Delusione per problemi continui con i phone 5 c

Voglio segnalare la mia esperienza negativa con un i phone 5 c che, fin dall'inizio, mi ha dato problemi durante le chiamate: io sento la voce dell'altra persona mentre l'altra persona mi sente a tratti....tutto ciò è molto irritante tanto più che un telefono dovrebbe servire principalmente a comunicare!!!
Ciò detto, constatato questo problema nel telefono, inizia la mia odissea negli apple store, che dura ormai da svariati mesi durante i quali l'apparecchio è stato sostituito 3 volte.
La prima volta è stato constatato un problema tecnico, all'esito della diagnosi effettuata, e mi è stato conseguentemente sostituto il telefono. Effettuato a casa il backup dei dati, dopo qualche tempo il telefono ricomincia a dare lo stesso problema.
Mi reco di nuovo all'apple store dove mi suggeriscono, previa sostituzione dell'apparecchio, di non rieffettuare il backup dei vecchi dati ma di reinstallare app e dati da capo, con conseguente perdita di molti dati.
Dopo poco il telefono ricomincia a dare sempre lo stesso problema; ritorno all'apple store; di nuovo mi suggeriscono di reinstallare tutto da capo stavolta però provando a vedere quale app poteva interferire col sistema...altri disagi! Ogni giorno una app nuova, come se dovessi verificare io tecnicamente i problemi del telefono. Cambio anche la sim per evitare problemi derivanti dal gestore (operazione che ha un costo, ovviamente).
Nemmeno questa soluzione risolve il problema; torno all'apple store, ormai sfiduciata e molto arrabbiata e mi suggeriscono di creare un nuovo id apple perchè magari il vecchio poteva essere associato a qualche problematica o interferenza pregressa; dunque, riprovo, per l'ennesima volta, a reinstallare tutto da capo, perdendo ovviamente molti dati e sfinita da questi continui problemi.
Spero di aver risolto con questa ultima soluzione; invece no, qualche giorno fa.....DI NUOVO LO STESSO PROBLEMA!
Ora: se voglio un telefono diverso, anche un modello precedente, mi dicono che non si può fare; potrei avere la sostituzione dell'apparecchio all'infinito, ma mi si ripresenta sempre lo stesso difetto! Io sono disperata, non so che fare!
Possibile che la apple non abbia nulla da offrire in alternativa ad un telefono che, evidentemente, ha delle problematiche??
Io sono sconcertata e pur essendo un'affezionata cliente apple, a seguito di questa disavventura, mi sto ricredendo sulla serietà dell'azienda.

  • Problem charging Graphite 2100 phone

    Hi.
    I bought a pair of Graphite 2100 cordless phones, but there seems to be a problem charging the one phone.  I initially charged both handsets for 24 hours as per the instructions.  I don't leave them on the charging base unless the battery needs charging. The second handset takes 6 to 7 hours to fully charge just like the instructions say. The first handset never seems to fully charge. At the moment it had been charging for 48 hours and it still is not fully charged.
    Any ideas?

    Welcome to the forum.
    Other than returning them, I'm out of options. It sounds like a dodgy battery more than anything, so if it's still in warrantee you should be able to exchange it with a new set of phones.

    No, it's done on the computer, it's just done on the web and not through iTunes. I guess you could do it on the iPhone, but it would be easier to do on the computer.

    I saw cidya aap so i m not sure if it was jailbroken or not before but it is back to normal settings.
    My problem started when I tried to sync my music files. I pressed 'sync' all it says is waiting for sync start, preparing to sync and then waiting for the changes to be applied. but it does not sync at all.
    I found a way to sync my music files through autofill but I really wanted to sync ringtones but its not syncing and I really wanted to put ringtones in my phone please help.

    If you see the cidya app, your iPhone is hacked with the cutsie term for this being jailbroken. This also means all the built in security has been removed making the iPhone as insecure as an android device.
    Restore the iPhone with iTunes as a new iPhone or not from the backup to get rid of that hacking garbage. If the iPhone has hacked to be unlocked, the iPhone will no longer be unlocked when doing so.

    I can send and receive calls.
    I get "messaging stopped" when doing a lot of texts.
    Texts come up "ghosted" meaning they have the text on the bottom and a transparent one overlaid  on top. they then become one. But I get the ghosting most of the time when I go into a message from a contact to send a text.
    When I go to call logs or text logs, the numbers come up first, and then then the names pop up randomly, meaning not in order down the page, until they are all shown. lots of lag time.
    It runs slow.
    I have 5 apps on here. I should be able to have a  lot of apps on here, and play music, and have files, and...and....and.
    I can get online but doing a Google search, when the page with the choices comes up, it is blurred and I have to tap on the screen for it to become clear and readable.
    When online and scrolling, it hitches sometimes/lags/gets stuck then unstuck
    I get VZWAVS has stopped. (not sure if those are the right letters)
    The status bar that is supposed to be gray with the new update, goes back and forth between green--the old os--to gray. And I have found no continuity with when I get green or when I get gray.
    I get a black screen on occasion.
    sometimes the proximity sensor doesn't work.
    sometimes when I have my bluetooth on and have "hands free mode" on, I get the a text message read through the headset and also through the handset.

    Hi - it depends on how old your iPhone is. Is it fairly new or if its less than 28 days old you can bring it back to the store if bought through one of the common networks. I had an earpiece problem when I bought mine after just 10 days or so, I couldn't hear anyone through the earpiece and exchanged in store for Free.

    Thanks for your prompt response, however I have first seen it now. I have placed an active SIM card in the iPhone turned it off and on. It now says SIM locked, please write access code. The problem is I don't remember the password. When I connect it to iTunes it tell me that I have to write the password before it can be used with iTunes...... Do you have any good ideas? I see you are from the NYC area.... used to work there back in the early 90´   Those were good days..... What a City

    Reset your device, then try again: hold down the home button along with the sleep/wake button until the screen goes black and you see the Apple, then let go. (No data loss)

    I watch YouTube videos on a regular basis - mostly with the YouTube app but also with Safari.
    Some YouTube videos are supported to be viewed on a computer only or with a Flash capable device, which is becoming few and far between since Adobe no longer supports Flash on any mobile platform.
    Sometimes I get this video cannot be played on this platform, but rarely.
