Hi All
Depreciation run was not finished for past 3 years before that one of the Scrapping Asset was posted without execute the depreciation run.  For that reason we are unable close the period in asset depreciation run by using transaction code AFAB ( current as well as previous year ).
We are getting the below error while executing the transaction code AFAB.
Error Message: asset posting not completed.
We are trying to post the depreciation run manually also is not possible, due to depreciation run has already retired.
Please help us to provide the necessary solution to resolve the issue.

    Hi,
I am new to SCOM Administration. Please need support on the following issue.
I am getting error "Partitioning and Grooming has not completed recently" and  Alert Source "All Management Servers Resource Pool DB Watcher".
As suggested in one of the posts, I connected to SQL Server Management Studio > OpsMgr database > New Query > p_PartitioningAndGrooming and received message "Command(s) completed successfully.".
I could find posts or links to fix the issue but I am not sure, how to proceed further since there is no error in my case.

I have put my 2 credit card information with Microsoft. I tried calling 2 times the customer support but it was a pathetic response. In a single call I talked to 4 customer support officers and everybody passed on the call to the next without resolving the
problem, and without telling the next officer what is my issue!! they just passed on the phone call to avoid me!!
It is really frustrating that neither Microsoft is provide a good support (it was hard for them to understand my issue, in fact one of the support guy did not even know spelling of Azure.. he/she was saying it assure!!! and One of the guy told me that I
cannot use credit card outside US and Canada. then why you call yourself global???
So Microsoft you have a few things to do as your homework.
    1. Your support is pathetic, frustrating and requires better people out there who know about your products, so train them first!
    2. You got my 2 credit cards information which I see at subscriptions for Windows Azure, please remove both of them if you cannot provide a good support and subscription.
    3. Learn from other cloud providers, AWS will otherwise kill your business.

  • Error-RG23 Part-2 posting not yet done in MIRO

    Hi Expert,
While doing MIRO, i am getting Error-RG23 Part 2 posting not yet done.
While analysis, i came to know that, user did 101 and then 102 and then J1IEX in 2014.
After that did new MIGO-101 in 2015 with same Excise Number-00917.
When i go to J1IEX and enter Vendor Excise Invoice-00917, it shows 2 Lines 2013-In Process and 2014-Posted.
So whether Error in MIRO is due to Excise Invoice for 2013
If yes what activity can be done for Excise Invoice for 2013

What ever the case, If the Material document is canceled through MIGO then Excise invoice has to be Posted and Canceled in J1IEX provided Part 1 and Part2 were captured earlier for the Excise invoice.
Now in your case, Could you tell us whether you had posted Part 1 and Part 2 for the 101 Material document posted earlier in year 2013.
If you had posted Part 1 and Part 2 then you have to Post the Excise invoice and Cancel the same in J1IEX. If not, the status would be In process always. If you do not want to cancel the Excise invoice, you only have the following options.
    1) Configure the message as a Warning Message for Certain user and ask the user to Post MIRO.
    2) change the status of the excise invoice in J_1IEXCHDR, J_1IEXCDTL, J_1IGRXREF.

  • Unplanned depreciation in FI Fixed Assets does not post to FI-GL

We used transaction ABAA (unplanned depreciation) movement typ 640 to post a depreciation amount - The document has been posted in the AA module ( it is now showing against the Asset in the transaction Asset Explorer transactions  AW01N and AB03) however we do not manage to get it posted to FI and consequently have a reconciliation difference between the value in the AA module and the FI-GL.
Can anybody please give advise how we can correct this?
    We tried following so far:
    (1) post the unplanned depreciation document using transaction AFAB - depreciation posting run.
    No documents created.
The message log displays "You want to run the next planned run of the depreciation posting run in period 014. However, the last planned posting run was already performed for period 014."
Than tried to execute the transaction with selection 'repeat' , 'restart', 'unplanned depreciation run': no documents posted either ......
    (2) reverse the unplanned depreciation document using transaction AB08
This failed; the system reports following
"No FI document was generated for the asset transaction" and subsequently after clicking the 'post'button' an error"No unique header information transferred into Accounting
    Message no. RW001
Diagnosis:  The interface into Accounting requires:
    Header data
    Item data
    Currency data
The header data is missing, or several items were transferred.
    System Response
Processing of the data in the Accounting interface is not possible.
    Procedure
This is a system error of the application which was called up
So..............No idea how to get rid of this document.
    Can anybody help?
    Kind Regards,
    Arjan

    Hi Suresh,
    Thanks for you feedback.
I had already tried your suggestion; it was the actions which I mentioned under the point (1) in my message.
The system did not generate any FI document, this is exactly the unexpected problem that I am trying to solve.
    Any further suggestions?
    Kind Regards,

Also, resetting preferences to defaults may help...  Press and hold Command - Shift - Option immediately upon cold-starting Photoshop. If you get the keys down quickly enough - and you have to be really quick - it will prompt you to confirm deletion of your current preferences, which will lead to the establishment of a fresh default set. The unplugging was of power, if you were unplugging ethernet .. that will not do anything.

If a restart of the TC is not adequate you maybe in the 2% that has other issues.. please try a full network restart in correct order.. with everything off.. modem.. then TC.. then clients.. with 2min gap to allow modem and TC to finish boot process.

Running RHEL 5.9, 6,4, 6.4 OELUEK, Windows 2008 R2, and Windows 2012 R1.  Of these OSes, just RHEL 6.4 is giving an error.  All the other OSes are passing this test fine giving the expected output.  Some other facts are:
Using VDBench 5.03 (also tried 5.04 with same error)
Using jre1.7.0_21 (also tried IBM 1.5, Sun 1.6 versions with VDBench 5.03 & 5.04 which also did not complete)
This is happening for multipe machine types (Dell, IBM, HP).  All have RAID 1 with 2 disks with RAID array controller.

Thanks for the tips. This is what has been done.
    1) Ran adding fsd=defaulf,workingsetsize=16 (since 64 GB machine and 4 FSDs), which failed.
    2) Removing the openflag=directio, it ran in spurts (faster and slower) which ran longer but then failed.
    3) Did a run, origial options, with vmstat & iostat reporting every 5 seconds. In that noticed an increase in CPU an decrease in IO rate until VDBench gave an error.
I was unable to upload images with Excel graphs, so have the summary below.  Thanks for looking at this.
