Detailed help not active
I try to use "show contex help" from Help. I can not make "detailed Help" in "context help" window active, that is, when I click "detailed help", there is nothing happening.
I even reinstall labview 8.6, it is still like that.
Please advice how to resolve this problem?

It would be the fix if your computer is blocking the chm file that the detailed help is loaded on. It seems like your computer is blocking the help one way or another, wheteher it be anti-virus or this problem.

i am trying to use dual monitors when editing with FCPX. I have a macbook pro and an apple cinema display monitor. I have connected them and opened Fcpx but the option to use second monitor is not active! what do i do ? please help going bonkers!

Can someone help me to find a serial number for my Photoshop Elements 10 software, recently bought (as new) via e-bay. All iPhones sold in Japan are carrier locked. The Japanese carriers do not offer unlocking.
You can not use that phone on a carrier other than the one it is locked to.
Sell it and buy one you can use. -
I am trying to download FREE apps for my Ipad Mini however iOS is constantly asking me to verify my Bank Card details and not proceeding to download the app despite being free. Any help please ?

If you can you can choose the None option and only put the card info in when you want to buy something. It also makes your account less suceptable to hackers as there is nothing that they can use to buy anything. -

You might be able to re-enable your account via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
You might then need to log out of your account on your phone by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and then log back in so as to 'refresh' the account on it
For your security questions, if you don't have a rescue email address, or you don't have access to the email account, then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

<Edited by Host>The problem is your phone was illegally unlocked and jailbroken. When you upgraded it took the unlock off and now it is locked to the original carrier it was locked to. You will not be able to unlock it now.

If you do not have this information then you will NEVER activate the iPhone
It is an anti theft device to make stolen iPhones useless

As Johnathan has written yes apps for iPhone will work in the iPad, however there is a '+' mark on the icon you touch or click for download which indicates both iPhone AND iPad apps. Those apps will display perfectly for the iPad.
