Details required on UUP

Hello,
Can anyone help me by providing a link to a document which explains
how to create a Unified user profile from an external oracle database Step
wise. And gives a code example which uses all the tags required to acces
this user profile using an entity bean.
I have already gone through a documentation which explains this in
brief but does not help at all to build an user profile. Looking forward to
a comprehensive document on UUP.

Agreed what you said. But in parameters on third tab page that is FREE SELECTION where you can give selection criteria with F4 (Input help) as parameters. Then what happen if account is having multiple line items with different Business area, Profit center,Document No.... here as per your requirement you go to input help select required field name for eg. Doc. No and enter the doc. no. in the below values field eg. 1234567890,0987654321
now the proposal list generated by APP (F110) is showing line items to pay are those two Doc. No. which we have selected in Input parameters. instead of all line items.
If we use Profit center As a FREE SELECTION then APP is selecting only those line items which are posted for given Profit Center instead of selecting all items. It is selecting items as per given parameters.
My concern is i am able to use all FIELDS in FREE SELECTION accept Doc. Date, Posting date, & Due Date..
I hope this will clarify the scenario

Batch details required in FIFO Document Extract MRF1

Hello,
The requirement of my client is to get the batch number used in the material document in the FIFO document extract.
When I analysed the table MYMP and MYMP1 and the transactions MRF1 and MRF3, I see that the batch details cannot be displayed.
i have suggested the user to develop a custom report for the same.
However I need to know if it is possible to add batch in the FIFO extract using standard SAP.

FIELD1 = AGING_DETAILS+0(30).
FIELD2 = AGING_DETAILS+31(30).
FIELD3 = AGING_DETAILS+61(30).
FIELD4 = AGING_DETAILS+90(30).

In VBRK and VBRP you can link with VBELN field. In VBFA table you can link with VBELV fireld.

Master - Details Requirement - HGrid

Hi,
I have a requirement where i need to display records on the basis of the Creation Date.
The Header section would display all the records with distinct Creation Dates. The Details section should display all the records where the creation date matches the date in the header section.
The data would be coming up from the same table. Its just that we need to club the records on the basis of the date.
Would this requirement be addressed using HGrid?
If any other thoughts please advice.

Regarding the Steps involved in Upgrade Project
First it will be to find objects whcih are impacted by upgrade. Now most of the solution providers have tools to do this work automatically with less human involvement. These tools give you a list of custom developments that will be impacted by upgrade which need correction in higher version. Each object in the list will be distributed to a person in team for fix. It is the responsibity of the Abaper to find out the error and fix the error in a given program and make it error free. This is checked by testing the object after the correction is completed. For exapmle a screen number has changed in higher version for a particular transaction. This implies a correction to all custom programs where this screen is used in BDC. Another example may be an obsolete function module which is not available in higher version and it is the responsibility of Abaper to find out suitable replacement for this.
But prior to this activity there is one more activity. If there are any changes to standard SAP developments like user exits or changes to standard code or changes to data dictionary, then they will not be reflected automatically after upgrade. There are transaction SPAU for workbench objects and SPDD for data dictionary objects. Abaper has to analyse the changed done to standard programs and dictionary objects and has to decide whther these are required in higher version. If they are required then correct them through these transaction codes.
There is a document given by SAP on roles played by different people in an upgrade project. I suggest you to read that.

I am creating a process order for a qty of 10. Now when I go to components list header material with order qty (means 10) is added in the components list by the system through some enhancement...how to check which BAPI or BADI is doing this.....can somebody guide me....

Find BAPI:
Get the package of the transaction and in SE84 choose the required hierarchy and input the package and execute you will get list of BAPIs. and see given threads: LIST OF BAPI FOR PRODUCTION PLANNING MODULE and BAPI to change production order components
Find BADI: Using Repository Information System (TCODE- SE84)
Go to “Maintain Transaction” (TCODE- SE93).
Enter the Transaction code( which you want to find BADI) and Click on the Display push buttons.
Get the Package Name.
Go to TCode: SE84->Enhancements->Business Add-inns->Definition
Enter the Package Name and Execute.

Dear All,
I have the following scenario.
One child components is required for three different header materials. After MRP run, In MD04, three diffenerent planned orders will be there for child component for three reservations of three Header materials. I want to see the immediate header level of the child component through tables for report purpose. If you see through the function module MD_PEGGING or MD_PEGGING_NODIALOG, it is showing the top most header material. But it is not showing the immediate header material for the child component planned order. Please guide me to get the immediate header material through table or function module or any.

got an answer from SAP Support and ICM restart isn't requrired anymore since >= NetWeaver 710.

When, as of NetWeaver 710, you save or overwrite an SSL PSE, STRUST signals the PSE change to the icman, whereby the PSEs used for SSL are reloaded at runtime. Existing communication connections are not impaired as a result. However, all SSL session caches are emptied in icman so that all new SSL connections go through a complete SSL Handshake. On servers with a very large number of simultaneous connections, this could lead to an increase in the CPU load and increased response times.

OTL -Time Sheet Hour Type field detail required.

Hi all,
I'm working on a Report which gets time sheet data for an employee. My time sheet structure has project, Task,Type and Hour type. I have got all the column data as required for my report but i'm not able to find out where the hours type info (as mentioned above) is stored.
I do know that the LOV for the Hour Type column is from hxc_alias_values table. But i want to know the table /column where hour type info is stored when a person enters the time sheet.i.e., For an employee entered time sheet - project-task-type-hour type and number of hrs against it.
We tried a lot of options but were unable to find out. Any help on this will be very helpful.
