Destruction PO Process

Hi I want to design a new process for destruction / scrap, it is like this:
1. We create a subcontract PO - with custom doc type on a material / text
2. This PO has account assignment
3. The components are the materials that need to be destroyed
4. The vendor is paid for the destrruction service
5. Once vendor completes destruction , the GR is posted.
6. The GR will post for the account assigned material, it should then remove the materials in the component from inventory with the scrap movement type. ( we dont want 543 as it will clash with account assignement for a similair combination)

Lets Try to put it in bit other way!
in the defined process of yours you are not reciving any material in return, so we can not go for subcontracting as GR will going to inward somthing.
And u r going to pay for distruction service only. so lets try to put a simple process.
1. Create a service PO with the vendor
2. send the material with that PO and offline gate pass.
3. vendor will only going to send serive bill with service tax, if I'm not getting it wrong.
4. do the service entry & IV to clear the payment.
5. once you create the service entry, scrap the material with 551 and add the service entry sheet number in text for tracking.
or, if think in ur way, it may be in this way
1. Create a subcontracting PO. with material component as same material for which u r creating PO (recursive BOM)
2. transfer the material with 541 mvt & create subcontracting challan subsiquently to vendor
3. now once vendor raise the bill, do GR. system will again bing the material back with FI entry in process charges. ( But u'll not recive any material here actually)
4. now do scrap posting with 551 mvt on that material.
5. clear the bills for payment wrt to PO.
or, need to do custom process.
