Desktop error

Question

Just bought a new computer trying to download desktop manager since suddenly stopped getting emails on my 8830 gwtting error message failed to download ISKernal files  What does this mean and how do I fix it??  Thank you for your time

Hi,
Login to Gmail and go to settings and specify leave copy on server.
Login to comcast and in mailbox manager, preferences make sure you keep copies for at least 30 days.
( I have comcast, I think that's the lowest option)
What's happening is the email is being delivered and deleted off the server, so the first device
that get's it, the ISP thinks it's delivered.
Comcast will always be about 2-3 minutes behind Gmail as far as receiving.
On Outlook on both laptop and desktop go to accounts advanced settings and specify leave a
copy on the server. Until we have everything straight don't choose to delete when deleted from
Outlook.
On the BB setup both accounts to delete on handheld.  This way no machine deletes the message,
When all three machines start to get the messages, and you get in the flow, you can pick where
you want to delete from. I have the same two accounts, personally I chose the BB to delete with.
because I keep it cleared to avoid memory constraints.
Ok so when you have this all setup, test by sending Comcast to Gmail, and vice versa, Make sure
all devices can get the emails.
