Deskjet Ink Adv. 6525 Invisible to all devices even if connected to the same network
Okey, So a few days ago I got a new router (new Wifi network). When I connected my printer to it, none of my Apple or Android devices couldn't find my printer, even if they could before I got my new router. I called my new network the same way as my previouse one, and used the same password,but my devices still can't find it.They're all connected to the same network, and no errors are shown on the printer, or on the Wireless network test results. I tryed everything I could find from the FAQs on this site, but I still can't solve the problem.The printer prints and scans normally when it's connected to my computer. Please answer if you have any ideas how to solve my problem!

Welcome to the HP Support forums. I understand that since changing your router your mobile devices can’t find your printer and you can only print from your computer with the cable connected.
Please run the Wireless Setup Wizard from the front panel of the printer. Even though you have used the same network name and password, the new router broadcasts different information that the old router. So please run the wireless setup wizard from the front panel of the printer. The instructions on how to do this can be found in your User Guide on page 31 in the section titled “To connect the product with the Wireless Setup Wizard”.
For your computer it sounds like the step to switch the connection from a USB connection to a wireless connection was accidentally missed during the setup. The instructions on how to make that switch can also be found in your User Guide on page 33in the section titled “Change from a USB connection to a wireless network”. Windows and Mac each have their own sub-section.
For your mobile devices please turn the wi-fi setting off on it. Please wait approximately 15 seconds to allow the device to truly disconnect from the network. Please turn the wi-fi setting back on and then choose your network. It’s possible that the devices still “thought” they were connected to your old network as the name didn’t change.

On all of these devices, go to: Settings > iCloud and make sure they're updated with the new password. If you're talking about Macs, go to: "System Preferences > iCloud" too. -
Does your device require being connected to the same wifi network to backup onto your computer?
I know this may sound a silly question but I am a complete noivce with all things iPhone and computer based. Basically, I just wondered, if my phone is connected to one wifi network (as in when am away from home), will it be able to download my content onto my computer which is on another wifi network?Thank you.

I just purchased an AppleTV and am trying to connect AirPlay with my mac (2012 model) In 'system preferences > displays' an airplay menu is listed but it says 'no device detected'. My AppleTV and macbook are connected to the same network. Any suggestions why it is not working?
Troubleshoot the network as that is likely what is causing the issue.
Also, temporarily disable the firewall on the Mac and disable IPV6 on the computer. -
my apple tv was working fine untill the AirPlay option disappeared. I haven alterd the settings and have tryed rebooting both iPhone and ipad. I even rebooted the ATV and that disn't work. i am connected to the same network on both devices to. How many iPad devices can be connected to the same account to share iTunes (apps not only music)?
I'm trying to figure out if I can share the apps I have on my ipad with other iPads and if so, how many. I have read the Home Sharing information on the website (max 5 devices in your household if they are connected to your house wi-fi) but does it mean that they all have to be in the same place using the same wi-fi connection?

Ok, I had this problem until 5 minutes ago. What i did:
1 - disable Wi-Fi
2 - disable Bluetooth (that's the great villain)
3 - enable Wi-Fi
4 - Icon Appears, able to conect. If you need Bluetooth, after you conected to Apple TV, you can Enable again.
On iPhone 4S are the same steps, turn off Wi-Fi, turn off bluetooth, reconect wifi, tap twice at home button, scroll to volume, and the airplay is there.

How do I get all my devices on the same network?
I recently purchased a 6th generation Airport Extreme to support the Wi-Fi demands of my household. Between streaming on Netflix, downloading games on Steam, and reading our emails, my household is no lightweight in Wi-Fi usage. We have 17 devices in total for the household which we have connected to the Wi-Fi, but not all of them are connected at the same time.
I would like to connect all of them to the main network of the router, so that I could enable file sharing on all of them, but unfortunately, this isn't working as intended. I will abbreviate the name of my networks as "MN" for main network and "GN" for guest network.
There are a few of my devices which do not want to work with the MN, so I have them on the GN so that they are still connected to the internet. Whenever I connect some devices, it will attach to the network just fine, but trying to send or receive data packets the device usually stays loading for a few minutes before it says it cannot connect to the network.
What are some troubleshooting tips that I can use to have all of my devices connect to the same MN?
I've tried messing with the router settings a little bit, but if you have any suggestions, whether I do it on my devices I want to connect to the router, or change the settings on the router itself, I am open to suggestions as I cannot figure this out, even with some detailed googling. Thank you in advance for any help that you give. If you need more details about the devices or router, I am definitely available for that.Different services on your iOS device (iMessage, Facetime, iCloud, iTunes and App Store) can be signed into with an Apple ID of your choice. Make sure you verify the settings for each device and that you are signed in to each service with the correct Apple ID.
I'll do an example for iMessage:
1) Go to settings on your iOS device
2) Select "Messages"
3) Select "Send & Receive"
4) At the very top you will see "Apple ID", by selecting your Apple ID, you will now have the option to sign out of messages with the current Apple ID, and sign in with the new one.
The steps for changing your Apple ID for other services will be very similar.

I have iPhone 6, 8.3. I cannot use bluetooth at all from my device, even to connect my macbook pro. I did all the recommended trouble shooting such as reboot and reset network settings. but it does not recognise any bluetooth device. Pls help.Thank you.

Are you using a software to see all devices that are supposed to be connected to your router? You can reset and start over with your router. Make sure you have a security enabled on it like WPA Personal. You can try DHCP Reservation as well to ensure that the devices that will have access to your router are only the ones you included on the list.

All my devices except my iPhone 4S can airprint. Only the 4s tells me no airprint printers found. I see no differences in the settings and I am on the same network as the printer. Like I said, two iPads and an iPhone 4 airprint like a champ!
Appreciate the suggestion and tried it, but still, no joy. I even had another iPhone brought into the network and it found the printer, no problem. It's just this one iPhone 4s. Sounds like a trip to the Genius Bar for me!

Can I authorize mulitple apple ids on the same device so that what is purchased on either account will be loaded in both devices without having to use the same ID?
My wife has a laptop and an iphone 4s, I have a laptop and and iphone 4s, our two sons have our old iphone 3s, we have an old laptop for our sons to use. Our old iphones for our sons are deactivated as phones - so they are used as i-touches for songs, pictures and aps. I want to use icloud (which I'm new to) to hopefully have all four iphones and all three computers stay synced with at least music - if not aps and pictures. My wife has an apple ID and I have one. I'd like to authorize all three laptops for both apple IDs so that we will still have our own accounts, but everything either of us buys will be automatically loaded into all three laptops and all four iphones. Can this be done?

iTunes permits up to five authorized computers connected to a single Apple ID: iTunes Store- About authorization and deauthorization.
For this all to work well, however, each user in your household should have a separate user account on the computer they commonly use. -

I can't print from my iPad2 to my air-print enabled printer (HP Premium e-all-in-one C310). They're on the same network, but have differed IP addresses! The iPad IP is 192-168-1.126 and the printer is 192-168.1.133. That's the only difference I can see. Is there a way to fix this?

you put periods between the numbers.
Each device needs a unique number.
for the 192.168.1 the right must number should vary. 192.168.1.x
the numbers you have look ok.
Power off all devices: wifi router, printer, ipad.. wait 10 minutes. poweron router ... wait power on printer wait then power on ipad.
