Demo booking single flight error

Question

The first scenario check flight seat availability is OK.
but when I execute the booking sigle flight scenario, I get the order status :Flight booking order sent. Awaiting confirmation. Nothing happened when I refresh this page.
I checked the SXI_MONI, I found the error message 'No receiver could be determined'.
Could anyone help me on this?

Hello there,
check the following points:
1) Go to System Landscape Directory: Open the technical system that
   represents the sender. Navigate to Installed Software Components
   and check whether the list includes SAP Basis 6.40. If not,the
   system is not correctly defined. You should include product SAP
   Exchange Infrastructure into list of installed products.
2) Navigate from technical system to the business system that represents
   the sender. Check whether SAP Exchange Infrastructure is explicitly
   chosen and check if SAP Basis 6.40 belongs to the list of installed
   software component. If so, please check all other business systems
   for the same problem. (Please refer to demo configuration guide,
   chapter 4.3.2 Business system description, step 10. There is
    specified that all products need to be selected.)
3)  In Integration Directory: Choose Environment   > Clear SLD Cache
    Data to make the changes of SLD data visible in Integration
    Directory.
