "Today
date+6(2) = '01'. "First day of this month
date = date - 7. "Previous week before first day of this month = last week of last month
Current week take the system Date ( with give the current week)
                                 OR (more options)
Some function modules you can use in exits are
DATE_GET_WEEK - Will return a week that the day is in. ( Current week)
DATE_GET_WEEK -1 will returne the previous week of the day is ( previous week)
