Design for wireless project....need help....

i have a requirement from client and need suggestions on the design. Client has 1 main office and 5 remote branches. client requires wireless in all offices. approx 600 access points with 100 in each location client requires all wireless access points to be registered at HO controller and a redundant controller to be at the branch. if the controllet @ HO goes down access point to be served by the controller local to the site.
Is this type of a design possible ? kindly do help me in suggesting the best for my clent.

The 7500 has two 10 gig connections that can be used. So you will need a 10 gig module to connect that to. You don't need to use a tertiary wlc unless you have one available. Usually two is good enough. Again.. You need to decide if you want to go local or h-reap. You can go either way, but why put one wlc in HQ and the other at the remote site. If your concern is 100% redundancy, then put two out at each site. If you have more money to use, then add another WLC at HQ for your tertiary. Now I don't think you need more than a 5508-500 at HQ because the percentage of loosing all 6 sites WLC's is pretty slim. If you go h-reap, then put the WLC's at HQ. Get 3 5508-500 for redundancy unless you have the WiSM2. If you have 10gig, then two 7500's will do. You have many options.

Chez moi, il y en a une kyrielle en dehors des dossiers standards parce que je renomme wxcvb.template quasiment tous mes documents Pages et wxcvb.nmbtemplate à peu près tous mes documents Numbers.
Ainsi, quand je travaille sur un document, je ne suis pas ralenti par Autosave.

Bought a Template for a customer Need Help

I know HTML but the coding to change things baffles me. I am out of help with the seller who is in Australia.

outfit in Australia. When I asked how do I get rid of the pulldown phono on
the index page the answer was "remove the first page of the Flash.fla.
Except it took out the song I added and I would need tro recreate a Flash Page.

I have to write a Java applet that allows the user to make certain choices from a number of options and allows the user to pick three dinner menu items from a choice of three different groups, choosing only one item from each group. The total will change as each selection is made.

Design the menu program to include three soups, three
entrees, and three desserts. The user should be informed to
choose only one item from each group.
Use the following information to create your project.

The user shouldn�t be able to choose more than one item
from the same group. The item prices shouldn�t be visible to
the user.

The dinner menu should be 200 pixels wide &#56256;&#56437; 440 pixels
high and be centered on the browser screen. The browser
window should be titled �The Menu Program.�
Use 28-point, regular face Arial for the title �Dinner Menu.�
Use 16-point, bold face Arial for the dinner menu group titles
and the total at the bottom of the applet. Use 14-point regular
face Arial for individual menu items and their prices. If you
do not have Arial, you may substitute any other sans-serif
font in its place. Use Labels for the instructions.
The checkbox objects will use the system default font.
Note: Due to complexities in the way that Java handles
numbers and rounding, your price may display more than
two digits after the decimal point. Since most users are used
to seeing prices displayed in dollars and cents, you�ll need to
display the correct value.
For this project, treat the item prices as integers. For example,
enter the price of cheesecake as 429 instead of 4.29. That
way, you�ll get an integer number as a result of the addition.
Then, you�ll need to establish two new variables in place of
the Total variable. Run the program using integers for the
prices, instead of float variables with decimals.
You�ll have the program perform two mathematical functions
to get the value for the dollars and cents variables. First,
divide the total price variable by 100. This will return a
whole value, without the remainder. Then get the mod of the
number versus 100, and assign this to the cents variable.
Finally, to display the results, write the following code:

The specific problem is that when I load he applet, the radio buttons do not work properly and any calculation is made.OK.
I had a look at the soup radio buttons. I guess the others are similar.
(a) First, a typo.
cb1Soups.addItemListener(this);cb2Soups.addItemListener(this);cb2Soups.addItemListener(this);That last one should be "cb3Soups.addItemListener(this)". The peppered chicken broth was never responding to a click. It might be a good idea to write methods that remove such duplicated code.
(b) Now down where you respond to user click you have:

(c) It's not enough to just calculate dollars, you also have to display it to the user. Up near the start of your code you have
Label theDinnerPriceIs=new Label("Dinner Price is $ "+dollars +"."+cents);It's important to realise that theDinnerPriceIs will not automatically update itself to reflect changes in the dollars and cents variables. You have to do this yourself. One way would be to use the Label setText() method at the end of the itemStateChanged() method.
(d) Finally, the way you have written itemStateChanged() you are continually adding things to dollars. Don't forget to make dollars zero at the start of this method otherwise the price will go on and on accumulating which is not what you intend.
A general point: If you have any say in it use Swing (JApplet) rather than AWT. And remember that both Swing and AWT have forums of their own which may be where you get the best help for layout problems.

Wireless AP design for Wireless IPPhone 7921

FOr a client they are asking 40 Wireless IP Phone, with 3 floors, IPT side I am clear in design, but for access point design I am bit confused with standalone and WLC design.
Could please light me on Wireless design for standalone AP and WLC controller with AP , in the design plan to give both as options.
And also how to confirm a AP is a standalone or it wil work only with WLC.

I would suggest you subcontract this to a partner who is familiar with wireless voice designs. There are a lot of details and caveats to make sure it works.
For example: autonomous APs are not viable for voice installations. You need a controller to prevent the roam times from interrupting the call.

Web Design/Graphic Arts Student needs help choosing a Macbook.

First post on board so greetings!
I have went back through all the archives and read every post I could on purchasing a Macbook for Web Design/Graphics but would like more info.
Being a first time Mac user I am a little overwelmed by the all the guru talk. I will be going back to college next month for mainly Web Design/Development with Graphic Arts thrown into the program. The College has Mac Desktops to use but some of my classes will be online and I would like the portability of a Macbook to work from home with.
I will be having to use Adobe Creative Suite (all 10 programs within it) and Autodesk 3ds Max. Being that I will be dealing with graphics I am willing to pay for the 15" Retina Screen. I have read that the Quadcore I7 processor may be over kill since alot of programs will never use the extra cores but with technology changing all the time I don't want to have tot upgrade in 2 years.
So I'm looking for suggestions and will gladly add more info to help make my choice...

few days ago I have purchased Iphone casino games from itunes apps store. One of the game was made by the company called "ARISTOCRAT" dragan game. Usually we will get basic tokens to play the game, and if we ran out of the tokens all we need to do is going into "manu" and "setting" selete "dream" and reset that we should be able to continue play the game with same amount of the basic tokens. The one game would not let us to go back to the game. There were msg came out said" game center requires an active connection to the internet"? I didn't feel comfortable because we purchased the game for $1.99 to play for fun and not to gamble. We do have credit card on your file. We don't want to be charged alot of money for something not in our well. I need help to answer the question on the following:
1. Are we able to ever play this game again without going to internet? We don't even know which site to go to, because when we press the ok button nothing else came out to direct us to any area.
2. We only purchased the few days ago order ID: MGT74GN6V7 on 10/03/12. all the other games we purchased we were able to continue to play by doing the same setting.

BBSM - Basic design for Wireless

I am designing a wireless/BBSM network for a customer. The will have AP's available with both a guest SSID and an Employee SSID. They have non-cisco switches. Can I still use BBSM for guest wireless access?

As long as the BBSM has IP/SNMP connectivity to the Aironet APs you should not have a problem. I would recommend you use the AP settings with packet inactivity timer in network elements.

What operating system, and version do you have? Mac or Windows?
If you are not using the wireless feature, you can certainly turn it off. Simply touch the arrow on the right hand side, then touch the wireless icon. In the Wireless Menu, go to Wireless and select off.
If you are using a USB cable and are having difficulties, try unplugging it and reconnecting it. If you have a Windows computer and you are still having troubles, running the Print and Scan Doctor might help. The HP Print and Scan Doctor is a free utility (tool) that helps to quickly resolve common printing, scanning and connectivity issues including but not limited to:
Connectivity:
USB: Verifies that the USB connection from your computer to the HP product is working correctly.

If that does not resolve the issue, post back and let me know if there are any symbols other than green check marks and what they are next to of course. The wrench is not always easy to spot as the wrench and the check mart are in the green circle.

Already have wireless network, need help for set up of time capsule for wired backup only.

Hello all -
I have a time capsule that plugs into wall and used a wireless network to back up computer. It would always mess up internet afterwards so I would unplug the time capsule and reset internet until the next back up. my time capsule now will not link into my computer. It just flashes amber. Spoke with apple and was told to come on here and ask for help for setting up time capsule for a wired backup only and to mention that I have a wireless network.
Hope any of this makes sense.

For starters, please tell us the make and model of the modem/router that you have now that is providing your wireless network.
