Desperately seeking Mac trial version of InDesign4.

I am desperately seeking a Mac trial version of InDesign4. I have a purchased version of 5, but have serious bugs and truly need to go back to the tried and true, but am on a tight - and MAJOR - deadline. Please-does ANYONE have CS4 trial version for the Mac that's easily installable? PLEASE, PLEASE let me know. Thank you VERY much.

PSE 8.0 (Mac) Trial Version, no selection for Slideshow.

I select photos in Bridge then click on Create, there appears to be selections for Web Photo Gallery and for PDF Slideshow but no selection for plain ordinary Slideshow. Did Adobe eliminate the plain jane Slideshow from this version?

Thanks Barbara, I will go to the Hands On Training Room at the Green Valley Camera Club and use one of the Vista machines to build my lesson plan. Hopefully that version will have a basic Slideshow selection. When I saw the new PSE Version 8.0 for the Mac I thought it would be the one to use to teach the new class next week, so I installed the Trial version.
Our club is very active and has just installed PSE ver 8.0 on all six of the Vista machines and the instructors console. In case you want to have a look at us, our web site is: www.gvcameraclub.org

Installation of CS6 for Mac trial version seems to have stopped?

Trying to download trial version of CS6 for Mac and have got to installation of Acrobat X Pro. The download says it's 85% complete and the time is getting increasing longer has been installing for 2hours and the time to complete is currently showing 23 minutes and increasing.

Adobe only sell the latest version of Creative Suite which is CS6 so you can't buy CS5 anymore. Upgrades are also only available from CS5 to CS6 so CS3 wouldn't qualify anyway.
I'm afraid you are out of luck.

I would like desperately to download trial versions of Photoshop Elements 10 and Premiere Elements10

I purchased this combo for my mac and am now moving to a macbook air which has no dvd/cd drive. The remote drive access doesn't seem to be compatible with the adobe installer and the known issues with elements' installer isn't helping either. I have my box and keys, but I can't get the installs to work remotely or by making dmg files and dragging the disc contents. Please help! thanks.

Install problems mac trial version pe9

I am a FCE-user but looking around for an alternative which gives a better match with my new camera Panasonic SD700.
I just tried and retried to install Premiere E9 trialversion for Mac after a successful download. After downloading the installprocedure fails, giving the following errors:

I'm afraid that "permission denied" means that the command was not accepted. Something wrong with the Terminal?
However, I tried to reinstall PE9. Result was negative giving the following errors:

Mac Trial Bugs

Wow is the Mac Trial Version full of bugs. Don't borther trying to tell me that I'm using it wrong, because I can do exactly the same thing sometimes but not others. File and Folder management are especially problematic. Does the Paid Version get any better than the Trial? Ralph J. Secoy

I cannot afford the time to get into long, multiple email discussions. Only one example is that I created a new folder under the full Lightroom category, in order to do editing and deletes. When finished, I wanted to combine the new picture files into another "permanent" folder under all Lightroom folders. I had previously done a simple drag and drop of the contents in the temp folder into one I'm using as permanent - no problem. I then did a remove on the folder which now had 0 photos. However, I could not do the exact same drag and drop on another folder. Therefore, I tried to drag the temp as a folder to the other folder, which went in a a subfolder under the other - a subfoler I did not want and cannot now undo without deleting the contained photos. As I said, this exact procedure worked previously as desired, and suddenly it will not work now. I've also had other problems and well as full crashes. I don't have time to spend on all these problems. Also, I think the unpredictable file and folder system, although like a Mac Finder, works unpredictably and is unnecessarily complicated: having to create new folers all the time without any help. I really like how the Adove TV segment on folder management says not to allow the program to use the default option, because the expert has seen so many people who subsequently cannot find their photos. Great work, and why don't we get a simple dialog box asking what folder you want to use for a new group of downloads? Mac OS 10.6.8 Snow Leopard fully updated.

Hi, I am i can't seem to reply to the initial message. I tried the instructions below, but the download has been hanging for almost an hour and not progressing at all - so it seems to not be working...any other solutions? I am in Qatar, does the fact that my IP address is not north american affect this at all?

im trying to download the trial version of captivate on my mac, the akamai netsession interface is now on my desktop, i go through installation, it makes that happy sound and says the installation was successful, but nothing actually happens, no new folders or documents, or applications, seems like sort of a dead end.
To investigate i clickedon Akamai in "other" of my system preferences is tells me the status is "forbidden" but I am the administrator and i have never used this free trial before, so why am I "forbidden?"

Hi Inkwoman, Thank you for contacting Adobe Support. Please use the below mentioned steps to download and install Captivate 6 for MAC :
First click on the URL below http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/tdrc/index.cfm?loc=en_us&product=captivat e
Then login with you Adobe ID and Password (if needed).
Then Copy and Paste the mentioned below URLs one by one in the same window as shown below:                           http://trials3.adobe.com/AdobeProducts/CPTV/6/osx10/Captivate_6_LS12.d mg Then Press Enter Key from the keyboard and save the above mentioned file one by one in any folder created on to the desktop.
Then click on the DMG file to extract and install Captivate 6.
Once the folder gets extracted and install Adobe Captivate 6

I am trying to install the trial version of Acrobat Pro on a MAc with the latest OS. I can download the file but when downloaded it does not automatically install. Went to the file and tried to manually open but get a message that says "illegal seek". I've downloaded the product twice but get the same error message? Any solutions?
