The developer module on LR5 is inactive, says I have to renew my subscription but I've already paid it days ago.

The Develop module is saying "Develop module disabled. Please renew your membership to reactivate the Develop module". I bought the product at full price several months ago and have had no problems using it until, so I am not sure what it is asking of me. I only had it on one other computer before I added it to this second computer, and I understand we get 3 copies. There should not be any issues. I need an answer ASAP.. actually pretty shocked that there is no immediate customer service that I can contact for a problem like this.
If the develop module is disabled then you have downloaded and installed Lightroom from the creative cloud. It cannot be licensed with a serial number. It requires a creative cloud subscription, and is activated and kept active with your Adobe ID and password. That version will not work on your computer and will have to be uninstalled. Then you can install from one of these two links:
Adobe - Lightroom : For Windows : Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 5.7.1
Adobe - Lightroom : For Macintosh : Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 5.7.1
This will have no impact on your catalog or your images. After you install from the right website you will be able to continue where you left off. -

You should not have the issue from before. If you do, then just sign out and sign back in with your Adobe ID.

I renewed my cc subscription yesterday, and it works fine on my main computer, But my Second computer is telling me I need to renew my subscription, But when I go to the Adobe applications manager, my subscription isn't showing. Any idea how I can activate my subscription on a second computer?
Does your Cloud subscription properly show on your account page?
If you have more than one email, are you sure you are using the correct Adobe ID?

Cloud programs do not use serial numbers... you log in to your paid Cloud account to download & install & activate... you MAY need to log out of the Cloud and restart your computer and log back in to the Cloud for things to work

I keep getting a message to renew my subscription but according to my Adobe account my copy was registered on 11/9/2014 so it should be good until 11/9/2015. Help.

I have just checked your subscription details and yes! it's valid until 11/9/1015.
So, I want to confirm if you are getting this 'renew your subscription' message as e-mails in your inbox or as a pop-up in your Acrobat Program?

i have acrobat standard and it will not allow me to edit.. every file i go to open it says "there is a active file open and must close in acrobat" other times it says account cannot be validated after I have already paid for it.. please advise

The account cannot be validated error was due to a glitch on our activation server that has been fixed now.
Please try using acrobat now and check if you are still facing the problem.

This if for Adobe Business Catalyst. LR5 you mean your after support for light room, correct? You would look for help in the Light room forums.

I renewed my online number subscription Nov 2012 for $30.00 which taken out of my bank account- This is good until Nov 2013 and you have been still taking out $2.99 a month. But I got an email recently saying I cancelled my subscription-This is NOT possible because Number one my computer had been down for some time and number 2 I had just renewed it so IM not sure why I received this message but I haven't or don't have any intentions of cancelling my service with Skype. Is this occuring with all programs or only After Effects? Are you online when the message is appearing? Can you ensure you have all updates installed including the Photoshop CS6 13.1.2 update?
