Deploy a WAR file. Please GUIDE.

Hi,
I have created a WAR file called 'hello.war' for a test servlet
application and put this war file in my $TOMCAT_HOME\webapps
directory.
The servlet contained in this WAR file is just the HelloWorld
servlet which displays 'Hello World' when I say:
http://localhost:8080/hello/servlet/HelloWorldExample
My Question:
Now,that I have created the WAR file,how do I execute the
WAR file?
What needs to be replaced in the URL above?

deployed means that it is put in the folder webapps and the server
is restarted
a war file is simply a zip file containinfg all the folders
and files used in your application
stop the server
put your .war in webapps
start the server
now look in webapps, if you have expand war files="true"
there will be a folder with the same name as your .war fire
ps
your war file should be call hello.war
