Deny user not sen to Internet

I want to set the mappings file for block user not send email to Internet if user has "internet=no" attribute in LDAP.
How do i block user from mappings files ?

I think that this might be do-able, but it's pretty complex . . .
Please open a tech support case for the kind of help you need, here. It will be "expensive" in terms of LDAP, as it'll require at least one additional ldap query.
I suspect that you will need to create a new channel, something like a "tcp_no_internet", and then use an ldap callout in the mappings file to switch your "no internet" users to that channel. Then you can block sending from "tcp_no_internet" to "tcp_local".

Hi All, I hope you can help me with an issue. As the main user, I can use Safari and other applications that connect with the Internet.
However, all other users I have set up can't access the Internet. When I try to use Safari or other applications, it tells me I can't access the Internet.

I too had the same issue and found a solution after much searching...
The problem started after I had to restore my Mac using my backup with Time Machine. After the restore, all accounts I created with parental controls could no longer access the internet (admin accounts all worked fine).
Here's what I had to do to fix this: I had to create a folder called apache2 within the /private/var/log folder. It turns out that when you restore from Time Machine not ALL files/folders are restored - including the apache2 folder and it's contents.
However, finding the private folder is a task in itself because it's hidden even to an administrator, and you must confirm admin access to put a new folder into that path. This is what I ended up doing:
- opened a new Finder window and navigate to the HD containing the System folder
- select the 'Go To Folder...' option from the Go menu
- enter 'private' and hit the Go button
- this takes you into the private folder in the Finder, you can then navigate to the /var/log folder in the Finder window
- I opened a second finder window and created a new folder called apache2 (can be done in any folder you have full read/write access)
- you can then drag the new folder into the /private/var/log folder - you have to confirm access to move the folder
Once that's done all your accounts with Parental Controls should now work as before.

I was trying to create a snapshot in outlook in a users computer but unfortunately the system displays a strange message:
Access to business partners denied.User "so and so" is not a sales employee
The user is a member of Sales Employees/Buyers-well what i mean is that the sales name is there but not user name ie Frank Blank is there but not FrankB for example.
Any ideas ?

Interesting message as we use the O/I ad-on... on the EMD record, go to the Membership tab and add 'Sales Employee' under "Role" to the EMD record. Shot in the dark but that's all I got.

Download the fee iBooks app from the app store if you don't already have it. Then download the .pdf here: iPad User Guide (For iOS 5.1 Software). Next, import it to your iTunes library (iTunes>File>Add to Library). Then sync it to your iPad by selecting it on the Books tab of your iTunes sync settings and syncing your iPad. 'Access is denied' error in ESS iViews & Page not displayed' thru. internet

We are implementing ESS(Webdynpro)/MSS(Java).
We are in EP6 SP13.
We want to put our portal on internet through SSL.
I have installed SAP Webdispatcher and configured it to support SSL. SAP webdispatcher is installed on a DMZ machine(hostname: SAPROUTER).
webdispatcher ports:

1) When i try to access the portal from the DMZ machine (where the webdispatcher is installed) using https://saprouter.domainname.net:8443/irj/portal, i am able to see all the iViews.. but, i am getting 'access is denied' error(in the status bar) when i try to click on any link in ESS iViews (for ex: working time, Employee search).. when i try to double click i am getting javascript:void(0)
2) When i try to access the portal through internet(https://<ipaddress>:8443/irj/portal), I get the logon page and after logging in... i am not able to see the ESS and Transaction iViews .. getting 'Page cannot be displayed' error.
When i am able to see the iViews in the DMZ machine.. why are they not being displayed when i access through internet??
Can any1 help me in this regard?? What am i missing ??

Where facing the exact same problems.
When we logon LOCAL to the Portal the iview works. (Not true the internet / DMZ)
But when we logon true the webdispatcher we get the Portal Layout, so the dispatcher works.
But the WEBdynpro Iview gives the error -> Page not displayed'
And when we edit the file hosts on the pc of the client browser and fill in the hostname of the SAP Portal the Iview works..???
There are no ports closed on the firewall, everything is allowed.
Can anyone tell me of its necessary to edit the Web Dynpro Runtime Environment. Here are some settings for the WEBdispatcher but I cant get it working.

When I activate the trace on the webdispatcher
(D:webdispsapwebdisp.exe pf=D:webdispsapwebdisp.pfl -t 2)
In the Tracefile I can see that the webdispatcher resolves the SAP portal system. Thats was aleady confirmed by seeing the portal framework from the client. I think that the WEBdynpros have to be remote activated, or some addition settings in the webdispatcher.
If somebody get an idée I really would like to know it.

AnyConnect error " User not authorized for AnyConnect Client access, contact your administrator"

Hi everyone,
it's probably just me but I have tried real hard to get a simple AnyConnect setup working in a lab environment on my ASA 5505 at home, without luck. When I connect with the AnyConnect client I get the error message "User not authorized for AnyConnect Client access, contact your administrator". I have searched for this error and tried some of the few solutions out there, but to no avail. I also updated the ASA from 8.4.4(1) to 9.1(1) and ASDM from 6.4(9) to 7.1(1) but still the same problem. The setup of the ASA is straight forward, directly connected to the Internet with a 10.0.1.0 / 24 subnet on the inside and an address pool of 10.0.2.0 / 24 to assign to the VPN clients. Please note that due to ISP restrictions, I'm using port 44455 instead of 443. I had AnyConnect working with the SSL portal, but IKEv2 IPsec is giving me a headache. I have stripped down certificate authentication which I had running before just to eliminate this as a potential cause of the issue. When running debugging, I do not get any error messages - the handshake completes successfully and the local authentication works fine as well.
Please find the current config and debugging output below. I appreciate any pointers as to what might be wrong here.

ASA 5505 Anyconnect VPN Users can't access Internet

Vpn user cannot access the internet but able to ping the lan network (192.168.1.0).. it seem like im missing a lan or nat rule.. Possibly allowing the vpn subnet 192.168.2.0 /24 to pass through to the internet. Im looking to accomplish this without split tunneling.. Thanks

on 8.2.5 version or lower: Let say your inside hosts are accessing Internet by using dynamic nat index "1" and now you can use the same nat index "1" allow your vpn-pool range to be part of the same dynamic-nat index "1" to access the Internet. Note I am natting source interface is be outside for vpn-client users because they (vpn-users) are physically coming off the outside interface.

Safari says not connected to internet on certain sites when connection is good and IMG[] images don't show up anymore?

I recently updated to 10.6.8 from 10.5.x and have been having some issues. First, Safari will say that my computer is not connected to the internet, but it is. I can be on YouTube, for example, and then try to go to eBay, and it will say not connected to internet, but I can go to Google and it will be fine without doing anything. Almost like it cannot connect to the server, but the message is that I'm not connected to the internet. I can turn Airport off and back on and get on most pages that wouldn't open originally. It's not site-specific. Sometimes it's Google, Facebook, eBay, YouTube, forums, etc. and other times those same sites work just fine.
The next problem, which I feel is related is that IMG[xxx] images won't open some of the time now on forums that have Photobucket and Tinypic IMG codes inserted into threads. It will just show the blue box with a question mark. I think that's because my Safari can't open the image hosting websites because sometimes when I click on the blue box to open the link, it says not connected to the internet and Photobucket seems to be one of the regular problem sites.
I've tried clearing my cache, reseting Safari, and a few other suggestions on here from similar problems, but I haven't seen a post describing my same issues exactly. I have not tried Firefox and would prefer to keep using Safari.

Try repairing permissions.
Launch Disk Utility located in HD > Applications > Utilities
Select the startup disk on the left then select the First Aid tab.
Select: Repair Disk Permissions
This can take a few minutes and better to not use your Mac while it's running.
When it's finished, quit and relaunch Safari to test.

Suddenly getting UserNotFoundException: User Not Found: Could not load profile data from the database

Starting yesterday (I believe) we are suddenly receiving a "User not found" error when trying to view a user's profile page when clicking on their name (in search or elsewhere) via the url

This is happening for all users. (but profiles exist and seem ok, and sync with AD is running fine) When looking in the logs I see the error (full ULS log is later below)
Exception in LoadRequestedUserProfile: (Microsoft.Office.Server.UserProfiles.UserNotFoundException: User Not Found: Could not load profile data from the database.
The only clue of what MAY be going on is just before that I see the following two lines which came up after I changed the Database logging to Verbose:

If I am reading that correctly, does it mean the connection to the database is timing out instantly? I am able to use powershell to pull up profiles and print them to the screen while on the webservers. And it's only the one specific page that is not
working.
What sort of tests or further debugging can I do for the error above?
We are on premise, SharePoint 2013 sp1, sql2012, server 2012, claims using the full SharePoint Profiile Sychronization against AD. Farm has been running since last august. Last week the admin team did run windows update on all servers, I can't be sure
if it was broken for 5 days and no one noticed or if it broke yesterday.
I already did the following:
Verified the profiles do exist in central admin.
I can still access their personal sites directly via
https://www.contoso.org/personal/myuserlogin
I checked the ProfileDB database and made sure the service accounts for the UPA has dbowner, so does the farm account, and the web application pool has SPDataAccess.
Verified the AD sync account has proper rights in AD.
I reran a full synchronization which ran with no errors.
File systems on the webservers and appserver have plenty of free space.
Rebooted every server in farm
I even checked the bin directory of the mysite webapplication, (since once I had a weird problem where access to bin was removed.) WSS_ADMIN_WPG, WSS_RESTRICTED_WPG_W4 have full control and WSS_WPG,IIS_IUSRS all have read and execute.
I opened powershell on the webserver I can indeed load profiles and print their values.

MBP upgraded to Yosemite and now will not connect to Internet using a Cisco router

I Upgraded my MBP mid 2010 to Yosemite and now it will not connect to Internet using a system that involves typing in my user name and password in an auto pop up window provided by Cisco security systems. Before, using Mavericks, it worked perfectly: boot up MBP and the Cisco pop up auto loaded. Typed it my password and hey presto, connected to Internet. Now, zilch. There is nothing wrong with the Cisco cos my iPad connects ok, as do both my iPhone's.
the problem is with Yosemite therefore. Please help. I tried all the usual diags, etc to no avail.

Sounds like there could be some kind of compatibility issue between ICS and this Bluetooth device of yours. Is there any compatibility info from the manufacturer about which Android versions that's being supported?

VZ In-Home Agent says I'm not connected to internet, but I am

I tried to setup Outlook 2007 to use my verizon.net email. Anyway I couldn't get it to work manually. So I downloaded VZ - In-Home Agent. Everytime I use it, it checks everything (network, wireless, router), when it gets to the point where it tries to have the router connect to the internet, the Agent says it can not connect to the internet. I am currently on the internet using that router. I disabled all firewall, virus scans, etc and it keeps saying "You do not have an internet connection."
I select fix it and the agent runs
"Fix my Fios Internet Connection"
It passes Browser health Check, wireless adapter, wired adapter, Checking Lan Connectivity,
Checking for internet connection of Fios Router. That fails and it tells me to reboot my OMT or something, it's the big FIOS box on my wall in the basement. I reboot it and follow the instructions. I then get this error:
A connection could not be established between your computer and the FIOS Router. You can also try the following:
1.Reboot your computer. (Did).
2.Check if you are able to connect to the internet using any other computers. (I can and I can with this one too)
Can someone help me?

Sounds like In Home Agent is bugging out.. I would ignore it and continue manually setting up + troubleshooting your Outlook 2007 account.
As you said, you're setting up your verizon.net email so the settings should be as follows:
incoming server: incoming.verizon.net (incoming.yahoo.verizon.net if you have the Yahoo portal partner)
outgoing server: outgoing.verizon.net (outgoing.yahoo.verizon.net if you're Yahoo)
Outgoing server requires authentication
Username/pass for your Verizon account
Ports are default (110 + 25) ..
Is this how your account is set up in Outlook? What errors are you receiving when you try to send/receive?

OAM: Deny On Not Protected, oc4j_soa is not starting correctly

I have protected our soa suite with Oracle Access Manager, the webgate is protecting everything because "Deny On Not Protected" is enabled. I made an policy for all the default resources in the application server:

in the httpd.conf the oc4j_soa container is starting without any problems.
Is there any way to see what is blocked by the webgate? I put the access server logging on debug but I cannot find the problem.

"user not authenticated" in Africa

My missionary friend has an email account set up with africaonline, the service provider in Ghana. When he is at the africaonline office he can send and receive email fine. However, when he attempts to send email from any other location he gets a "user not authenticated" message. His connection is by modem. Thanks for the help!

He is using the iBook modem. I am assuming it is the same ISP since he is not changing the information that he initially entered to set up the service. He lives in a rural village and drives to an internet "cafe" - a wooden shed that provides him with a phone cable and a dial up connection. There are no land lines in his area. The strange thing is that he had no email difficulties with his previous iBook.
I don't know what kind of connection he is using at the africa online office - it is located in Accra which is a large fairly modern city.

in a common JFileChooser.
when user open it, how can it deny user to input in filename field?

User not found error with Outlook Connector

Hi all
I am having some issues with the Outlook Connector (Version 7.1.222.4 JES2005Q4 running on Microsoft Outlook 2003) when trying to subscribe to a users calendar.
Details:
(SJES2005Q4)
Server 1 - Access Manager
Server 1 - Delegated Administrator
Server 2 - Directory Server 5.2
Server 3 - Messenger Server
Server 3 - Calendar Server
Server 3 - Access Manager SDK
Server 3 - Communications Express
Server 3 - Messenger Express
My setup works fine, I can subscribe to users calendars in Communications Express and modify/delete etc; however, when I try to subscribe to this same users calendar in Outlook I get the following error:
"User not found. Either enter the email id of the user OR click on Search and then click on Find to locate the user."
If I click on search, I get a list of my corporate directory, here I am able to select the user but again clicking ok gives the same result.
Looking at the logs it seems that the search at the point where I click ok is missing the "organizational unit" element of the user DN, logs below:

Initially I thought that it maybe something to do with ACI but then the search parameters are not correct at the point of clicking ok.
My Outlook Connector deployment configuration for the "LDAP" tab is as follows:

The error was fixed by setting the "Authenticated proxy binding: service.wcap.userprefs.ldapproxyauth" to "yes", this is in the release notes as pointed out by Arnaud Quillaud.
