Design & Web Premium trial

Hi, I have the Design & Web Premium trial installed on my macbook pro. Can I license this trial with my creative cloud membership, or do I need to reinstall all the apps?

You can simply license the product by entering your adobe id and password that you have used for Creative Cloud and that should convert the trial into a full version . please follow the below mentioned steps
1)Launch the product and wait for the trial pop up to come .
2) click on License this software and enter the correct email add and password
3) sign in

CS6 Design & Web Premium trial stops in the middle of downloading.

I've tried to download CS6 Design & Web Premium on several occasion over the last four days, and everytime it stops at just over 10% of the download.
I've made sure I have enough disk-space. I run at about 20M download speed. I've tried both wireless and physical connections and get the same result everytime. I seem to have run out of options. Oh - I've also varied the time I start the downloads from morning, afternoon and night. I've tried Google Chrome and Internet Explorer. My laptop (which I've had for over 8 months) runs Windows 7 and until now, I had not come across a download problem.
I'm growing quite frustrated and need to know why I've encountered this problem and how to resolve it.

Can't Open Downloaded CS6 Design & Web Premium Trial

The above-listed download, from http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/tdrc/index.cfm?product=designweb_premium, yields a file DesignWebPremium_CS6_LS16.7z.adadownload. There is no way to open this file. I just tried to download D&WP Files 1 and 2 with IDM, and both say I don't have permission!
Why is this? It's a trial version!

Do I need to uninstall the Photoshop CS6 trial before installing Design & Web Premium?

I'm studying game design and my school provides a full license for Photoshop CS6. Before they provide the license they require you to install the software and use the 30 day trial, so that's what I did - I just installed the Photoshop CS6 standalone version (the full thing, not Elements). Now that my trial period has expired I've been given the license, but it seems it's for the whole Creative Suite 6 Design & Web Premium, not just Photoshop.
Should I uninstall Photoshop standalone before installing the whole Design & Web Premium suite? Or will it be okay if I go through the installation of the suite and just deselect Photoshop from the installation options? Is there any difference between the version that's installed on its own and the version that comes with the Design Premium suite? Will it affect any functionality in terms of transferring stuff between applications?
I'm running Windows 7.

Only if you want to or need the space... versions are independent... some people have several versions installed for testing different capabilities

My CS6 Design and Web Premium trial has stopped downloading at 4,558 MB. It says it will take around 24 hours to download, but nothing is happening. Has anyone else had a problem with this? How do I get it going again?

The default location is your User folder I believe this is what you are referring to as your home folder? Your user folder should be the correct folder to download to.
You can also try the steps listed at http://forums.adobe.com/thread/981369 to initiate a direct download.

Hello, I have bought CS6 Design & Web Premium. I can see it when i use my adobe-id with th registered products. Nevertheless the software won't startup since a month because it says it's a trial version. When i try to register with the original serial number it won't accept. Does anyone know what's wrong? Thank you for your reply. All the checks are fine, I have acces to the activation server but the next step is a problem:
Search the hosts file for entries that reference activate.adobe.com (for example, 127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com) and delete these entries.
I can not find a file like that. So as I assume there is a connection to the activation server but there is no document in my system to tell that this is no trial version, is that correct?
So what to do next?

I ordered and paid for my product by phone 13 days ago. When I go to my recent orders page, there's a download link. When I click the link it opens to a page that says "no downloads available." The product has been paid for in full and I've spent over 3 hours on hold over the last two weeks. Please help me with this ASAP as I need the product. If you have the serial numer then download the trial of Creative Suite 6 Design & Web Premium from http://www.adobe.com/downloads/ and enter the serial number at the time of installation. you will get the full version of Creative Suite 6 Design & Web Premium.

Currently I have been the recipient of a very bad experience regarding the manner in which Adobe is forcing me to spend more money on products without allowing me to upgrade accordingly --- or in having to speak to a FOREIGNER --- who cannot communicate properly .... please respond as soon as possible ... please.
My experience in trying to speak to someone with a 'Extremely Thick Accent' was very unpleasant and aggrivating ... and ended up 'going no where.'

Just bought the Adobe Creative Suit 6 Design & Web Premium and iv been trying to fill in the adobe student and teacher edition order fulfillment online but it doenst do anything when iv filled it out and pressed process???.... iv spoken to someone on the help chat thing but that wasnt really helpful as all i want to no is what do i do next?? How do i no if the information has gone through? I no that i need to wait to hear back and recive my serial number if it has, but while am waiting can i put the cd in as it says something about being able to do the 3o day trial while i wait?

You need to first confirm where you have purchased your Education version product from. If you have purchased the product from Adobe Online in US, you can send your Proof of Eligibility under "My Adobe" > "My Orders". There you will find the Order date, and once you click there, you will find the option called submit Proof. Click on this option and fill in all the details and attach the documents.
Secondly, if you have purchased the product from a reseller, it depends where you have purchased whether it is from your school or from a reseller and also it depends on the country from where you have purchased.

Re-installation of CS6 Design & Web Premium

In 2013 I have bought the CS6 Design & Web Premium Student version, in Australia
I have installed it on both my desktop and old laptop.
All the emails exchanged with Adobe at the time of purchase containing my licence details are on my desktop, still in Australia.
I have activated my CS6 D&WP on my laptop when I left Australia to New Caledonia, where I still am now.
I have just bought a new laptop on which I have installed a trial version. I need now to deactivate CS6 on my old laptop and activate it on the new one. The problem is that I don't have with me my licence details.
How can I get back Adobe instructions emails with my licence details I got in the first place, and whole the procedure instructions to do that operation?
Looking forward to getting some useful help, as I can't find any way to send a message directly to Adobe support.

CS6 Design & Web Premium "Program Launching Problem"

II purchased CS6 Design & Web Premium in September and have been using the program ever since and everything was working fine until this week when I tried to launch Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver, etc. and I got the following message:
“The procedure entry point GetLogicalProcessorInformation could not be located in the dynamic link library Kernal32.dll”.
Consequently, the majority of the programs won't operate at all because of this. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling CS6 and also using the Adobe CC Cleaner Tool. Also, I've reinstalled Windows and even replaced my Processor thinking that might be the issue but nothing has fixed the problem. NOTE: By the way, I also own CS5.5 Design and Web Premium and everything works fine.
Now I'm getting the message when I try to launch Illustrator that I'm only using a "Trial Version" and I have to sign in.
Please help me. I really need to use CS6.

Adobe Design & Web Premium CS6 - Student - no Acrobat Pro installed

I purchased and installed Adobe Design & Web Premium CS6 - Student Version. The box and the Adobe site list Acrobat Pro included. But in reviewing the Creative Cloud, it lists Acrobat Pro as a Trial. I do have Acrobat Standard already installed. Is the Pro version included with this software Suite and if so, how do I install it? Is the Standard version preventing the install?

DaveKStL which version of Windows are you using? I would recommend removing your installation of Adobe Acrobat Standard using the Programs and Features Control Panel. Once removed you can then can install Adobe Acrobat Professional which is included with your Creative Cloud Membership.
