DeNoiser needs 3-4 sec. to kick in (CC 2014)

Applying the denoiser audio effect results in a rendered clip with 3-4 sec. noise before the noise reduction starts!
The curious thing is that playing in the timeline does not have noise the first seconds. But the rendered file has!
Premiere CC 2014.02
Denoiser is applied in the Audio Track Mixer.

i haven't used the one in premiere, but looking at the denoiser now, it seems to be adaptive as default. it has a freeze check box, which seems to lock in a noise profile. adaptive noise reduction takes a few seconds for the noise profile to be built and used. its good for situations where the noise is changing over the duration of the clip and a single noise profile isn't enough. if you have to use adaptive, you can extend the head of the clip a few seconds, render it out, then trim it back to the previous starting point. if you apply it to the clip itself and choose render and replace, it should apply it. if you dont need adaptive, you can try the freeze option.

instructions to clean ps cc2014 with CCleaner and reinstall the app.
It looks quite complicated but I will give it a try and hopefully succeed.
You have to understand when reading my previous messages, the issue is
no longer "Retreiving Photoshop CC" but reinstalling Phoshop 2014 to try
to repair Bridge.

I need to go back one version to CC 2014 - the one before the October release

... and it looks like Adobe took it off the Previous Versions in the Cloud installer. I've done months worth of work in CC 2014 on ongoing projects, and I can't go back to the CC version using the Cloud installer.
Adobe, please put the previous installer back on the Cloud PRONTO.
I was able to retrograde the day that the new release came out (After discovering that it wouldn't work with my RED footage), but now it's gone! All that's available is 6.0 and 7.0.
I'm not totally dead, because like an experienced person, I cloned my drive before upgrading. But, it's going to require more hoop jumping and take longer than is really necessary, if only Adobe would make ALL versions accessible to us.

NEED HELP ASAP Updated to Premiere Pro CC 2014 and now .MTS files are unsupported/unrecognized

32 GB Ram

I was using Premiere Pro CC for the last year or so and .MTS Files have worked fine. Since I upgraded. I can no longer use .MTS Files.
I sync all of my footage using Plural Eyes. I updated plural eyes so that it would work with the New Premiere Pro CC 2014 update.
I tried going back to Premiere Pro CC; however, that was updated as well. It does recognize the .MTS files there, but it doesn't import the new .xml correctly created from Plural Eyes 3.5
If anyone knows any help or workaround so I can complete my TV episode. That would be great.
Also, I would prefer not to have to Transcode anything. Hours and Hours and Huge files won't really work.
I've also looked in to Re-wrapping. I understand Clipwrap is great for that; however, I have Windows not Mac. Other options look way too involved. I'd really just like my Premiere Pro to work the way it's supposed to,.
Does Adobe Media Encoder Rewrap?
Anyway, any ideas would be helpful.

Thank You, Thank You!!!! That worked. I had to "Link Media" to the new file path, after I renamed the parent folder; however, it's working!!!! Hopefully there will be a fix for that soon!

I’m sorry to hear that the ink has faded enough on the receipt your partner has to where you can no longer read it.
Since it was your partner that made the purchase, we are unable to send you a copy of the receipt due to our Privacy Policy found here. However, it sounds like your partner can still see the Customer Service Pin on it, so they can take that set of numbers to any Best Buy store in the US and the Customer Service desk should be able to re-print the receipt for them.
Alternatively, they can create a profile on here and contact me directly via private message to request a copy. They can private message me by logging into the forum and clicking on the button across from my name on this post.
Hopefully one of these options will work for them!

I suppose that you use WDA as you would like to switch to va02. The best way is to use portal navigation to show a new iView containing the va02 running within ITS (in case your application runs inside of the portal). The solution for a stand-alone application would be to display it as an external window using CREATE_EXTERNAL_WINDOW of the IF_WD_WINDOW_MANAGER interface again by supplying the ITS URL.

Global rules not kicking off when calling CHECKIN_NEW webservice

Hi All,
We are trying to call CHECKIN_NEW/CHECKIN_UNIVERSAL web services with mandatory fields like doctype, securitygroup, title, primary file etc..
It is working fine, but the global rules were not kicking off.
Ex: Say, we have a rule that says Field_A is mandatory when SecurityGroup=Public.
But when we are invoking the webservice with SecurityGroup=Public, content is getting checked-in even though we are not passing the Field_A value.
We need the global rules to kick-off and give us error/warning that there is field missing...
Can you please let us know if we are missing something here, or there is other way to get this requirement?

I now tested with RIDC code below, but still the global rule is not kicking off. I ahve a global rule, which says "xSwcDocumentSubType" should be mandatory. But if we see code below, i commented out that value, but still content is getting checked in.

If you know that you will not be asked to design GUI interfaces, and the C programming course will adhere to command line compilation environments, then get the Xcode command-line developer tools, and skip the extra complication of Xcode until you absolutely need it. Apple has kicked GNU C to the curb and is rightly so, using Clang/LLVM compiler technology.

Need to take cost center assessment cost to product

Dear All,
We have product costing activated in our system. We are taking Raw material , packing material cost from Material master. where as activity cost based on different activity type defined on relevant work center / resource based on certain formula.
Now for some other expenses like power / utility cost, we have created assessment cycle, through which we assess the cost to relevant cost centers based on certain base (SKF).
Now our business requires this cost to load on product cost which is laid on cost centers through assessment.
Pls suggest the way to achieve the same through product costing.

As per my understanding below mentioned points I need to consider for costs which is coming on cost center through assessment (based on SKF) as I want to take them to my product :
I need to create seperate activity types for those expenses which I want to take onto my product.
I need to assign them onto my work center / resource.
I need to create a Splitting Structure in OKES and assign respective secondary cost element to the relevant above newly created activity type.... With this, the amount in secondary cost ele would be divided by the relevant activity type ONLY
(Choose splitting rule/method as "!2" i.e. Activity Qty in OKES)
I need to assign my production cost centers (through which I want to transfer cost to my product) to this splitting structure in OKEW.
I need to map sec. cost ele. of above created act. type to co. comp structure.
Suppose I have one power plant at my plant campus. I am distributing this power cost to my 4 different plant (existed on campus) on their respective cost centers Ctr1, ctr2, ctr3, ctr4.
Now as per above understanding when I can see this newly created activity cost to my product cost?
For that I need to assess power cost to all 4 plants and then running my product cost with these newly created activity types?
Pls correct me in my understanding.

SAP is connecting for 110 sec.

after the update from SBO 2005 to SBO 2007 something strange is going on.
everytime i turn on the SBO 2007, the sap needs exactly 110 sec from the login till the Mainmenue is shown, Everytime!!!!!!
its not the System and the requirements!
do anyone has a idea???

What Equipment is Needed for CCNP Security Lab

Im Looking to find out what Devices are needed for a ccnp security home lab. I keep hearing that 2 5510's are a must for labbing. The downside Is the Prices avg $800 each on the low end. I also saw some ppl had an ips in their lab. Im looking to find out what is 100% needed. I alredy have a lab in place used for my ccnp r&s.

I would also say that two ASAs is a must to practice with them. But in my opinion, 2 5505 SecPlus are enough. What are the differences to the 5510? You configure subinterfaces instead of vlan-interfaces. But that's something you know from R/S. And the failover is only stateless, but failover in general also works. Sof if you find these ASAs for less money, take them. IPS is probably the topic where most CCNP Security students are least familar with. So owning a sensor would also help.
And don't forget that the bigger CCIE-Training vendors have complete labs for rent with all you need for CCNP Sec preparation. That could also save some money.

My laptop y510p has an issue for the third time and i need a replacement

my y510p laptop got an issue for three times and i need a replacement
i bought it in april/2014 and more than 2 and half months wasted for maintenance.
first time:
after few weeks i got problem with screen colors and i sent the laptop and the problem was in the motherboard and they replaced it.
second time:
i got it from maintenance center with 2 issues:
1- camera wasn't working
2- suddenlly freeze from time to time , sometime a blue screen appear after , i need to turnoff laptop from the power button to work again and it takes so long to open after that.
i sent the laptop again.
note: maintenance center claims that there wasn't any issue and even the camera that they told me that they fixed it they didn't wirte it in report. that's what i figured out when i talked with lenovo customer services
third time:
suddenly freeze from time to time again when i tried to enter bios immediatly after freeze happen i found that
harddisk wasn't appearing.
so i sent it again and i asked for replacement
maintenance replied that it's a motherboard and hardisk issues.
stayed there for 45 days and i called them for like 7 times to know what is the reply on my request and every time they ask me to wait more.
today i called them and they told me that the request of replacement is refused ...!
and they told me to post a message here if i insist on replacement.

It´s crazy how many people have the same kind of problems with this computer.. and what´s even worse is that it seems that the only option is to send it to Lenovo for a motherboard replacement. I have the same problem (mainboard dead) but unluckily for me, my y510p is out of warranty (I only used it for like 4-5 months then it was stored while I was away). Everyday I get on the internet to look for a motherboard replacement myself but I just can´t find any.. Why is that?
Also, this is a "new" computer, if I´m not wrong it was released around the end of 2013. How is it that they already discontinued it? Do they usually discontinue their products that fast? Or is it perhaps all these Y510P computers had problems from production? How can someone spend over a thousand dollars, use the computer for a few months (normal use, not even gaming..) and one day is dead and the motherboard needs replacement?? Why nobody really complains about this? I really don´t know what to do as that were all my money. I really just want to get rid of this crap and never ever buy Lenovo again and never ever recommend it to anyone. I don´t even feel secure spending the money on a motherboard replacement because it seems to me that the problem will come back. Because as I said this seems to be a problem in their production of this particular model. Again, over a thousand dollars computer and its quality is worst than the cheapest ones.. shame on Lenovo.
