Determine the fax number or EMAIL address for pur docs

Hi,
I am trying to send pur doc via fax or EMAIL.
I have created specific  message types for that purpose.
The fax is created and sent to the default fax number / EMAIL address.
I want the message to be sent to the same vendor but to other fax number or EMAIL address.
I do not want to create a spereate partner for that purpose. I want to add fax number or EMAIL number to the address detail of the vendor and I want to mark it as the fax number for the pur docs.
In the UE/BADI I want to be able to determine the fax number / EMAIL address.
Does any one know any BADI/UE enabeling me doing so?

Dear Ramesh,
This is a known issue. What I am looking for is the place in which I can decide which one of the EMAIL/FAX that exists in the vendor master data to use.
As you probably know A vendor can have more than one EMAIL/FAX but only one of them is signed as the default one. The EMAIL/FAX used as standard is the standard one.

    I have 224 GAL's on our Exchange System (Ex 2007) where, I need to count the total number of email addresses/display names assigned to each GAL.  I am not sure how to set up a for-next loop in PowerShell.  I am not sure how to set a  input
    file/variable, with the names of each GAL.  (GAL is Global Address List)
    I think it's $GALLIST = 'NameofGal1, NameofGal2, etc thru to NameofGaln' where n is the last GAL in the list.
    So I need to now a command which would get all the gal names (Get-AddressList(?) for all the GAL's in the Exchange System and then pipe them into a function to count the number of email addresses.
    In making a start with the following code and got stuck:
    Get-Mailbox | Where {$_.GlobalAddressList -eq “GAL” -and $_.} | Select-Object Displayname, EmailAddresses, count
    Missing or invalid property reference or expression.

    I think I know how to pipe the results to a csv file - with - Export-Csv  -path c:\filename.csv - NoTypeInformation.

    PS - is there a way to access, read and display variable name and value which stores the number of email addresses/per GAL in exchange 2007 database so you don't have carry out a count exercise.  Because this metadata will be in the Exchange DB? 
    Would this be easier to get?

    BOM.
    Once the transaction for display the BOM gets finished, you need to stop the
    trace on ST05 and then display it, you will see tables readden in the

  • Can i send to multiple email addresses for the same contact

    I coach a baseball team and I want to create contacts under the kids' names with email addresses for both parents listed.  Can I send email to multiple email addresses listed inside the same contact?  I hope this makes sense.

    You can do it individually, but it can also be done with Groups in Contacts, but you will need to create two or more groups. Once you have created the Groups in Contacts, drag the contacts that have multiple email addresses into each group. Then, select Edit Distribution List… from the Edit menu in Contacts.
    For each group, select one address or the other for each contact. Do the same for the other group.
    When you address an email, add both Groups to the address field in Mail.

  • Faxes forwarding to email address in leopard

    I cannot since upgrading to Leopard, have faxes that I receive forwarded to ANY email. It is absolutely a os problem because it works just fine on tiger 10.4. When receiving faxes, in the printer, fax preferences you have the ability to forward the faxes to an email address. This is the part that is not working since upgrading to leopard. I have talked to apple specialist several times, they have no idea what to do.

    So it seems, when you upgrade your system (MacMini here too) this bug happens and there is no help yet.
    VERY FRUSTRATING APPLE!
    Shouldn't be a big thing to fix.
    @2point5 - has nothing to do with a printer. This is when you RECEIVE a fax via the built in or external modem you can choose to forward it as an PDF to an email address, no printing involved (which is the whole point, the poor trees!)

    When I was referring to the Admin Guide I found the below description for email session variable.
    Can somebody please help me with this.
    Contains the user's default email address for use with Answers. If the delivery option of Answers is enabled, an email device using this address will be created for the user upon first log in. Users can override this address by changing their account settings in Oracle BI Presentation Services.

    I think the documentation is wrongly saying that it will be used by Answers. The email will be used by Delivers, the BI Scheduler component.

    After each step, toggle FaceTime and iMessage off and then on in Settings > Messages and Settings > FaceTime.
    Update to the latest version of iOS.
    Ensure that your iPhone is set to the correct time zone. Tap Settings > General > Date & Time.
    Note: If Set Automatically is on but the incorrect time zone is displayed, turn Set Automatically off and then choose the correct time zone, date, and time. Then turn Set Automatically on again.
    Ensure that FaceTime has not been restricted: Settings > General > Restrictions > FaceTime.
    Verify that you can send SMS messages. You need a valid SMS messaging plan to activate FaceTime.
    Contact your carrier to verify that there are no restrictions or blocks on text messages. Blocks on text messaging will prevent iMessage and FaceTime registration.
    If you are unable to activate iMessage or FaceTime on a device after remote wiping it, wait at least 24 hours and try again.
    If "Waiting for Activation" is displayed, leave FaceTime and iMessage enabled for 24 hours. Toggling FaceTime or iMessage off and on will cause the registration process to start over.

    Ive been trying to apply for a phone & broadband package for over a week now and been called twice from bt asking me to send them some proof of ID and proof of tenancy for my current address so they can go ahead with my order.. The first person who called me gave me this email address to send my scanned documents to "[email protected]"  ... i sent a email with 3 scanned documents and had no reply for 3 days and my order status was still in pending status... i then used the online chat and asked them to book me a callback so i can get some kind of update on whats happening etc ... then today i get a call and again was asked to send my ID and proof of tenancy to a fax number that would be texted to my phone after i put the phone down ... ive now been waiting since monday 4pm and still no fax number sent to me..
    Can somebody please tell me what the fax number is that i need to use for sending my ID and proof of tenancy to.

    Sync your iPhone to iTunes, and see if that does the trick.  Also you could try a Soft Reset with no Risk to Data.  Holding down both the Sleep button and the Home button until the Apple logo appears and then waiting for the Reset to bring you iPhone back to the lock screen.    Are you trying to add the email at Settings>Messages>Send and Receive from (2 Addresses) your iPhone number and your email address?

    The information below details where to adjust both where messages are sent from and received.
    Receive iMessages using another email address:
    Go to Settings > Messages > Receive At > Add Another Email.
    Specify the phone number or Apple ID email address that appears in the “from” field when you start a new conversation:
    Go to Settings > Messages > Receive At > Caller ID.
    Existing conversations aren’t affected when you change this setting.

    I am trying to change the email address associated with my existing account to free up my university email address for use in obtaining Creative Cloud.  Every time I go to the account settings of my existing account (which currently uses my university email, as I set it up years ago and had no idea it'd eventually cause problems), I enter a different email to use for that account but I continuously receive an error message saying "account changes cannot be saved."  It makes me think that it's because the email isn't verified (funny, it actually is verified since it has been the alternate email on the old account for years), but when I click the "send verification email" nothing happens (that is, no email is sent to that other email address).
    Anyway, my university is now requiring that faculty create new accounts using our university email addresses in order to register/use Creative Cloud.  Am I able to delete my old account, or can anyone help me actually change the email address associated with my old account without getting a "changes can't be saved" error?

  • I accidentally created an iCloud account using the wrong email address for my username - I already have an iCloud account with a different email address username. Is there any way I can merge these accounts?

    I just upgraded my MacBook from OS X 10.6.8 to Mountain Lion so that I could stream from my other devices (iPhone and iPad) to my MacBook.  After making it through the upgrade process, I realized that I used the wrong email address for my iCloud username when starting up on the MacBook.  My iPhone, iPad, and iTunes are under my Hotmail email address and I accidently used my Gmail email address for the MacBook.  Is there any way I can merge these two icloud accounts together? I tried changing my account information to add the other email address, but wasn't allowed because another account was using the name (duh).  If I can't merge them, how could I change the MacBook from the Gmail address to the Hotmail address so that all my devices are on the same icloud account?  It'd be nice if I could keep the free 5GB of storage that comes with my purchase of the software, but I'd rather lose the storage than not be able to stream.

    To change accounts on your Mac, go to System Preferences, sign out of the current account, then sign into the new account.  When you sign out of the current account it will delete synced data from your Mac.  Assuming your data (such as contacts, calendars, etc.) is in the other iCloud account, it will be synced to your Mac when you sign into this account.

    Ooh, yes, 900 emails at once will absolutely not work (unless you get very very lucky).
    If this is just a one-off, you should group the addresses into, at the very most, 50 addresses, and send batches. If you're doing this a lot, I would recommend using something like DirectMail.

    Settings>iCloud...scroll down...delete account. Then setup iCloud with your new ID.
    You can't change the Apple ID for your iCloud account, you have to delete it.

    If you change your email, you do not need to "change" your AppleID. Just edit your email(s) on your Apple ID by logging in to your AppleID account. You should always use the same AppleID for  Apple Services (iCloud, iTunes etc) and multiple ID will cause problems and confusion in the future.
