Depreciation planned information AW01N

Hi Dear experts;
We have area 31 as the inflation area for México, but in transaction AW01N the planned values for depreciation of the inflation appers all in the first month, and from month 2 to 12 the value is 0.00 (zero)
I.E.

Hi,
Please check the following to help you identify the issue.
Please check the Depn key assigned for the Depn area in question in the Asset master data.
For that asset this may be a low value asset
Check the life of the asset for the depreciation area in the master data.

Depreciation planned calculater not as remaining life balance

Hi SAP Expert,
Currently, i have an issue on depreciation planned calculate divided by 12 month instead of 2 month remaining life balance.
Asset Parameters
Useful Life: 3 / 0
Expired Useful Life: 2 / 10
Remaining Life: 0 / 2
Net book value balance is 59,907 and scarp value is 1. So depreciation will divided by 59,906.
Now i see the depreciation posted/planned is every month 4,992.17 for 12 months.
As the asset just left two month life, isn't that depreciation posted/planned will be 29,953 for 2 months?
I am suspect configure on depreciation key.
Please advice where to configure calculate depreciation base on remaining life?

Depreciation planned in FA explore

I set fixed asset take-over time 31.12.2008 and specify last period post in prv. system 12.2008. But after I used AS91 to create legacy data I found in fixed asset master data the planned depreciation only from period 5 in 2009. I am wondering why there is no depreciation planned for period 1th-4th in 2009. At the same time I run AFAB with warning"According to posting cycle, you should post period 005 next".

This you can have when you did more transports, it takes then the value from your last depreciation run from your development system.
The values are stored in the the table T093D. You can have a look to it.
I think you can run the depreciation run for period 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 as repeat run. Then you get the real values in the correct period. An other option is to run in period 5 *** (1 to 5)

Can't access CC plan information

I've been trying for the past hour to access my "Plan Information" tab from within the CC dashboard - all it does is indefinitely show the "loading" boxes animation. I've tried reloading and using two different browsers. I have no trouble seeing the rest of the site, or any other web page. I need to deactivate my copy of CS5.

Yep, same here. Can't access my receipt. I don't know why they don't send a long a PDF receipt along with the payment notification email. And the "An annual membership brings substantial savings to your monthly fee, and you’ll enjoy all the same benefits you do today." link brings you to a page where there is in fact no option to pay on a yearly basis. Odd to say the least.

which i need to use in the formula. Does any of the runtime structures contain this billing information.

Hi Experts,
In Decentralized Planning environment, 1) what is the use of "Push Plan Information" concurrent request in ASCP instance.
2) By submitting this in Destination, what we will get/benifitted in Source ERP instance. 3) After submitting what will happen in concern plan data in ASCP instance.
4) What is the effect of the parameters in this concurrent request (Buy Orders only yes/no, Demand yes/no, Organization, planner, category, Item).

Hi,
Push plan info in destination writes plan data into source instance so that mrp tables get populated with latest run data on demand and supplies. It is used in downstream processes like supplier scheduling etc.,
buy orders,demands etc are some of the subsets of data that get overwritten in source instance based on what you select.

"Your power plan information isn't available"

On my M57e, running Windows 7 Professional, I am trying to adjust the power mgmt settings. I get the error message "your power plan information isn't available". After visitng several Windows 7 help sites, I'm still stuck. I also have a Thinkpad T61p running Windows 7, and don't have this problem there. It appears there is no Lenovo power mgmt software associated with this machine, even though Lenovo promoted it as Windows 7 compatible. The Lenovo support website shows nothing for power mgmt. Btw, many non-Lenovo users are reporting this problem, too.
Has anyone met and conquered this?

Ok, here's the solution for this problem in MY case (your mileage may vary):
Start msconfig.exe and, under Startup, uncheck the box for Roxio Burn (don't use it anyway) ... voila!

Yes, I've maintained the Takeover configuration properly .... date 31.03.2011, last period is 3/2011.
In case you didn't follow, I'm using manual depreciation key for assets. For AS91, I put amounts in 'Dep.posted' for current year up to period 3 eg $5000.
But when I execute AFAB, system says Plan = 0 and Posted = -5000, therefore TBP = +5000.
System is reversing the depreciation ?!
Or does it mean after go-live, I have to post manual depreciation (ABMA) which includes the already posted $5000? So if I want depreciation of $2000 in April, I have to post $7000 in April via ABMA?

Depreciation Planned Values missing in AW01N

Hi ,
we have a scenario in which few assets is not showing any depreciation values for period 9 (i.e. post/planned), instead the depreciation value period 9 is transferred to the period 10.
Example: if depreciation value is 100 EUR for all the periods (1-12) and the depreciation run is successfully completed till period 8 for an asset. when we analyse the period 9 planned values in Asset Explorer screen, the entire row is missing and the period 10 is showing with a planned value of 200 EUR (inlcusive of period 9).
Any solution to rectify this scenario ?

Depreciation planned for wrong period

Dear All,
In Asset Master the depreciation is settle to start in 01.10.2010, I already run depreciations for all assets in period 10 but not for period 11.
I only acquired the asset after running depreciation for period 10, so in AFAB I have to run depreciation again for period 10 in "repeat" mode right?
Problem is...when I do that, the outcome is zero as if I didn´t make a new acquisition for that period, after that I went to asset explorer (AW01N) and in tab "Posted values" depreciations only starts in period 11.
Example (of what is shown in asset in AW01N):
Acquisition value: 1000 $
Acquisition date: 15.10.2010
Dep. start date: 01.10.2010 (period 10 already been run)
Planned values:
- period 11: 50 $
- period 12: 25 $
Why depreciation doesn´t starts in period 10? Instead period 11 "eats" values from period 10. I want to run again period 10 but it doesn´t have values. Can anyone tell me why this happens?

Asset Depreciation Planned values

Hi Everyone,
There is a requirement for us to pull planned as well as posted depreciation values for assets. The input for the program would essentially be Fiscal Year, selected list of asset class & cost centers. We are using the FM 'AM_SHOW_POST_DEPR' to fetch posted & planned values. Now the issue is that, since not many key fields are provided, the report takes so much time to fetch the required assets and its posted / plan values. On doing a more close analysis it was found that 75 % of the data fetching time is consumed by the FM 'AM_SHOW_POST_DEPR'. Is there any other function modules / method to perform the activity done by this FM, so that the performance can be improved, or if possible can somebody provide the logic involved in asset plan data projection.
This FM returns the values which can be seen in posted values tab of the transaction code 'AW01N'.

You are talking about dep planned values thus this is not posted as actual values?
When the actuals values are posted there is longer planned values.
When you want to make changes you can use the transaction:
ABZU - Write-Up
When you want to do this you should re open fiscal year 2008 for asset accounting. Following on this you have to do the fiscal year closing again for 2008 and 2009.
This action will create postings in FI in 2008 and 2009!!!!!!!

Depreciation Planned Values for an Asset

Hi,
Can anybody suggest how can I bring the total planned depreciation values (month wise).
I would like to know the structure, table or function module.
We have tried with function module ANEP_AFARECHNEN but notfetching the results.
I know ANLC table shows the values but only for the years that are roll-forwarded by the system.
But, I want the planned depreciation values for complete life of the asset.
Any help would be appreciated.
