Delta Skymiles AMEX Gold Approved with Bankruptcy!!

Just got an instant approval online!!  Credit line is $2,000.  I have applied about 4 times for this card over the past few years, declined each time.  They checked Experian my Fico score is 664 and I have 30+ inquires (i'm a credit junkie too...I have no comprehension of "gardening" LOL) mostly on TU, not sure exactly how many I have with Experian. At any rate my bankruptcy is still on my credit reports until November 2015 so there was definitely some divine intervention at work.    On a side note, I got declined last week for the State Farm Visa and the Alaska Airlines Visa.  Applied for the new Orbitz Visa right before I applied for this one and got the 7-10 day message.  Really wanted another travel card (had the American Airlines credit card a few years ago but got behind on the payments so ended up closing and settling the account for less than what was owed on it) so I'm good now.

  • AMEX Delta Skymiles Approved

After months of applying for this card, AMEX finally let me in with a $2000 line.  Not the best, but its something.  I've been unable to get any of my other lines with AMEX increased so this definitely makes me more hopeful. Problem is, my CSP is much more flexible, so I will probably only use this card for Delta purchases only.

Congrats! I just got approved for the Delta AMEX this week with an AMAZING bonus offer. They only gave me a $1000 SL but they are giving me 60,000 bonus miles for only $1k spend. Maybe they will see fit to increasing my limit with a little usage. Enjoy your new card!Wow, how did you get the bonus offer? They sent it to me via email so I think it was a targeted offer. I'm a frequent Delta flyer so maybe that is why they chose me. My CS isn't that great so that couldn't be it LOL

  • Amex Delta Skymiles

I got an invitation to apply for this card... and I am thinking about it. I could really use some help to afford some plane tickets to take a nice vacation. Can someone please explain the card to me, it says I get 1 mile for every dollar spent... and you need 10,000 in miles to get $100 off a plane ticket. Is that correct? That doesn't seem like a good deal at all, spend $10,000 to get $100 off? Basically that is 1% cash back, which is not as good as my other cards, and is eaten up by the $99/year annual fee. It does say you can get up to 11 miles as a skymiles medallion member... I did a brief search and I can't really figure out what this is. Is this some kind of program you need to heavily pay into to get anything out of it? It does give 35,000 bonus miles which is good for a few hundred bucks... They pull Ex exclusively correct? That is my worse score and I have one disputed collection on there. I have no other negatives, but I do have 2 recent accounts and I think 4 inqs in the last 6 months. Score is 675 or thereabouts. Do they use Ex for the prequalify offers? Thanks for the help.

This is AMEX Gold Delta Skymiles, correct? Some of the data you provide is a little off.Are you already flying Delta, already a SkyMiles member? It sounds like maybe not? They pulled EX for mine in June 2013, that seems to be commonly noted. easy enough. The AF is $95, small point. Waived for the first year, the first $95 would be charged on statement #13. For general spend you get 1 SkyMile for each $1 spent. This goes into your Delta SkyMiles Frequent Flyer account, which also earns miles from flights you take on Delta, or if you fly on a partner airline like Alaska and tell them to route the miles earnings to your Delta SkyMiles account. For tickets you buy through the Delta booking site (competitively priced, "best price guarantee" so no reason not to) and pay with your AMEX Delta card, then you earn 2 SkyMiles per $1 spend on those tickets and related items. When getting on the plane, you get a free first checked bag for each person in your entourage, worth $25 each. Second bag still charged, but pack light.AMEX SkyMiles cardholders are also part of the "early boarding" group, along with the Medallion members. This is one of the nicest perks. You can also get into the Delta lounges for a day fee of about $27. The Delta SkyMiles Medallion program is earned by flying x miles and incurring $x spend to get to Silver (25,000 miles + $2,500 ticket spend for example) Gold (more) Platinum and Diamond (something like 125k miles flown in 12 months). If you aren't flying a lot, you may not get to these levels, but it's possible. The 11 Miles quote is the mileage earned per $ spent on tickets. If you are a SkyMiles Frequent Flyer member (regardless if you have a Delta AMEX card) then the tickets you buy go into your SkyMiles account based on your Medallion status:General Member 5 miles / $1 spent buying Delta tickets, Silver Medallion 7miles / $1 spent on tickets, etc. Diamond (if you fly a ton), yes you can earn 11 miles per $1 spent on Delta tickets. In addition to this, if you paid for the tickets purchased through Delta with your Delta SkyMiles credit card, you'd get 2 miles additional per $1 spent on the ticket. The miles that go into your SkyMiles account, either from spend of all kinds on this card, or miles flown/tickets purchased all add up. One option to use the miles is to pay down your ticket cost, which may be 10,000 miles to get $100 off the ticket cost, but you are correct, this is not the best use of the miles. Instead, you want to accumulate the miles, and then use the miles outright for purchasing a ticket. For example, you can book a one-way cross country flight in the US for 12,500 miles, where that one way ticket may cost $200-$400 depending on timing, how far out it is purchased, whether it leaves in only a few days, etc. Sometimes the cost is 20,000 miles one way, depending on popularity, but on the Delta booking tool they make it clear how you can find the lower miles (or lower $ cost) tickets when planning your trip. You can also toggle between Miles vs Dollars as the currency, and see how comparable days and similar flight arrangements cost. The other, longer term use of the miles is to build up even more of them, and then use them for overseas flights. The value of the miles when used for tickets can be anywhere from "a little better" (say 1.2c per mile) to "much better" (I recently booked two one-ways for my daughter to make a round trip, for 32,500 miles and it works out to 1.6c per mile value) and sometimes, on overseas, "a lot better" over 2c per mile. You do have to be patient and shop a bit to make the most of those miles, but 1c is giving up too early

  • Delta Skymiles Page goes wonky

If I (try to) log in to the Delta SkyMiles web page from my main volume, I keep getting Certificate Warnings" ...can't verify the identity of the website...", I click continue and the page breaks, i.e., the menus don't show up and there are question mark icons all over the page.
Now, If I try the same site/login from a different volume on the same computer, (same network) it works just as it should, also, it works fine if I try it at the computer at work (all using Safari 3.2.3).
I've run Applejack, Cocktail, deleted the Safari prefs as well as all cookies associated with the problem site, cleared history and emptied the cache all with no joy.
I can't figure out why it won't work on my main volume yet it works fine on another, and it works on two computers at work (one Tiger, one Leopard) AND why do I get certificate warnings on the problem volume but none on the others?
Any insight on this would be appreciated.
    Geoff

OK, about a week ago I had problems with my keychain and deleted the keychain contents in my System folder, (as opposed to the User folder), anyways I copied the keychain items from a backup and now all's well. Evidently a bunch of (trusted) certificates are in that keychain folder and if they get moved or deleted Safari has nothing to compare to, so, problems.

  • Approval with completion in SRM is not working

    Hi ,
I am not sure this is how standard built for Approval with Completion for Item Level Workflow.. Here is the scenario.. I am implementing custom BRF for Product approval ( Material Group ). My requirement is to activate 'INQUIRE' option in material group approval path..
    I have configured as follows
Process level type 'Approval With Completion' Task id '40007952' Decision Type 'Item-Based decision for Entire document' for material group approval path.. The problem that i am facing is..say for example
I have 4 items in a SC . First 2 items product category is 'PRO_CAT1' , remaining 2 items product category is 'PRO_CAT2'. Approver for 'PRO_CAT1' is Approver1 and PRO_CAT2 approver is Approver2.  Here is the problem when the workitem route for approval..
all the 4 items Approve / Inquire / Reject radio Buttons are editable for Approver1 or Approver2 . Which is wrong.. Once any of the approver take the decision the work item in other approver inbox will be automatically deleted which is also wrong.
My requirement is Approve / Inquire / Reject radio Buttons should be editable for respective approvers for their respective items.. for the above example Approver1 should be able to Approve or Inquire or Reject for first 2 items. Approver2 should be able to Approve or Inquire or Reject for remaining 2 items. But the system is behaving such a way that Approver1 and Approver2 are able to Approve or Inquire or Reject for all the 4 items.. my question is this how the Approval With Completion works for Item Level workflow?... Is Yes! then how can I implemented inquire option for item level approval?
    Thanks,
    John.

    Hi Masa,
Thank you for this input, I am not sure whether you understand my requirement. Here is my requirement, I have to implement item based approval with inquire option. Is this possible? let us take an example.. Product category approval..If a SC has different Category then the respective category approval can only take the approve/inquire/reject for their respective item.
I tried to use '4 "Item Based Decision for Partial Document" for Approval with completion but system through an error message said I can't use '4 "Item Based Decision for Partial Document" for Approval with completion.
I also read the document from help.sap.com said we can only use decision type 1 and 2 for approval with completion.
is there a custom soluction for this requirement?

  • How to get list of PO pending for approval with a Particular Approver

    Hi Experts,
I have created a Workflow for PO Approval. So when a PO is created the Approver is notified via an emaill.
    This is working fine.
But now in the mail i have to send the list of Purchase Orders that are pending for approval with that Approver.
Kindly suggest an approach to achieve this scenario.
    Regards,
    Radhika.

There are several standard solutions to your requirement.
One is to lessen the frequency of the program rbbp_notification_offapp and tick the box collect workitems. This should create one mail for all pending workitems for that agent.
Another one is to retieve the workitems sent to him / her with FM SAP_WAPI_WORKITEMS_BY_TASK and include that data in the email you send.
You can influence emails throught the badi behind rbbp...etc.
    Called BBP_OFFLINE_APP_BADI

  • How to route the information to approver with out involving sap workflows.

    Hi Developers,
i have a doubt regarding how the requester filled form information will be send to approver with out involving SAP workflows in the portal.
Normally i know the procedure where users fills the form with the approver details, the filled information is routed to approver UWL by trigerring a function module thru webdynpro.
But i need to know is there any procedure to route the information without involving any backends.
    Thanks in Advance.

Michele is correct - sneep will help you get the serial from the running domain on the M3000 ,
and it is a good idea to install STB on your machines.
If that isn't possible for you, then sneep can be downloaded directly from [http://www.sun.com/sneep]
I believe that on this platform, sneep gets the serial from the output of prtconf.
There is a minor correction to be made :
After installed SNEEP use "man sneep" for all technical details. The sneep man page is not linked into the shared man pages, so you need to use
    man -M /opt/SUNWsneep/man sneep
with out going to OK prompt (Banner)It is worth noting that the serial shown in the OBP banner is not the product serial
that you will find on the physical serial tag.
The banner "serial" is the decimal equivalent of the host ID, which you normally get in hexadecimal from the "hostid" command.

  • Shopping cart offline approval with outlook

    Dear Experts,

    Hi Ravi,
The program RSWUWFMLEC was used to scehdule offline approval mails upto SRM 4.0(In SRM 5.0,report RBBP_NOTIFICATION_OFFAPP is used)..
Please see the foll link for more deatils:
    SRM5.0:

You need to check the settings mentioned in the link above before you scehdule the report for snding the approval mails to the external email ID's of the approvers.
The job mentioned are only for sending the approval mails. To send the requester notification messages to external mail box (instead of SRM inbox),see the foll thread for more pointers:

  • I cannot get iCloud keychain to Approve with Security Code.

I wiped my iPhone 5s thinking that I could get access to my keychain back by using the "Approve with Security Code" button.  When I put in my security code, it sends me a verification code via SMS to my phone.  Afterwards, it goes back to the Keychain settings page and gives me the option to Approve with Security Code.  Does not give an error message as if I messed up the Security Code or the Verification Code.  The same thing happens when I try to Approve my Mac via SMS.  I have tried to get this working on iOS 7.0.3, 7.0.4, and 7.1, as well as OSX 10.9.  Any ideas on how I can get this feature working again?

I've used these boards a lot, so I wanted to respond to how I overcame the problem. You're given an option of setting it up from the phone, or your computer. In my case, I have a macbook pro. From my computer, I allowed the iPhone to receive icloud. It's under settings, iCloud, and the question will pop up. I'm not a tecky guy, so that's the best I can do. If that doesn't work, I'd try signing out of iCloud on your laptop or desktop, then signing back in. Futz around with the password on your iPhone until it comes up on your computer, then allow the iPhone to receive iCloud from your computer. Hope this helps!
