Desktop app for Creative Cloud won't download from server.

Can't down load the creative cloud desktop app. get error sign from the installer i.e."we've encountered the following issues: the server is not responding currently. Please try after some time (Error code: 207)    This error has come up for over a day, maybe two days now.

    Correct.
    Install usually means its included in your membership and can be downloaded for free.
    Try usually means try for 30 days then spend more money if you want to continue using it after that.
    Most Cloud software is included in your membership. Which software is showing Try?

    I stumbled upon the solution. In addition to downloading Creative Cloud, I needed to go back to the website and  download trials for the programs I want to use--Photoshop and Lightroom. Once I did that, I was in business. Would save trouble if that was made clear on the download site.

  • Email message won't download from server since installing IOS7

    Some of my emails both on my iPad and iPhone won't download from server since installing IOS7!

    I'm having the same problem with both my iPhone and iPad after installing iOS7.  Checked all the settings and spoke to my email  provider and everything is set up properly.  It's hit or miss which messages don't download from the server too.  And occasionally, a message that does download to my iPad, won't download on my iPhone.  Everything on my PC downloads properly, it just seems to be an ios7 issue as this wasn't a problem before.  My wife uses the same email provider and is still on iOS6.x with no issues.  Any help or suggestions would be great.

    I am trying to download Photoshop and Dreamweaver but I can't each time I try it says I alreay have it on my iMac but I don't have it.  How can I download the software?  I want to sign up for Creative Cloud but need to install the software first.

    Are you using a MAC or Windows ? If you had a trial already installed on your machine ealier, I am afraid you will have to purchase the product to use as unfortunately we cant extend the trial period .
    If you havent installed the product's on your machine so far ,please try in a different browser and check .

  • Creative Cloud won't download at all

    Hey, so I've been trying to download Creative Cloud so that I can start a free trial of Adobe Premiere, anyway the problem that I'm having is that Creative Cloud will not download at all. I've started running the creative cloud set up several times now and each time the installer fails and I get a message saying that Creative Cloud set up has stopped working. Any ideas how to fix this?

  • Mail won't download from server

    I downloaded the new software on my iPhone 4 and installed it.  Now my yahoo mail won't download from the server.  I rebooted, deleted the mail account and reinstalled, and restored the software too.  Any ideas?

    Not knowing what’s really going on here, and since re-creating Envelope Index apparently didn’t work, you may try setting up Mail again from scratch, as follows:
    1. Quit Mail if it’s running.
    2. In the Finder, go to ~/Library/. Move (not copy) the entire Mail folder out of there, to the Desktop.
    3. In the Finder, go to ~/Library/Preferences/. Locate com.apple.mail.plist and move it to the Desktop.
    4. Open Mail and set it up again from scratch. If given the option to import existing mailboxes or something like that, don’t. Just enter the account information and check that everything works fine.
    You’ll have to re-configure all your settings in Mail > Preferences. For spam-related security reasons, the first thing you should do is go to Preferences > Viewing and disable Display remote images in HTML messages if it’s enabled.
    5. If Mail works fine now, do File > Import Mailboxes, choose Mail for Mac OS X as the data format, and follow the instructions to import your mail from the old Mail folder that’s now on the Desktop. Import the Mailboxes folder first, then each of the POP-username@mailserver account folders.
    As a result of doing the above, some messages may be duplicated now. Andreas Amann’s Mail Scripts has a Remove Duplicates script that may help to fix that.
    Do with the imported mail whatever you wish. You may move the messages anywhere you wish and get rid of the imported mailboxes afterwards.
    If all is well and you don’t miss anything, the files on the Desktop can be deleted, although you may want to keep them for a while, just in case.
    Ask for any clarifications or if you need further assistance.
    Note: For those not familiarized with the ~/ notation, it refers to the user’s home folder. You can easily locate any of the folders referred to in this post by copying the folder path here, doing Go > Go to Folder in the Finder, and pasting the folder path there.

  • Creative Cloud won't download apps

    I downloaded the creative cloud app and launched it.  It loads, but never shows any apps to download.  It's just a white application box with no content.  I went to my account through Adobe, clicked on Desktop and selected download for Photoshop from the applications that way.  It reopens the creative cloud app but still just shows a white box with no content and never downloads anything.  I checked my system requirements and they far exceed the requirements to run the most demanding applications.  I can't figure this out.  Any help would be much appreciated.

  • How do i download desktop apps in Creative Cloud once membership is paid?

    I have a receipt and an order number but my account does not allow me to download the desktop apps.
    I only have the option to download trial or buy it. I have tried restarting whilst being logged out of my account and then logging back in but it did not help.
    The support available from Adobe has not been useful so far. Can anyone help or know the reason why i might be having this problem?

    Hi,
    This may be a dumb question [request!] but I bought the CS6 design and web premium [as disks] back in May. More recently, I signed up to Creative Cloud [free version] just to allow me to sync desktop apps with the just bought touch apps on my iPad.
    The trial version of Eddge Animate is about to expire: is it possible to swap/trade-in Flash Pro CS6 and/or Fireworks CS6 for Edge Animate apps.
    Basically, I won't use [or can live without] some of the installed [from disk] CS6 apps but would like to install the Edge apps - swap the ones I don't want with the ones I do want.

    Hi Steve,
    Unfortunately this is probably not possible because Edge Animate is only available as subscription, and currently only as part of Creative Cloud Membership. You may be able to get a subscription to just Edge Animate by itself in the future but I don't think that option is available yet.

    I recently took a survey for Adobe and in that survey there was a question asking if I knew that Touch apps were available to Creative Cloud subscribers as part of our membership.  Maybe I misread, because this definitely doesn't seem to be the case.  If not, I think it's a bit ridiculous that people willing to pay such a high monthly cost would be asked to fork up an extra $10 for a mobile version of the software that seems included in the Creative Suite.

    The Touch Apps are not included with any of the Suites or Master Collection.
    If you purchase three of the Touch Apps and have an annual Creative Cloud membership you will receive on free month of membership.

    When I click "download creative cloud" I get a dialog box that asks to RUN. I click run, and then the windows are flashing really quickly and after a few seconds...nothing. I've clicked it a few times, restart my computer, and tried to download it again. Can anyone help??
