At ADOBE ID Account management, my orders of 2012 are mentioned. My order number: AD003412062NL clearly mentions my serial number. I can even download my installation files there and when I do that it does not accept my serial. Now what?

Install acrobat 9.0 serial number not valid?

I upgraded my PC and want to move my Acrobat 9.0 standard over from my old PC. I downloaded the installation file for 9.0 std from the website and ran it. It asks for my serial number. I input my serial number as shown on my account for my registered software but it tells me it is invalid and won't let me install. I chatted with support and they validated that my serial number is for 9.0 std. Why won't it show as valid when I try to install it on my new PC?

Did you install Acrobat 9 as part of Creative Suite 4? If so, please see Error "Invalid serial number" | Acrobat 9 | CS4.

Fresh Install of Aperture v1 - Serial No Not Valid

I have migrated to a new iMac and want to install Aperture v1.0 Retail and then use v2.0 upgrade. The v1.0 serial number is not recognised as valid - I have double/triple checked the typing. This is a full retail copy of v1. Any assistance appreciated! I have used Aperture v1.0 before on an earlier computer without problems.

You don't need to actually install v1. When you install the v2 upgrade it will ask you for both serial numbers. Be sure to update it to 2.1.4 before trying to run it under Snow Leopard.

Can you help? Converting from PC to Mac for Design Standard CS6

Hello,
I have recently purchased a macbook pro and downloaded the files for Design Standard CS6, I install the application and then enter my product key which works however it says
"this product is valid but we could not find a qualifying product on this computer"
It then tells me that if I want to use the code I must have one of the following products and the serial code, then it gives me a list of products none of which I want such as Design Standard 5, Web Premium etc
I didn't need any of these on my PC I just downloaded the application and used my code
Can anyone offer any advice here?

Right now i am trying to create an installation package for Design Standard CS6 with Adobe Application Manager Enterprise Edition. I did already download the installation file from ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/cs6/downloads, but while creating the test package i only get English/ French/ Hungarian/ Polish/ Russian versions. How can I create a german installation?

I cannot see photoshop.exe file in download for Design standard CS6 but it is included in the suite.
Will it be installed automatically?

Your Windows version/license cannot be used on a Mac unless possibly if you install Windows emulation software. However, since it is the most recent release version you can request a platform swap. See the following page for more information:

Is Adobe Design Standard CS6 accessible via App Mgr? Programs don't start from it

When I click on an Adobe application, say Photoshop, in the App Mgr main menu, nothing happens. But when I go the usual Windows route Start - Programs - Adobe Design Standard CS6 - Photoshop , Photoshop starts right away. My Design Standard CS6 is 64=bit, is fully registered and up to date - no new updates. But what about App Mgr? It is good for updates, but does not seem intended for program startup.

That's right, the application manager is for updating and downloading the adobe programs, not for launching already installed adobe applications.
Does InDesign work from the Windows>Start>All Programs menu?

A customer service rep gave me a link to download off the Adobe site, but when I try to open the file to run it, I get this error message - "A problem occurred extracting the archive".

Yep. Nothing happens at all. Windows tries to execute the uninstaller, but I don't get any other screen and all activity stops for the MSI. I monitored it in Process Monitor and the MSI executable appears, but is quickly ended, like it couldn't find anything or something.
It's as if windows has a blank entry in Programs and Features, because it used to show the size of the Adobe application in the "Size" column. Now it's just blank. Link to screenshot below:

Note the install date. That's when I was able to successfully reinstall it. Now I can't even do that. I should also mention I tried Revo Uninstaller. It deleted one small registry key, but nothing changed.
By the way, is the CS cleaner supposed to ask for a disc in the drive when you run it? It refused to run unless I had one in it, so I used my install dvd.
