Hi Spotify, when i want to listen a song in my music i have to search it manually. If i not remember de name (of the song, or artist) very well, the search bar allow me it to find it faster. Ur search bar now only allow me to search the song in the universe, but have another one just for my songs, its gonna be awesome.

When you say that the "search bar for my iTunes library no longer works" can you be more specific? The operation of the search function has changed in iTunes 12, essentially having two very distinct modes:
when Search Entire Library is checked, entering a search string will generate a dropdown of all matching items within your whole library, from which multiple operations are available via context menus
when Search Entire Library is unchecked, entering a search string creates a filtered view of whatever your current focus is (e.g., if you're looking at a playlist the filter applies only to items in that playlist) with none of the dropdown options as in the first case

Search Bar for internal website

I'm using Adobe Muse to create an internal company website. I am wondering if there is a way to insert a search bar to the site. I've tried using Google's custom search bar to create the html but it doesn't work since the website isn't a live .com website. It is hosted on our company drive just as a .html link since it is internal and can only be accessed from our office.
I talk to support on livechat and he said "The option you looking for you may try to implement using some custom codes. I am afraid, within Muse, we do not have option to create search bar. Unfortunately, HTML / CSS / JavaScript and Site implementation related issues are outside the scope of our support boundaries. However, you may like to post this on our support forums as well, where a member of our helpful community may be able to assist."
Has anyone come across this or figured out a way to include a working search bar for an itnernal site?

Yes, currently site search is not included in native Muse and as your site is not live on web , Google custom search bar wont work.
So, the idea would be to create a web application with the site contents and then integrate the web application on a new page and place it on same location where the site is uploaded and then link that page with your site. In the application that you would create should include all the contents used in your site.
This would require complete customization on your end. So I would suggest to contact some expert who can do this for you ,if you are not comfortable with custom coding.

I have tried to select one of the suggestions that google give me for my search but FF it wont let me. I have type everything out in full. I hate FF4 it is rubbish. I loved firefox before this one came out but now I am seriously thinking of going over to google chrome.

One of the reasons I abandoned Chrome in favour of Firefox was due to the "black band of doom" that appears on the top of the Google page - so setting up my homepage to google.co.uk just puts that back in the ugly spotlight.
I was, though, pleasantly surprised to see a Google search bar on the Mozilla Firefox Start Page (without the black band and Google options that I am just not interested in) but bitterly disappointed that it is Google.fr (due to my ISP being French).
I shall learn to live with Yahoo (or worse case scenario, Bing!)

It's adware (and represents a security risk). Fortunately it's fairly easy to remove.
Just follow the instructions in the first minute of [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KxZUx8MOKXs this video]. If you have other browsers installed it might be a good idea to make sure that tikotin isn't an issue for them either.

Autofill in Safari search bar for iPod Touch

I have read lots of threads, but none seem to answer this question...
How do I delete previous search items in the Google/Yahoo search bar in Safari on my iPod Touch??? Autofill displays these previously entered searches with a drop down menu. There are inappropriate searches from previous users that I can not remove by deleting history, deleting cookies, or clearing the cache. Anyone able to help?!?

Today 11/2/11 the YouTube function on my iPod & iPad1 are working correctly again, in fact, seems to be loading videos faster on my 4G Wi-Fi connection. APPLE must have corrected the glitch over Wi-Fi since I authorized iCloud access. Thank you APPLE for correcting this bug which was certainly 'bugging' me... KUDOS~!

In Firefox 3.6 on Windows you can hide the menu bar via "View > Toolbars" or via the right click context menu on a toolbar.
Press and hold the Alt key down to bring up the menu bar.
Go to "View > Toolbars" or right-click the menu bar or press Alt+V T to select which toolbars to show or hide.

I need chords that are unavailable once you make a "key selection. What would be ideal is for APPLE to allow you to use the 8 available chords for your own choice. It is very limiting. Especially when writing.

I want the ability to load chords into the 8 available positions once I have chosen a KEY. Currently Apple loads up the primary major and minor chords within that key. However it would work much better if I had the option to replace some of their choices for my own. In some songs I could use a 7th or not use a minor.

Yes, this would be VERY helpful. right now, the chord selections are limiting -- the ability to choose which chords you want in your 8 chord lineup would be very, very beneficial.
I understand that the automated choices help the musical novices to find chords that are in the same traditional family. However, maybe the ability to override that or vary the selection would be good for both novices and more expert users.

Does it cost money to sell your own music that you produced on the iTunes store?

I have a couple songs of my own that I would like to sell on iTunes. I was looking into it on the iTunes store and it wanted my credit card information. I don't know if this was for the money that I could make to go on, or if it was going to cost me something to put my music on there.

Interfaces for your own classes - do you bother?

Hi All,
before anyone gets upset, I did post a shorter version this to the Java Prog forum a couple of days ago. I'm reposting here because the thread was pushed down the list just as comments were getting interesting, and I was tossing up which forum was most appropriate anyway...
OK, I'd like to pose a general question on the use of interfaces with your own classes. I am totally behind the concept of using appropriate interfaces for declaration of vars, parameters etc (i.e. use "List" rather than "Vector"), but what about your own classes?
If I have a class in my application that doesn't fit into any kind of framework or class hierarchy, subclass of object basically, should I write an interface with all the same method sigs and use that rather than the class for my vars, params etc? This would make things more flexible in future, enabling you to swap classes in and out of your app more easily.
Taking it a step further, how's this for a design methodology: For every class you write (once again classes that don't fit into your own or somebody else�s hierarchy or framework) do the following
1. Create an interface (MyInterface) that maps 1 to 1 to that class (MyClass), with all the same method sigs.
2. Make the constructor private and manage all the creation of instances of MyClass through a factory that returns objects of type MyInterface.
If you do this there will be no mention of any of your concrete classes anywhere in your app except the factories, making it easier to refactor etc. Do this for all your classes.
A little sketchy but I hope you get idea. Is this complete overkill? Is there a down side to this? Does anyone do anything like this?

Although the pattern you describes adds flexibility, it also adds complexety.
Imagine somebody is looking at your code and from what he sees he deducts that the next thing to look at is the concrete class which is used at a given place.
If you used an interface, he must find out which implementing class is actually used at this place. It's not a big thing, but if every single class has its seperate interface and factory I would consider it overkill ... after all you have to write all the boring code for this.
In the case of doubt I'd agree it's better to throw in an interface and a factory instead of refactoring thousand lines of codes afterwards. But if nothing hints toward a second implementation of the interface, or another reason for using an interface don't bother to write one.
As a general rule I use something like: Don't use a general rule. ;-)

Message to Creative. Release your RC3 driver for your own car

I find it quite strange that Creative ship OEM drivers (beta ones) for Prelude series of cards, but totally forgets to release the same driver for its own range of cards. Why I , mean if Auzentech can use them on retail products, I see no reason why Creative can't. Don't you see what's happening out there Are you blind You are loosing peoples trust! The Prelude drivers apparently fixes the 4Gb issue with static sound among other things so there must be some really important changes made into the driver, that's why I'm so puzzled that Creative fails to support its own customers. I know I read somwhere that the president of Creative said that the drivers will be fixed before November this year, he said that it had hurt the sails of cards due to poor Vista support etc. It looks like he might have kicked some butts at the driver departement, so let's have a beta out now to test, please! /G

I can search for an email titile in search bar for my inbox and the email comes up, yet when I try to scroll thru my inbox i cant find it, and I know I just received it. My issue is if I didnt remember the heading I would never find this mail.

I received an email from a business called pops champagne 12/19/2012, and today is 12/20/2012. Today I was looking for it in my inbox and I could not find it.
I could scroll thru and find emails that came in right before and after, but pops is not in my inbox by scrollling. So, I decided to list the title in my inbox search
and it appeared. The problem I have with this is if I did not remember the name of this company I would have no idea how to find this mail. Any help?
