Design View is Terrible but the Webpage Looks Great

Question

My HTML webpages look great on my web server. However, when I
open a webpage in Dreamweaver the Design View looks nothing like
the page posted to my website. This is really frustrating since it
makes edits more difficult to perform. I'm using Contribute to edit
webpage since they uploaded to Contribte and display correctly.
Can anyone out there assist me in fixing the Design View in
Dreamweaver?

You layout plan is pretty strange. I guess I would never do a
layout that
way, honestly. It will take me some time to study what you
have done....
Anyhow, what happens if you add "margin:0 auto;" to pfm2?
