Developed Screen issue on Prime Now Gone...What to Do?
Yesterday my Prime suddenly developed a random screen issue where the far left side of the screen went blurry while in landscape mode while using the browser. Not too long after that the bottom of the screen (in portrait) and the far right column was flashing in and out. I rotated it to landscape and that stopped but you could tell the whole screen was barely bouncing up and down. Shortly after that it stopped and didn't occur the rest of the night or today. I am torn on going back to BestBuy and getting a replacement (already talking to executive resolution rep directly....call center sucks) or contacting Asus about getting it repaired or replaced since I already have it setup and everything I want installed until 4.0 comes out. Any thought?
Did you try this - hold down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. You have to wait until the Apple logo appears. It may take a little longer than 15 seconds sometimes.

Or, While Pages is running, click and hold the Pages icon on the Dock and select Options > Keep in Dock.

my iphone 5's screen blacks out every now and then. the phone is turned on but the screen is black and i can receive calls. what is wrong with my phone?
I have to believe this has something to do with iOS 7 issues. I have taken my screen blacked out 5s twice to the Genius Bar and the found a bunch of system apps had crashed. So if this is the case, is iOS7 the problem?

Check the version of iTunes you're running. "Help >> About". It should be 11.1.1 if I'm not mistaken. Let me know if you're still having issues.

i updated my 4s yesterday, but my phone will not work at all now, and will not turn off. It has a itunes image on the screen with an arrow underneath and what looks like the charger lead. i've had it on charge! is there anything else i can do?
Cconnect it to your computer with the latest version of iTunes installed.

Your contacts are helpd on the server, so if you sign out from your iCloud account and sign into another one they will disappear. If you sign back into the original account they will reappear.

I installed ios7 on my iPad 2 yesterday, this morning it wouldn't open the weather channel app. I thought maybe I should power it down. When I held down on the power button the screen went black and now it won't do anything. What do I do now?

just got an Ipad and am working on setting it up. the one issue I am having with it is my screen will not rotate no matter what I do to the settings, I can't figure out if I have a setting wrong or if there really is something wrong with my Ipad. any help would be greatly appreciated.
Double click the home button (square) and all the things you did are there.keep sliding the bar that will come up on the bottom to the left till it cant go anymore there should be a icon looking like this.press that and it should work

For some reason, "HSL" is gone from my develop panel. I used to be able to adjust specific colors (blues, greens etc) for saturation, luminance and so on. But that option is now gone from my develop panel. How do I get it back?
Right-click the title bar of any of the panels in the righthand column of the Develop module (for example, the Basic panel) and choose "Adjustments" from the panel list that appears.

If it has NEVER been jailbroke, here are some standard repair procedures:
First, try a system reset. It cures many ills and it's quick, easy and harmless...
Hold down the on/off switch and the Home button simultaneously until you see the Apple logo. Ignore the "Slide to power off" text if it appears. You will not lose any apps, data, music, movies, settings, etc.
If the Reset doesn't work, try a Restore. Note that it's nowhere near as quick as a Reset. It could take well over an hour! Connect via cable to the computer that you use for sync. From iTunes, select the iPad/iPod and then select the Summary tab. Follow the on-screen directions for Restore and be sure to say "yes" to the backup. You will be warned that all data (apps, music, movies, etc.) will be erased but, as the Restore finishes, you will be asked if you wish the contents of the backup to be copied to the iPad/iPod. Again, say "yes."
At the end of the basic Restore, you will be asked if you wish to sync the iPad/iPod. As before, say "yes." Note that that sync selection will disappear and the Restore will end if you do not respond within a reasonable time. If that happens, only the apps that are part of the IOS will appear on your device. Corrective action is simple - choose manual "Sync" from the bottom right of iTunes.
If you're unable to do the Restore (or it doesn't help), go into Recovery Mode per the instructions here. You WILL lose all of your data (game scores, etc,) but, for the most part, you can redownload apps and music without being charged again. Also, read this. -
