PLZ SUGGEST IF ANY OTHER ALTERNATIVES IF ANY.

Dear Naagsekhar,
Check in MB59,the material document no,movement type details for the various good's issue,like 261,201,601.
But here you will not get the G/L Account and valuation class details.
But in this document if you check in MKPF & MSEG,you will get the other details like G/L account and valuation class.

Hi,
You can add a field for 'Vendor' in goods issue movement.
Goto transaction OMJJ.
Enter the movement type (goods issue) during which you require vendor details.
Select 'field selection' from the dialog structure appearing on the left side of the screen.
Double Click on the line as required by you (based on the stock type).
Select the Group 'Materials Management' & mark the field 'Vendor' as required or optional entry as per your requirement.
Now you can manually enter the vendor while doing goods issue.
Reward if useful.

Hi,
Get the Schedule Line Category used in Sales order. Go to VA03, here double click on the sales order line item and go to "Schedule Lines" tab, here get the Schedule Line category.
And then go to VOV6 and double click the Schedule Line category and in detailed screen, change the movement type.
Then try for Delivery and PGI.

Actually I am having a Z - Function Module in that i am passing production order number other details to
make the Goods Reversal happen.

The Above code does the Goods Reversal but then i will update one Z Table with fields like
Production Order Number[AUFNR], Number of Reservation[RSNUM], Item Number of Reservation [RSPOS], Material Number [MATNR], Requirement Quantity [BDMNG], WBS element[PSPNR] etc. If Above BAPI runs sucessfully.
That is happening correctly.
But Then actual issue is i have do Goods Issue for those Z-Table records.
There i will give Production order Number's & Storage Location in Selection-Criteria.
Then i need to do Goods Issue for that order.

The issue is the i_mvtit-XSTOB should be equal space in case of Goods issue while incase of Reversal it should be equal to X.

When I Press the Post Goods Issue Button for a delivery in SD the error dump appears.

What happened?
The current application program detected a situation which really
should not occur. Therefore, a termination with a short dump was
triggered on purpose by the key word MESSAGE (type X).
What can you do?
Note down which actions and inputs caused the error.
To process the problem further, contact you SAP system
administrator.
Using Transaction ST22 for ABAP Dump Analysis, you can look
at and manage termination messages, and you can also
keep them for a long time.

In MB51,Enter GR Movement type,Enter plant,vendor no,purchase order no.,valuation type(if customized,seperate valuation type for import & local then you can get seperate reports),batch(if customized),posting date,transaction type.
In report,Click details list,modify layout to include vendor,p.o no,material doc.no,posting date,gr material,gr qty,uom,valuation type.
I also want a Goods issue report for which Imports and Local - stocked material or direct consumption material (eg cost center)
In MB51Enter goods issue movement type(261,201(against cost centere),etc.,,),plant,posting date,batch etc.,

Print Packing List from Delivery at Goods Issue

We are facing an issue with our packing list for a division we are going live with in three weeks. Our current business process for our plants already on SAP is to create the Packing List when the Delivery is created, with timing code "3" in the Packing List output condition, but to not print it until the "Check-in" button is clicked with the Shipment in VT02N based on an activity profile.
However, for the service shipments in this division going live August 1, we do not need to create a Shipment nor generate a Bill of Lading from VT02N. We will post goods issue from the Delivery itself, and we want the Packing List to print at the time of Post Goods Issue from the Delivery. We have an access sequence for these service Deliveries with Shipping Point/Distribution Channel/Delivery Type, so only Distribution Channel 02 Deliveries will have Goods Issue from the Delivery, but we are not sure how to get the Packing List to not print until Goods Issue. Any advice would be appreciated.

Go to IMG>Logistics Execution>Shipping> Basic Shipping Functions>Output Determination> Maintain Output Determination for Outbound Deliveries.
Select the Procedure you are using and check the control data to find the Cond. Type you are executing at the moment of the Outbound Delivery.
Check the fifth column and see you have plenty of options, check them out helped by an ABAP team member; if there is nothing already there, just ask him/her to create a new routine with the validation you need and set it there.
This is the same that Joao is suggesting I just went a little bit more in details.

Problem in creating a new entry in Goods Issue via DI

Im having trouble creating Goods Issue Document Entry via DI API. The code works fine,
it just returns "-1150 (Invelid Index)" after adding the GI Document. I would like to know
if there's something i missed out?

Goods Issue (MB1A) for production order - no stock reduce happening in WM

Hi,
I try to do a Goods Issue with transaction MB1A for a production order, but no stock reduces happens within WM (HUM).
I did the following.
Created a Production order - CO01
Created a TR - LB01 - (assigned production order to the TR)
Created a HU for the materials. (HU02)
Created a Transfer order to storage type 914 with L_TO_CREATE_MOVE_SU.
At the end I want to do an goods Issue with MB1A. This seems not to work correctly. When I fill out the ordernumber and process the transaction a Delivery is created.The materials are already on 914, so it can be issued directly.
What can I do to solve this.

Please find out is there any accoun t assignment is there for the component in question.
pl got production order disply screen and goto --> material list
check is there any value on the filed account assignment. If that is the case then you need to have special stcok for that account.
If it is empty then check
are you entereing the correct storage location and plant.
if that is also fine then check whether the component is already issued, i.e. goto the component detailed screen and check wthere final issue tick is there for the component...or the componentb is deleted...
come back after these checks.

Idoc to post goods issue against an outbound delivery

We happened to simulate both the idocs 'WPUWBW01' and 'MBGMCR02' for posting goods issue for an outbound delivery but failed.
Request you people to help us on this. Is there another idoc that we have to use to post GI... if so please let us know... and if we are using the right one, guess we are not executing it in the right way... in such a case please guide us with the steps...

We got hold of the Idoc type 'DELVRY03 PGI SHPCON' we are able to post the Idoc but we are able to do the packing only or we are able to change the deliveries but the PGI is not happening..
please help us on this.. is there some condig that updates the delivery with the PGi or is there something else do be done in the Idoc....

There are no configuration settings in this. It is development that your abaper need to carry out.
Explain to him that this is the func module. And intrun it has to either trigger a BDC or BAPI for creating packing and PGI.
He should then do the recording of that and will assign the program pertaining to BDC with in the function module.
One more suggestion is to put the same query in ABAP section too. U will definitely get a positive response.

Control the goods issue(migo) on the basis of reservation number

Dear All,
I want to restrict the goods issue against the manual reservations.
Logic:At the time of goods issue against the reservation system should check stock in hand(unrestricted stock)-all previous reservations.
Eg:suppose unrestricted stock is 50kg
Reservation 1 for 20 kg
Reservation 2 for 30 kg
Reservation 3 for 40 kg
Reservation 4 for 10 kg
When i do goods issue for Res :3
System should check Uns Stock(50kg)-Previous Res(20kg+30kg)
give error message stock insufficient.

Goods Receipt and Goods Issue

Hi Gurus,
I am working on an interface where I need to work on a process that allows posting of Goods recipts and goods issue and for this I have been asked to create a custom transaction that will pull the data from the local file and replicate Goods receipt (MIGO) and goods issue process in Inventory Managemnt.
Can anyone out there please help me out how to approach this development and what would be easiest way to accomplish this task.

1.   Create a custom report which get the data from input file.
2.   Populate the BAPI parameter with respective information and movement type.
3.   Call BAPI - BAPI_GOODSMVT_CREATE .
4.   Call BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT.
For the custome report you can create transaction and execute.
I don;t have detail information - BAPI_GOODSMVT_CREATE with example. Better you search on SDN.

Goods Issue to sales order

Hi Experts,
When doing Goods issue to sales order using movement type 231, I am getting the following warning message 'Sales order (SOBKZ = ) is not provided for this goods movement'. I think this warning is due to difference in special stock indicator in sales order and Goods issue transactions. Where should be the maintanence done, in order to prevent this warning message in future.

The special stock indicator is not maintained for your sales order item category in VOV7
Hence the error
Please maintain special stock indicator E in the item category details in VOV7 for your item category of yours
231 Goods issue for a customer order (without Shipping)
I hope you are doing this only
If you ignore this as a warning message it will hit somewhere down the process
So better maintain it in item category
