Delta records are not coming

Hi experts
in our system upto yesterday i go the delta for vditm, today i am getting the in the monitor screen 0 to 0 records are updated. i executed in r/3 side v3 job but i did not get the data RSA7. pls help how to bring the data??

My query is about delta loading from DSO to info cube. (Filter used in selection)
Delta records are not loading from DSO to Info cube. I have tried all options available in DTP but no luck.
Selected "Change log" and "Get one request only" and run the DTP, but 0 records got updated in info cube
Selected "Change log" and "Get all new data request by request", but again 0 records got updated
Selected "Change log" and "Only get the delta once", in that case all delta records loaded to info cube as it was in DSO and gave error message "Lock Table Overflow" .
When I run full load using same filter, data is loading from DSO to info cube.
Can anyone please help me on this to get delta records from DSO to info cube?

Data is loading in case of full load with the same filter, so I don't think filter is an issue.
When I follow below sequence, I get lock table overflow error;
1. Full load with active table with or without archive
2. Then with the same setting if I run init, the final status remains yellow and when I change the status to green manually, it gives lock table overflow error.
When I chnage the settings of DTP to init run;
1. Select change log and get only one request, and run the init, It is successfully completed with green status
2. But when I run the same DTP for delta records, it does not load any data.
Please help me to resolve this issue.

0HR_PT_1 , delta records are not extracting.

We are done delta initialization for 0HR_PT_2, and 0HR_PT_1
After when we try to pull delta it coming 0 Records,
In RSA7 delta record is showing 0,
We are maintaining the T569R table also.
Can you please suggest me some solution on this

chk whether the users were allowed to do posts after the init loads.chk if any new records in the HR tables after ur init loads.

Delta records are not found in RSA7 but can be seen in RSA3

Delta records for 0HR_PY_1 is not showing in RSA7 for the month of April
but showing in RSA3.How can we load to BI when they are not appearing in RSA7?
Can any one please guide what and how many transactions should exactly lead to the updation of RSA7 delta queue?
If the list of the transactions can be given,I can cross verify with the users whether these transactions are already over or not.Help is sincerely expected..Kindly help.

Delta records are not populating for enhanced fields in 2LIS_17_I3HDR

       I have an issue with 2LIS_17_I3HDR datasource, i have enhanced the DS with Zfields, these are populated from AUFK through user exit. When i fill setup table, i can see the values being populated for enhanced fields, but for delta records, i dont find any values for these enhanced fields, even though the values exists in the AUFK table and i even tried degugging the user exit code, it doesnt go through it during the posting of delta records.
Can some one give some suggestion on this issue.

                 Yes, delta records cannot be populated by enhanced fields. Here the issue is different,
i have added a closed date to the extract structure, this is order specific, so when i create a new PM order after the full load, and release the order and close it, the AUFK table get an entry for closed date, my exit compare the object number of the extractor to object number in AUFK and get the closed date value to the DS, this is not same as enabling delta on the enhanced fields (which cant be done).

Delta changes in R/3 sales document are not coming into CRM

Hi Middleware experts,
We are on CRM 5.0 SP 005 with ECC 5.0 SP 007 and using the scenario X for sales documents replication.
Now the order is created in CRM and successfully transfered to R/3. I can see 3 Bdocs in SMW01 with green lights. First Bdoc says 'R/3 adapter is called', second Bdoc says 'the order is successfully saved' and displays a warning 'The sales document is not yet complete: Edit data' and third Bdoc has no messages. Also I do not see any struck queues in CRM and in R/3
I am able to edit the sales document in both the systems as per the scenario X. Now I have completed and saved the document in R/3. Surprisingly these changes are not coming into CRM and no new entries in SMW01. Also R/3 SMQ1 and CRM SmQ2 doesn't show any entries. I am also not able to debug, since I do not see any Bdocs in SMW01.
Now, if I changes the document in CRM and these changes are coming into R/3.
Also all documents created in R/3 are successfully going into CRM including delta changes in R/3.
I do not have any clue on what is happening? Highly appreciated, if you can help me.

Hi PK,
In R3AC1 only we put the filter. So if you do not have any other filter then make sure that you are changing the order which was created not before the date mentioned.
I would recommend you to just deregister the CRM system in R/3 Transaction SMQS and do some changes in the orders and check any queues are getting created corresponding to that order, If yes that means filter is not an issue. Then debug the queue and find the exact problem. Also make sure that the order you are changing in R/3 is of the same order type what you have mentioned in the filter.
Make sure to registor back the CRM other wise all the queues will get stuck in R/3 outbound.

Delta reocrds are not getting extracted . Problem with delta Quaue

Hello friends .
Could you please help me in this scenario ?
Its related to delta load from application 12 , - 2LIS_12_VCITM.
Some how data is not getting transferred from LBWQ to RSA7 . There are more than 200000 entries in LBWQ , but the job is not able to transfer any entries to RSA7.
For rest other application , data is going correctly .
The job status showing is correct , like XXXXX LUW are transferred there is no error in Job log , it technically correct .
I have found one notes , in SAP service market place , but still it doesnt match with my job status . My job status is NOTESID ..where as per the notes it should WKEDPI*** ( something like this ) .
I have taken below steps to solve this problem but still it doesnt work .
1.     Removed job from schedule ( the job for LBWQ to RSA7 ) and Executed the job manually .
2.     Executed Program RMSBW12.
3.     Deleted the Delta Q from RSA for application 12 and regenerated the same once again by running the infopackage , early delta initialization with out data transfer , . Once Delta Q is generated , run the job once again .
I hope , I tried with all correct way ..but still I could not able to transfer the data .
But with all above steps , still data is not transferred . Daily infopackage is running as per the schedule , and bringing only 0 record . If it still doesnt work then I have to do Re-initilization . and this is big cost for us . as we have to lock the sys for users and so on .
Could you please give me some tips , that how can I transferr the data from LBWQ to delta Q ( RSA7) . If it works then definitely , I will save my lot of time .
Please suggest me , how can I proceed . Please save me from this situation.

Hi Akshay,
Go to SMQ1 and check MCEX12 Queue. If your delta records are piling up in SMQ1 and not being transfered to RSA7, you need to check your back gound job control option once again.
The back ground collector job will collect the recrords from SMQ1 and push to RSA7.
Try to execute RMBWV312 program in SE38 and manully push all the recrods to RSA7. Once all the records are available in RSA7 you will find the MCEX12 queue will be cleared in SMQ1.

The prices are not coming automatically

In batch determination. When i am creating a sales order the batch number is coming automatically. But the thing is the prices are not coming automatically. what could be the reason. Even though i maintained the prices conditon records in vch1 but the system not picking up automatically. Please give the solution. It is urgent

Batch valuation is possible with the std functionality.
It will allow to valuate each batch saperately.

Use
You use valuation for a single batch if you want to separate costs for externally processed batches from costs for internally processed batches, and if you want to keep the price and value of each individual batch in inventory management on a value basis.
Integration
Valuation for a single batch is carried out using separate values, just as partial stocks for a material are distinguished according to origin, for example. In valuation for a single batch, a separate characteristic category is created for each batch (batch number = characteristic category).
Valuation for a single batch is a special kind of valuation type for batches.
Prerequisites :To work with valuation for a single batch, you must choose valuation for a single batch (indicator X in the standard system) as substance characteristic type in the material master record.

2LIS_02_S896 issue : Records are not updated into BW

->We use 2LIS _ 02 _ SCL extractor to pass PO's to BW with delta.
->Works fine until the last week ,
->But on a particular date ( 15.05.2007) some of the records are not updated in BW.They are even not found at PSA level itself
->For eg for a material X there are two entries found in R/3 ( MB51 ) for the same posting date, now one of them is picked in BW (PSA level ) and other is not.
->There was no load fail / delta fail in BW and there is no exit written for this.
->Records are not updated in RSA3.
Let me know how this issue can be fixed.Its urgent.

Few line items are not coming at the time of creation of delivery

Dear Experts,
When the user creating the delivery few line items are not picking in the delivery document
the following checks i verified,
Stock is available
shpping condition is differ from sold to party and sales document
Plants are same for all the line items
why the few line items are not coming in the delivery document creation,
please help me to sort out this issue

Hi,
Check below points.
Point 1:
When you create a delivery document, you create it for a Shipping Point.
So whatever the line that came in to one delivery has determined same shipping point that you entered in VL01N screen.
Others got a different shipping point and that's why it didn't come to the same delivery document.
Shipping point determined based on below criteria
- Shipping Condition - From customer master
- Loading Group - Material
- Plant - Delivery Plant of the sales order line item
You assign a proffered shipping point for above combination in configuration.
If that combination is not find, those line items are not going in to the delivery.
You can check the log of the delivery document for more information as well.
Point 2:
Check the line item Requested delivery date and the "Selection Date" you entered in the VL01N screen.
Al Requested delivery dates has to be on or before the "Selection Date" you entered in the VL01N screen.
Those line items which has a date more than that will dropped in the delivery.

Sales order are not coming in FS10N ?

Issue: How is it possible to see number of sales order in the detail of item in the transaction FS10N?
When i see the Transaction FS10N for 2011 , at item level Sale Documents are Present , but when i Use the Same FS10N for 2012 , Sale Document values are not present ?
Kindly tell me the possiblities why the Sale Document Values are not Coming ? Its Urgent .

Did you install any major upgrades or other system changes recently? I am not saying that that could cause this, but I really cannot think of anything that would suddenly stop populating Sales Document and Sales Document Item when you enter a new fiscal year. Also, are you sure you are looking at the line items that originated in the SD module?

Customer prices are not coming correctly!!!

Question: "Changes made in customer prices in ECC, how it gets replicated to ECO ISA application?".
We have maintained customer specific condition records in ECC. Also, list prices have been maintained in product catalog.
WIth replication of product catalog to TREX, we can see latest list prices in webshop product catalog.
But changes done in customer specific pricing condition records are not appearing in web shop.
Now, If we restart VMC then we can see latest customer prices in web shop. But this is not solution as we cannot restart VMC on every change of customer pricing condition record.
Please explain process on how webshop access customer pricing condition records?
(We know that webshop gets prices with using pricing procedure determination using rfc call, then why it could not able to access correct condition record after change in condition record?).
