Deploy to Standalone

Question

I run an application from the embedded oc4j, it launches the application just fine. But When I tried to run it from the Browser separately (after deployed the application to a standalone OC4J which is on the same machine as my jdeveloper), the web page just did not show up. Here is what I did:
1)The Jdeveloper and OC4J are installed on the same machine
2)Installed the ADF Via Runtime installer to the Standalone OC4J
3)Create an Application Server
4)Started the OC4J instance
5)Deployed the ear file to the Created Application Server.
6)Double checked the server.xml under the ./j2ee/home/config of the OC4J, it has a line:
<web-site path="./http-web-site.xml" />
7)Double checked the http-web-site.xml under the ./j2ee/home/config of the OC4J, it has:
<web-site host="http://10.131.29.15" port="8888" display-name="OC4J 10g (10.0.2) HTTP Web Site">
     <web-app application="ADFTest" name="ADFTest" load-on-startup="true" root="/ADFTest" />
     <access-log path="../log/http-web-access.log" />
</web-site>
But it just won't run from the independent browser, except from the embedded OC4J.
What could be the problem?

If you typed the page address in the Address bar, make sure that it is spelled correctly.
To check your connection settings, click the Tools menu, and then click Internet Options. On the Connections tab, click Settings
