Desperately need to contact iTunes support
I've had fraudulent activity on my iTunes account--someone purchased a lot of items and cleaned out my checking account through my debit card. I've contacted my bank and had the card cancelled and the purchases disputed. I sent an email to iTunes Support and got an email back about setting my credit cards to "None". However, I can't do that because there is still one fraudulent purchase that iTunes thinks is trying to get through but can't because my account is cleaned out (and also the card is now cancelled).
Since this order is fraudulent I want it canceled. There's also a problem in that the number of computers authorized is more than the computers I've authorized--in other words whoever made the fraudulent purchases authorized their computer to purchase from my account, and I need to get that computer de-authorized right away or the problem will happen again if I set up my account under a new debit card when I get it.
I just would feel better chatting with someone in real time about this! I've been directed to iTunes Store support by someone that I called at Apple, and also someone in this forum pointed someone else towards that site, but when I go there, there are no icons to click on for online chat, even though it says that support is available on weekends. I guess I have more then one Apple ID accounts and I own a little money on both and I am willing to pay and when I try to update and put my new payment method in my iPhone it tells me I need to contact iTunes support, the apple id I'm useing now is xxxxxxx and I know that I had one with xxxxxxx but apple won't let me use that one anymore it just say account nolonger promitted. I was trying to change my payment information, after all my bill info done, it showed me need to contact itunes support, all the bill information is correct. what should I do? I'm trying to use some in-app purchase. now the in-app purchase is not working. My debit card is working fine.
