    Screen Shots?
Simultaneously press the Sleep and Home button. You will notice an on-screen flash. If you have sound enabled, you will hear a camera click.
The screen shot is stored in Camera Roll.

  • Screen recorder for 8.1 RT

I'm wondering if there is a thing for windows 8.1 RT that is a screen recorder built in to the machine?
    pleas could you answer soon

    Hello SkyBlockMason,
If my understanding is right, you want to use the steps recorder in Windows 8.1 RT.
We could take the following steps to open steps recorder:
    1. Press “Windows Logo” + “R” keys on the keyboard
    2. Type in “psr” in the run command box and press “Enter”.
For more information, please take a look at the following thread similar to this issue.

  • Remote control & screen recording for group Xcode + iPhone lectures?

I'll lecture on programming the iPhone.
Based on my past experience with lecturing on Java programming (and the hurdles of correctly recording all this), I want to access the students' OS X desktops right from my (lecturer's) OS X desktop.
I need a solution with the least overhead. That is, keeping open, say, 6-8 remote sessions in the background to quickly switch to should not put a noticeable burden on the lecturers' machine (currently a Mac Mini). If this achievable, I need an offline solution that can connect to the client OS X desktops in less than 4-5 seconds so that I don't need to wait much.
I consider supporting high-resolution, high-quality (with audio) video recording without putting much burden on the CPU a definite advantage. (No problem if the particular "mass VNC / remote desktop" solution doesn't directly support this, however - I can go the "separate screen recorder" route.)

I understand the Ipad is no complete substitute for a computer, but since I have mine, I use no more the lap or netbook for classroom presentations; I found easier to use the Ipad connected to a projector with the vga adapter. I see no limitations or problems, I simply synchronize my powerpoint presentations from my PC to the Ipad, and that's all. The Ipad is even better, you just touch "play" on keynote and the presentation begins immediately on  the screen; you don't have delays or need to change from the computer display to the projector. When synchronizing,  you have sometimes to arrange some image or text but it is no major problem. What is strange to me, is to have to go to the desk where the ipad is, to change slide each time. The Ipad is a step to the future, why cannot be remote controlled? Why can't I just walk around the room with my Ipad in my hand, speaking to the audience, and advancing slide just touching my Ipad when I want? I expect Apple, or somebody, design soon an inalambric device to be connected to the ipad, with a receiver connected to the projector, as there are so many for the laptops. I will run to buy it. Apple, please listen.

  • Problems converting screen recording for DVD

I have made a screen recording using Quicktime and also Camtasia for Mac. I am recording live currency charts and want to use this in a DVD but I can not find the proper combination of recording and exporting. I can export a good copy that when watched in Quicktime is excellent but when I try to render it for DVD quality it is blurry. I would appreciate any help here. This needs to be the highest quality possible.
    Thanks

  • Screen recorder for iphone 4 ios7

I heard about reflector. But it requires iphone4s minimum. I also tried to use software https://github.com/coolstar/RecordMyScreen to record, but it shows blackscreen because after doing research, it seems apple banned screen recording software from third party or something. It is only available for ios6. I tried to downgrade to ios6, but apple wont allow me to do that. So is there any solution?I appreciate for your help. Thank you.

  • Recommend screen recorder for games

I want to record the gameplay.
Suggest me a good screen recorder please.

    Arc676--
Can you help with this from an Oct 2010 post?  I'm having the same trouble in OS 10.6.8--random dropouts in QT Screen Recordings using QT Player 10.0 (131).  The original poster said the problem only happens when recording sound, but I need sound.  If you can help, please email me at blockard @@ iname . com.  Thanks!
"Sometimes it records fine and I end up with a full recording, sometimes the middle is gone, sometimes just the end. The file size doesn't seem to matter; I have some good recordings that are nearly 500MB, and some that failed when they are only 30MB (and I have well over 300GB free)."

  • Screen recorder for mac

I recently viewed a tutorial showing photoshop which was a recorded screen along with a small video clip of the person giving the tutorial in the lower right hand corner of the screen. Any suggestions as to what type of program created this clip? Owen

I use ScreenFlow to teach a digital photo class. I make photoshop demos for my students. I really like it. You can record the screen and video yourself with the iSight as well as record sound playing from within the computer or your voice with a mic.
Here is the link to their web site. Sounds like what you are looking for.

  • Screen Recorder for Help Topics

I am wanting to make some flash based recordings on certain
help topics. I thought RoboHelp had this feature, but I can't find
it which is leading me to believe it is not available. Anyone can
    assist me with this issue?

    Hi all
Colum is spot on with this. I believe the reason it "never
seemed to work", is because it had its roots in the early days of
computers when we had to employ small children to carve what we
wanted on the malleable clay that was the screen. Actually, that's
where the name "screen" comes from, as we had to put a layer of
netting across the front to keep the crumbles from falling into the
    keyboard.
All joking aside, (in case you read that and are scratching
your head, it's my feeble attempt at geek humor) the Software Video
Camera was neat in its day. But if I'm remembering correctly, it
required the color depth to be set to 256 colors and it gagged or
refused to run on many of the "millions of colors" setups that are
    commonplace in today's world.
    Happy Friday the 13th all!
    Rick
