Delta update - delete material documents

Hi,
We have some problem during delta updates for 0IC_C03 (material movement).
In the source system, we have deleted the material master, but its material documents and accounting documents still exist.
The delta updates shows error saying those deleted material doesn't exist while loading the material documents.
please help.
we have problem deleting the materials document and accounting documents in the source system.
In BI side, how to enable the delta updates?

May I know why the delta update still select the deleted materials and material documents from the source system in the PSA?

Delete Material Document

Dear All,
Is there any way to delete material document in the test client permanently.

MBAD can only delete documents that are contained in an archive.
Instead of this single transactons, execute SARA, enter MM_MATBEL as object and hit enter.
Now you get a couple of buttons, that need to be processed from top to down.
But first you have to customize the object. you have to define where you want store the archive, after how much records you want close an archive file and create a new one.

RG1 Register updation , one material document is showing in red traffic

Hi Friends,
When updating the RG1 Register one materail document with 601 movement type and classification IDH is showing in red trafic light. How to correct this error?
Actually this material having stock in the plant and that material document posted properly also.
Please help me frineds?

Hi Shekar,
Actually I have selected first Classification as RMA , i hope this process may update the RG23A.I got all the data properly at simulation and i have taken all those values into register.
Next step , I selected the classification as IDH and rying to update the RG1 register. Here for some line items (Material documents ) are showing in Red Traffic light at the time os Simulation.
All ther master data like chapter ID Maintaince and Cenvat determination is maintained properly.

Can the badi of MIRO be used to add/delete the material documents in MIRO?

Can the BADI of MIRO be used to add/delete the material documents in MIRO? As I use call transaction to call 'MIRO' , during I fill in the bdc tab of the MIRO, I want to use its badi to delete/add some listed material documents in the items of the MIRO.

Yes, I have finished the call bapi code. But the users want to change some post date, tax, amount and some account values
during MIRO. So I tried to use call bdc.
But when I call bdc to run miro, I need to update the material documents reciords which are choosed according to some specific logic.

I am retreiving the production confirmation number(PRTNR) thru bapi BAPI_REPMANCONF_CREATE_MTS. Based on that confirmation number I need to retrieve material document number (MBLNR)
Because multiple users can post finished goods from different locations at same time, I have to complusory retrieve the material document number based on confirmation number only. Tables MKPF and MSEG doesn't have confirmation number fields in them.
I would appreciate if anyone could suggest me good ideas.

Thank you for your valuable response.
My BLPP table gets updated with material document as well as confirmation number.
When I test my FM directly, I get a confirmation number in my export. I don't get a material document number in my export parameter. But, BLPP gets updated with material document number as well as confirmation number.
But, if I debugg the FM with the same data I get the material document number as well as conf. no. populated in my export parameters.
This is what I have done:
Export parameters
MAT_DOC type BELNR_D
CONF type PRTNR
DATA: GS_BLPP               LIKE BLPP,
                      GV_MAT_DOC      TYPE BELNR_D.
CLEAR: GV_MAT_DOC, GS_BLPP.
    SELECT SINGLE * INTO GS_BLPP
                     FROM BLPP
                    WHERE PRTNR = CONF
                      AND PRTPS = '0001'.
    GV_MAT_DOC = L_BLPP-BELNR.
    MAT_DOC              = GV_MAT_DOC.

On 10.4.11 Mac Mail I get this: Mail cannot update your mailboxes because your home directory is full. You must free up space in your home folder before using Mail. Delete unnedded documents or move documents to another volume. I can't open mail.

Found this on the "more like this" Worked like a charm!
With the Mail.app quit and using the Finder, go to Home > Library > Mail. Copy the Mail folder and place the copy on the Desktop for backup purposes.
Go to Home > Library > Mail > Envelope Index. Move the Envelope Index file to the Desktop.
Launch Mail and you will be prompted to import mailboxes. Select OK and allow the import process to complete.
After confirming all mailboxes were successfully imported and available, you can delete the copy of the Mail folder and old Envelope Index file from the Desktop and this should resolve the problem.

Delta Update in data Target Must be Deactivated Before deleting the request

Hi Experts,
I got an error while deleting a request from an ODS target. In breaf Let me explain..
Today one data load got failed. The data source 0CRM_SALES_CONT_I ( CRM Sales Contract : Item ) is updating data to 4 ( Four ) ODS targets.
So I forcefully made the request red to delete the request from the targets. But I unfortunately deleted another request without making it RED, I reconstructed it. Everything is looking fine.
   But the thing is , when I tried to Delete the ERROR request from the other two related Data Targets ( 0CRM_CN2P and   0CRM_CNT1) , I fount these warnings..
                --> Request 140522 already retrieved by Data Target BWPCLNT600
                --> Delta update in Data Target BWPCLNT600 must be DEACT. before deleting the request.
                --> Do you want to DEACTIVATE the Delta Update in the Data Target BWPCLNT600   ?
   I clicked on YES.
I am having doubt, will it make any problem in future ? Or How Can I Resolve this problem   ?

Referance material document of 103 is not updating in 105 material document

Dear All,
I have created a Good Receipt through MIGO using 103 movement. Later I have created 105 movement with respect to 103 movement reference through release blocked stock.
After creation of documents, when checked the document created through 105 movement there is no reference number of 103 document number found in the document number of 105 movement.
In the table MSEG field LFBNR is supposed to get updated with the reference number of the document created through 103 movement.
In this case, this reference number is not updated in the table MSEG-LFBNR.
What is the reason for Referance material document of 103 is not updating in 105 material document at item level in Purchase order Tab.

In my report, I collect all the documents and delete all the document with field SMBLN is not empty. Code is like below.

    LOOP AT it_mseg2 WHERE mblnr = it_mseg-smbln AND zeile = it_mseg-smblp.

But sometimes users may cancel a material document, and later they may cancel the reversal document also.
Then there are 3 documents. In my report, all these 3 documents will be deleted.
Is there any method to only have the last document left and delete the others?

Material document not updated in inspection lot QALS table

The inspection lot created for 04 inspection type during Goods Receipt.
The material document is appearing in the inspection lot but found not updated in table entries. i.e.., QALS -MBLNR
When i checked other inspection lots it was found updated. How this happened ?

Check the number ranges for material documents. (with year) for document type WE in OMBT transaction code.
If same material document number repeats in the same calendar year,then document update will be terminated.
As, document no. will be already existing in tables, system won't allow to update the same no. again.

when i post the GR, Materail doument is posted and matereail doument number is shown, but when i go to Display mode of the materail docuemnt number. the message is coming" document numberXXXXX does not exist in calender year 2010" Message no: M7062.
if i see the tables MKPF,MSEG,EKBE there is no entry dispalyed..
due to this problem my work is pending in all Procure to pay scenario..
can you provide the solution..

Update termination record found in SM13 - material document posting error

Hi All,
A record was found in SM13 relating to missing material document and accounting document. When 'update header' button is clicked in SM13 selecting that record, the resultant pop up shows report name SAPLZ2K_MB_BUS2028. And when 'update status' button is clicked it shows error description '00 671: ABAP/4 processor: LOAD_NO_ROLL'.
Since update was termianted, the material document could not be found in database though MSEG entries in SM13 shows that material document number.
Help required to interpret the above scenario and what could be the root cause for the update termiantion.

Firstly, please check whether was there any recent transport containing changes relating to the ZGS_CONV_NET tcode or the below standard report imported into this system leading to inconsistencies.
Also, please check space critical objects in DB02.
Also, check the update status in SM13, it should be "Active".
Finally, Contact the user M124356 and ask him/her as to what are they doing with the Z tcode. You might get a clue over there.

Deactivate delta update before deleting the request from ODS

Hi all,
Happy New Year wishes to all.
I have a scenario, where I am feeding the data to ODS from flat file and from ODS to Cube. Here ODS is a Data mart. Flat file to ODS full update and ODS to Cube First Initialization and Delta.
I deleted the latest request from ODS, at the I got the message dialog box and it is saying that
Request 98888 already retrieved by data target BWVCLNT
Delta update in data target BWVCLNT must be deactivate before deleting the request
Do you want to deactivate the delta update in data target BWVCLNT?
So I pressed Execute changes, then after I loaded the data in to ODS and when I am trying to load the data into Cube, once I pressed execute button it is displaying the message dialog box like
Delta request is incorrect REQXXXXXXX in the monitor
A repeat needs to be requested
Data target still include delta request REQXXXXX
If the repeat is now loaded, then after the load
There could be duplicate data in the data targets
Request the repeat?
After execute changes it is showing only zero Records only.
What is that mean and why zero records it is displaying instead of delta records.
Anybody faces this type of problem please let me know. This is somewhat urgent to me

First Switch off the ODS ( automatic Update of Datatarget ) , though not really necessary. delete the Req from the Infocube, then delete from the ODS . Now delete the Init Req from the Infopackage for datamart infopackage.then Do an Init without datatransfer into Infocube. Later load data into ODS and then go for delta update to Infocube.

Deleting archived material document

Hello All,
Can we delete any material document which is archived ?

Deletion of archived documents is one step during archiving.
SAP reads the archive and verifies that it can read any record, and then deletes it from the database.
This step can be seen in SARA.
enter object MM_MATBEL.
Click the delete button, select your archive and shedule the job.
