Depeche Mode Pre-Order Not Working

My wife pre-ordered Playing the Angel quite some time ago, and it was supposed to come out today. Can anyone tell me why it won't download?

It still shows up as a Pre-order in My Account. I could probably cancel the pre-order and just buy it right off the music store page but:
1) Since the release has actually passed will cancelling the preorder really work at cancelling the charge? I don't want to be charged twice!
2) What was the point of offering a pre-order if they were going to make the music available to everyone else first anyway? Sure, they offered a chance to buy tickets early but they are not coming to where I live. I figured, as a fan, I would show my support for Depeche Mode by pre-ordering and then get the music as soon as it was available. But I guess not....

I've pre-ordered several albums over the last few months and NONE of the pre-orders have worked properly... when songs or even the FULL ALBUMS become available, they won't be added to my library OR my purchased section on iTunes, and I won't be charged, defeating the entire purpose of a pre-order. Itunes Movie pre-orders - NOT WORKING

I purchased SALT via Pre-order. I was finally able to get it to download, but was charged the full price and not the pre-order price. I also pre-ordered Resident Evil and the links do not work to download my order.
I am able to log into the store and down load other items, so it is not an issue with my account, connection, login, or permissions on my mac.
Any ideas? I see others are having similar issues with other pre-orders as well.

Taylor Swift 1989 Album Pre-order Not Working

I pre-ordered the 1989 (Deluxe) album by Taylor Swift last month and all the available tracks were downloaded automatically into my iPhone except for "Welcome To New York". It has been 2 days since the track was made available in the iTunes store but when I clicked the album tab, it still remained "Pre-Ordered". In the iTunes Store Charts, the track's tab is "$1.28". What should I do?

I've been trying to track down that answer and I haven't gotten far. I emailed customer service for iTunes and they told me it 'fell outside their scope' to answer. I've had no luck with technical support either. I also want to know if this was a temporary offer - can anyone help??

Pre-Order not working

I preordered an album which is now ready for download. I received the email, clicked the link, and then I get "You have previously purchased 1 song.... Complete this album." It says this cause I accidentally purchased one song from the album trying to get this to work! When I "Check for Purchases" it says all available items have been downloaded. Please help.

Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try on another computer

Welcome to the 'wonderful' world of HTML5 e-learning.
In my view, from the issues I am seeing everywhere, HTML5 output from rapid e-learning tools such as Captivate is not ready for the kind of mobile device e-learning you want to develop.
Sorry to be pessimistic, but you may need to consider going back to the drawing board and coding it from the ground up.

CE7305 - Transparent mode authentication does not work.

Im doing a trial content engine 7305 for my customer. Everything worked well so far with the box except with the authentication feature.
Authentication work well on proxy mode but when I turned it on with transparent mode it does not work. My customer is using LDAP for user authentication.
I suspect there is something that I did not turn on in the configuration.
Attached herewith is the show tech of the Cisco 7305 content engine.
Please advise!

My customer is using Novell LDAP.
Right at the moment the CE is already working with the auth. after rebooted the CE 7305. Just can't explain why but it works after rebooting.

Multiauthentication Mode
Available in Cisco IOS Release 12.2(33)SXI and later releases, multiauthentication (multiauth) mode allows one 802.1X/MAB client on the voice VLAN and multiple authenticated 802.1X/MAB/webauth clients on the data VLAN. When a hub or access point is connected to an 802.1X port (as shown in Figure 60-5), multiauth mode provides enhanced security over the multiple-hosts mode by requiring authentication of each connected client. For non-802.1X devices, MAB or web-based authentication can be used as the fallback method for individual host authentications, which allows different hosts to be authenticated through different methods on a single port.
Multiauth also supports MDA functionality on the voice VLAN by assigning authenticated devices to either a data or voice VLAN depending on the data that the VSAs received from the authentication server.
Release 12.2(33)SXJ and later releases support the assignment of a RADIUS server-supplied VLAN in multiauth mode, by using the existing commands and when these conditions occur:
•The host is the first host authorized on the port, and the RADIUS server supplies VLAN information.
•Subsequent hosts are authorized with a VLAN that matches the operational VLAN.
•A host is authorized on the port with no VLAN assignment, and subsequent hosts either have no VLAN assignment, or their VLAN information matches the operational VLAN.
•The first host authorized on the port has a group VLAN assignment, and subsequent hosts either have no VLAN assignment, or their group VLAN matches the group VLAN on the port. Subsequent hosts must use the same VLAN from the VLAN group as the first host. If a VLAN list is used, all hosts are subject to the conditions specified in the VLAN list.
•After a VLAN is assigned to a host on the port, subsequent hosts must have matching VLAN information or be denied access to the port.
•The behavior of the critical-auth VLAN is not changed for multiauth mode. When a host tries to authenticate and the server is not reachable, all authorized hosts are reinitialized in the configured VLAN.
NOTE :
•Only one voice VLAN is supported on a multiauth port.
•You cannot configure a guest VLAN or an auth-fail VLAN in multiauth mode.

RHCP pre-order not available

I have spent all day figuring out who can make trips to see the RHCP concert. This has involved co-ordination of vacation and personal plans of four people. Finally I got it done. I go to the front page of either the iTunes website or the iTunes store. The offer is all over it. I go to the pre-order, click it, and it tells me the item is no longer available.
I am incredibly annoyed at the moment. The site continues to encourage me to buy yet won't let me. I called Apple and they tell me no-one can help at this time. No-one works in iTunes music store sales and tech support is closed.
If this is not resolved I am going to have to apologise to all the people involved for all the time wasted, and I will never buy from iTunes store again.

well its not your fault. dont worry about it, cause even if you DID pre-order it, there was no way you were getting your codes yet. Just read that like 450-post (currently) thread on not getting the codes. I got mine... but apparently I was lucky. Plus, there's a bunch of problems with just getting the album to download period. I FINALLY figured out how to do it but it was goofing up before, and I dunno if the way I did would work for everyone. Anyway, just go out and buy the hardcase cd from the store. Same price, but better cause it's not a scam. You actually get what you pay for. Apple really screwed this one up...

Pre-order not available despite being released????

I pre-ordered the new slipknot album via iTunes Plus yesterday (day before release). I got to download Psychosocial as it had already been released.
It asked me if I wanted auto-download - I said yes...
Now the album has been released and the link I've been given in my iTunes account goes nowhere...
'item you've requested not currently available'
and download purchased songs doesn't work either...
how do I get the pre-ordered version (which apparently had extra tracks - can't check now as it's gone!)... or do I just download the normal one?

ITunes Depeche Mode pre-sale

Hi there!
I just purchased the pre-sale from Depeche Mode on my office computer but have not downloaded yet as it will be available later. Now, I rather download the songs on my computer at home.
This might sound like a ******** question but if I purchased it here (office) can I just sign on in my computer at home and download the album there? Or I can only download on this computer's iTunes (office computer) because this is where I bought it.
My guess is that I will be able to download the album in ANY computer where I sign on, right? So I should just wait for it to be released and sign on back at home and download there.
