Deploy permissions for side loaded win8 app

Hello everybody,
I've just implemented and deployed a custom Windows 8 app for my Company and deployed it using side loading.
The app makes use of a background task which is essential for it, because the main purpose of the app is displaying some information on ist live tile. Unfortunatly this only works, after I start the app once and accept to add the app to the lock screen.
Now, here's my question:
How can I automatically rollout this permission for this app?
Is there a way doing this by
gpo
powershell
sccm
I only need this functionality for the automatical deployment in my Company. The app is not deployed by the store.

do you know if permissions need to be reset after each app update? I've already published a version of the app and just want to prevent that each user needs to set the permission once again. Updates are getting really annoying for the users if they have
to authorize the app after each update to run in the Background..
I've updated the app using system Center and checked replacing previous version.

I deleted sys.android.bar accidentally while side-loading android apps. How can I get it back?
Is there a way to get the bar file and reload it? I did try the older version that is floating around and it does not work.
I looked at the directions for reloading the OS here (http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB33480), but it seems your devie has to be non-functioning for that to work, and mine does load the OS. It is just android apps that do not work.
Also I own a MAC so in trying the KB article above I tried to use windows in a VM but it did not detect the device until it was completely booted.

After almost 2 days of ICS, here's another update:
CONS:
No notification on lockscreen. The heck important is that.
Calendar widget not even showing the next event.
Lag on Facebook, or even other social media apps while typing something.
SYSTEM UI IS NOT RESPONDING. I almost gone in that moment, where I did a quick Settings Reset after reboot. This is a major con, Sony.
Swiping up and down with many items is now unresponsive, sometimes stopping quickly at a certain point.
PROS:
Bloatwares can now be disabled, or even uninstalled in Apps Settings. I tried to remove What's App, appXtra, and UEFA.com bloatwares, and now it's gone. Let's Golf HD can now be disabled.

Side-Loaded Apps Not Working On Z10

I recently started sideloading apps on my z10 with google chrome playbook device manager and all goes well, but the problem is that they dont work. Even after pasting the files to misc/adroid/Android/data or obb, the apps dont load, all it says is "unfortunately app(process com.appname............) has stopped. Please try again". Really confused here, what should i do?
P.S. The apps i've tried are pes2012 and asphalt 7

Yea, you still aren't saying which apps. Some apps do not convert well and load to work, some do greatly, and as stated above it's a much easier and cleaner process once you upgrade to 10.2.1

File permissions for a deployed ias 6.5 app

i am running ias 6.5 on HP-UX 11.1
I have ear files deployed on 3 different servers and all of the in house developed apps are deployed with 775 permissions.
/iplanet/ias6/ias/APPS/$APP_NAME
Such that $APP_NAME is 775 and so are all files recursively under it.
This week our developer deployed some test apps and they are deploying with 755 permissions. I then noticed that the default test apps like 'fortune' are also 755.
I want the test apps deployed as 775. Does anyone know how to control this? Outside of recursively chmod after deployment.

Well, it looks like you haven't actually configured a datasource with that name. You've only configured the use of the datasource were it to exist. I don't know iPlanet, so you'll have to consult the docs to find out how to create the DS.

Side loaded "time-out" app

I installed a side loaded app called android "time out" to fix my problems with instagram , which didnt want to work, it was giving me an error: camera is too low for this app, or smtgh like that,whatever, that app fixed it. But after that my phone started to restart by itself, and also while i'm browsing internet it get locked by itself. Could this be because of this side loaded apps ? Having problem with internet connectivity on WIFI - anything that depends on DNS for data whether it is a web browser or an app while using WIFI. I call this problem "WIFI Lockout".
This happens on iphone 4, ipad 2 and ipad 3 that has been updated to iOS 6.
I am not talking about the issue of the missing apple page (day 1) or the inability to turn on/configure WIFI after updating to iOS 6.
This is what i have discovered so far.
You could be in the middle of surfing or using any app that makes data calls based on DNS (when you type google.com that is translated in the background so your device knows where to go - summary only) and suddenly you can go no where or do nothing!
Sometimes conectivity goes trouble free for long periods, other times it is repetitive "WIFI Lockout".
Yea sure, you can restart the WIFI connection, but WHO wants to CONTINUALLY do that?
Interestingly enought the device is still successfully connected to the internet via WIFI, but DNS request fail to pass successfully from the iOS 6 device.
Apple (or any curious iOS 6 user that wants to see my point), when this happens "WIFI Lockout" open up a browser before you reset the WIFI connection and type type 74.125.227.144 (google) and then “go” (I tried both safari and chrome). A google search page will come up and you will be able to execute a search (of course any link you click on will not work as it is dependant on DNS resolution).
The above IP connection to google proves NON DNS traffic works, so the issue is not the WIFI connection to the access point that is the problem. It is not an access point configuration/firmware or security protocol issue either because data does pass when the above steps are followed.
I KNOW THIS IS NOT ALL OF THE PROBLEMS WITH iOS 6, BUT THIS IS A HUGE PROBLEM NOT BEING ABLE TO SURF OR GET DATA THE iOS 6 DEVICE IS REQUESTING WHILE ON WIFI.

I bought a 3rd ipad for my daughter in CA. I synced w/my PC to load some apps since she has no PC. Now I am in Iraq with PC and my iPad. If I buy my her iTunes gift cards, can she buy apps and music w/out using my pin and charging to my Credit card?

I bought another iPad for my daugther. Because she has no PC, I loaded her iPad with apps from My PC. Now she is in Oceanside CA. And I am in Iraq with my iPad and PC.. My question is: How can my daughter load some apps of her own? If I buy her iTunes gift cards, can she redeem them on her iPad with out using my Pin number (as that would give her access to my credit card)! I prefer to gifted her purchases, not allow her to purchase with access to my credit card. Can this be done?

well if the ipad is on your itunes account then her apps and music etc will be billed to you. but if you give her gift cards you should take off your credit card because itunes won't tell you when you are all through with your gifted money and are back to useing your credit card until after you have made a purchase

My ipod touch ( Gen 4 ) goes to home screen when loading a app, and sometimes in the middle of the app. Any ideas how to fix this? One game won't load at all now. Thanks in advance for the help..

I have had this touch for almost a year. It suddenly starts going to home screen in middle of app, or when loading the app. Contract Killers has worked fine since I dowloaded it, but is not loading at all now. If I restore, will I be able to get my progress back from the backup?

Reset did not work. Just completed the restore, seems to have fixed the other apps from going back to the home page, but not Contract Killer.. I assume it is now a error on Glu's part. Hopefully they will resolve the issue. Thank you so much for your response.

I have a customized SharePoint page that takes user input data, validate some of the data, then writes the data to a SharePoint list. If an exception occurs, it will write the error to the ULS.
All was working well in the test environments.
However, recently we noticed that in the QA environment, when it's trying to write to ULS, it causes another issue:
Insufficient SQL database permissions for user 'Name: NT AUTHORITY\IUSR SID: S-1-5-17 ImpersonationLevel: Impersonation' in database 'SP_F1_Config' on SQL Server instance 'SQL01'. Additional error information from SQL Server is included below. The EXECUTE
permission was denied on the object 'proc_putObjectTVP', database 'SP_F1_Config', schema 'dbo'.
I've traced through the code and found that it fails on the line:
SPDiagnosticsServiceBase.GetLocal<LoggerError>();
where LoggerError is the logger class inheritng SPDiagnosticsServiceBase
I have also googled around today, but the most positive solution provided
on this page was to manually modify SQL object permission, which I believe we should not do, and would not be supported by Microsoft.
So the questions are:
Why is AUTHORITY\IUSER used for SPDiagnosticsServiceBase.GetLocal()? Should that account actually be allowed to access SharePoint databases? (This is an intranet environment and using claim based/Windows authentication, no no anonymous access would be allowed
anyway).
I've checked the Application Pool account permissions in SQL, comparing the environment that works and the one that doesn't work, and the permissions/roles/schemas look identical on server and database level. Where else can I check?
On the environment that works, I logged on as SharePoint administrator, created a new SharePoint Visual Web Part solution in Visual Studio, just to test writing to ULS. Then I press F5 in Visual Studio to debug it. It also has the same problem.
It just seems like somehow the user's identity (or whatever the identity SharePoint required) was not passed to SPDiagnosticsServiceBase.
Any suggestions, or even better, solutions would be really really much appreciated!

Thank you for your help are you aware of any apps that will work the iso 4.2.1 system that will let you watch movies on the phone. Also I tried to down load something else the other day and got message that Safari wont let you open this is ther any to see if i have the latest safari on my phone?

I am facing this problem while start debugging the Provider-Hosted app through VS2013. I want to deploy the app with same version. So please let me know any solution
to remove the app instance from office365 online, so that I can deploy the same app with same version on the specified "Developer Site".

I RECEIVED AN ERROR MESSAGE THAT I COULD NOT MAKE OR RECEIVE CALLS AND I HAD TO RESTORE VIA ITUNES. I HAVE DONE SO AND LOST LOADS OF APPS ETC (MY FAULT FOR NOTBACKING UP) BUT STILL UNABLE TO MAKE OR RECEIVE CALLS.

Phone is only a few months old and was working fine last night - it ran out of battery but on being charged up this morning it was effectively locked. I received an error message that I could not make or receive calls and I had to restore via itunes. I have done so and lost loads of apps etc (my fault for not backing up) but still unable to make or receive calls. Anyone had anything similar and can advise who I should contact or what I can do.
