Device driver for USB 2

Hello,
Still experiencing major problems with devices. I am a transcriptionist. I use a headset, foot pedal and mouse/keyboard, all plugged in the USB ports.
While using all these devices I continually lose the function of my foot pedal. I deattached the keyboard/mouse, I was able to use the foot pedal. However, I still continually lose function with the foot pedal. It will work for awhile, but then it stops.
I've tried everything. Checked my device manager, unchecked (under power management) not to shut power off to save energy. I have done ALL my updates with windows and hp. Also scanned for hardware changes.
My question is, if I purchased a POWERED hub port, would this help? I would like to be able to use the headset, foot pedal and mouse/keyboard (TOGETHER).
I'm running out of possible solutions. Almost forgot, when plugging in the infinity foot pedal the device software does install.

Yes it is almost certainly an issue with the computer's ability to provide sufficient power to its own internal usb hub and a powered usb hub will clear that up. You can also try going into the advanced properties of the usb root hub and reset the hub. But the powered usb hub is inexpensive and should resolve the issue. You are putting some pretty big power draw demands on the computer.
My "real" job brings me into frequent contact with court reporters and I see their equipment setups and most use some kind of usb hub for all their devices.

Need Chipset Driver for USB support

Hi.
This Windows XP-SP3 PC has 4xUSB2 or 2xUSB3 on-board ports, and all have failed. All USB devices are yellow-flagged in device manager.
I have run SFC \SCANNOW and it runs to completion, and I have tried right-clicking on a yellow-flagged USB entry in Device Manager and selecting Update Driver, but that only results in the following dialog:
Cannot Install This Hardware
There was a problem installing this hardware:
Universal Serial Bus (USB) Controller
An error occurred during the installation of the device:
The driver installation file for this device is missing a necessary entry. This may be because the INF file was written for Windows 95 or later. Contact your hardware vendor stop
It has been suggested to me that I should try to obtain the Chipset Driver for USB support. Running Speccy reveals the following about the mainboard:

How to develop 64-bit Windows device driver for NI-6602?

Due to the fact that NI-VISA doesn’t support 64 bit Windows, how can I do to develop a 64 bit Windows device driver for NI 6602 (Counter/timer) PCI card. The possible jobs include:
Develop a Windows Kernel Mode Driver (“Device Driver”);
Make it to comply with VISA in order to utilize “osiBus Generic IO Interface” and MH DDK.
Could anyone please give me some advices as soon as possible?

Hi everyone,
I'm trying to deploy a Windows Embedded Standard 7 (trial key at the moment) image in SCCM 2012 SP1 with a very simple task sequence.
I have a 'build and capture' and an OSD TS. I'm testing these on Hyper-V PCs and both work fine when i create stand alone media. The problem arrises when I try to deploy (or build & capture) with a bootable media;
The TS starts, formats the disk, applies the OS, Windows and network settings, Apply Device Drivers etc., but when it reboots into Windows
(or WES7 to be exact) it cant boot. The Windows Boot Manager reports a 0xc0000359 for storvsc.sys
And I can't figure out what's wrong. I will post the SMSTS log further down below. The SAME TS works fine when it's a stand alone media.
I have tried to:
- Apply the WIM manually (nothing wrong - boots fine)
- Create and apply driver package for the Hyper-V machines (from the MSI's Windows5.x-HyperVIntegrationServices-x86 and Windows5.x-HyperVIntegrationServices-x64)
- No dice
- Create a new boot image with the hyper-v drivers in it. No dice
- Google everything related I can think of.
I suspect it has something to do with the lines where it says:
"Failed to find a suitable device driver for device xxx”
It also has a couple of 401 errors when trying to get the packages, but it seems like it DOES end up getting the content.
Please help! What could it be?

I'm having the error "Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)" and I can't read/write CDs/DVDs. When I try to update the driver I have the message that it is already up to date.
I can't find the driver to dowload and try to fix the problem. Where can I download it or solve somehow my problem?

the only thing windows can use an iphone for bluetoothwise is

Cannot load device driver for DVD/CDRW - Satellite 1110

I have a Satellite 1110 and something has gone wrong with my DVD/CDRW and it will not read any CDs. It is reported as a MAT****A UJDA730 DVD/CDRW but the device status comes up as:
"Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)"
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the device but the error just returns. I cannot find a driver for it either on the manufacturer's web site or Toshiba's. I don't want to use the Product Recovery CD-ROM as it implies I will lose all software and data on the hard drive.
Can someone advise how to recover from this situation?

Firstly you dont any driver for the CD/DVD drive. The drive uses the standard Windows OS driver and its not necessary to install it additional.
I assume there could be something wrong with the registry entry.

The driver is not available for download at the moment. You could check with Direct Sales Department if they have the CD for order. Their phone number is -800-998-000 and it is option #. They are open from 9:00AM to 6:00PM (CST) Monday to Friday.

I have connected my Mac and my Windows XP computers together using Firewire.
The Windows XP computer reports it found a new device.
However, Windows XP needs a device driver to be able to communicate with the Mac.
Is there any device driver for the Windows XP computer that would allow it to see the Mac over the Firewire port?

PCs do not support firewire target disk mode, so you will not be able use your Mac as hard drive on your PC. Your only option is to create a small network using TCP over firewire...which XP supports but Vista does not.

Wow that looks like a piece of junk. You get what you pay for, and that goes for driver support as well. If you bought a NI CAN device or XNET you'd have all kinds of support from this forum trying to help you out. Heck even a Vector device has some love on this forum. And Intrepid has drivers for their hardware in LabVIEW...it needs some attention but it exists.
I say read the documentation, write a set of VIs to talk to the device, and post here if you have any general questions about writing drivers.
