I have a physical copy of a LR5 update. But I am unable to use it because the trial version is expired now and I don´t know how to enter the serial number.
Any idea?

If your serial number is listed as being valid at http://www.adobe.com/ then I would recommend obtaining a fresh copy of the installation files. Without enabling Find My Phone you can't do a thing.

How do I activate Office 2013 that I have deployed using ODT and App-V onto a Remote Desktop Server?

I am setting up a demo Server 2012 R2 environment (1 DC server, 2 RDSH servers, 1 App-V server).
I have created an Office 2013 volume license App-V package using the latest Office Deployment Toolkit. I have deployed the App-V package to an RDS server and it all works fine. However, I am unable to activate Office 2013 using the MSDN Office 2013 retail
key because it tells me the product key is invalid for this version of Office. I've looked at the alternative of using the App-V Sequencer to create the Office 2013 package, but from what I've read this is not a Microsoft supported method.
Is there any way that I can activate Office 2013 (volume license on RDS) using the method I've outlined above, or is there any way of using the Office2013 download from MSDN such that it can be packaged by the ODT (or App-V Sequencer) for successful deployment
using App-V and activation using the retail Office 2013 product key on MSDN?

True, VL channel media can't be activated with MSDN Retail pkeys (that's what I was trying to get you to understand, I figured you would be attempting that, as so many people do :(
I've not attempted your scenario myself.
It sounds like you aren't following the supported scenarios as (poorly) described by MS;
The way I read their guide, for an RDS scenario, you must use a VL key [either MAK or KMS] (since a subscription product+key can't be used on RDS):

So, that all means that for RDS, you can't use anything other than VL "product" (in
the form of an ODT-generated output) with a VL pkey. So, for your RDS demo setup, you need to use real product and real pkeys.

I have a standalone LR5 which I purchased in December 2014 on the Windows platform. thanks for replying. I purchased online from Adobe and they sent a confirmation email with order number and serial no along with the instructions for downloading. There was no indication at purchase that renewing membership was needed at any time and it's only 3 months since purchase. I have just returned home from my holiday home and checked my home laptop (primary and first installation) and all modules still enabled !! As far as I understand I am able to install twice as long as not operating both at once. This would be impossible as holiday home with laptop no 2 is 60 miles away. When I installed on no 2, i opened the order email and was able to use the serial no again. Now however it is greyed out. I don't want the cloud version and hope this is not what I have.
UPDATE 1 April 2015- I have checked the system info in Lightroom on my first laptop installation (home) and it is definitely a perpetual licence. I downloaded what I thought was my 2nd allowed download on my holiday home laptop using the original email instructions and serial number. I checked the system info on this download and it was it is a cloud version!!!! This doesn't make sense - anyone out there - can I download to 2 laptops in 2 different locations with a perpetual licence??

Purchased stand-alone copy of LR in 10/2013. Got a message that Development module is disabled.

I upgraded from LR 4 to LR5, purchasing a stand-alone version of Lightroom in 10/2014 (less than three months ago) for my PC. In accordance with instructions from Adobe HELP, I downloaded a second copy of the software to a new Mac in preparation for switching computers and discontinued using the original PC version. I had to hire a consultant to assist with the transfer of photos due to lack of specific instructions from Adobe regarding a PC to Mac transition, but by early December the transition had been accomplished and LR (now 5.7) was functioning for approximately two weeks. Shortly thereafter the Development module was disabled with a message that I needed to renew my membership to reactivate the Develop Module! I never had a membership... I purchased the stand-alone version of the software and wish to use it rather than the subscription version.
Added to all my problems with the transition is that we hosted guests for the holiday season and I was unable to show them any of my recent photographs due to the Develop module being disabled. (My guess is that Adobe is not going to compensate me for this inconvenience!)
As far as I can determine, this is nothing that I have brought on myself. Adobe allows the download of two copies of the LR software and I haven't exceeded that, and I called Adobe Help specifically to ask how to accomplish the PC to Mac transition and was told to download the LR software to the Mac.
So how do I reactivate the Development module without paying additional money for a subscription?

But to answer your question directly, you have installed the creative cloud installation of Lightroom which requires different licensing. You have to uninstall and then download from the standalone website.

You downloaded the creative cloud update by mistake. It will be necessary for you to uninstall Lightroom and then install using a download from this website:

The Photoshop LR CC is active but you have not yet activated it. The activation server shows it. Please log out & log back in of the CC desktop CC.

Im REALLY HATING my LR 5.5 experience... first it wouldnt launch AT ALL... then that got fixed, worked for A DAY. Re-launched it, and now I get this BS about the "Develop Module Being Disabled"...

Even though you purchased a license for Lightroom, you have installed the creative cloud installation of Lightroom. It cannot be activated with your serial number. It would have to be activated with your Adobe ID and password. You will have to remove that installation and then install from one of these two links:
