Go into the BIOS and run the hard drive diagnostics test and see what that reports.
Sounds like the hard drive failed.

I made my apple ID on my computer a long time ago but I just got a new iPhone 5 and I went to by a song and it told me to answer some security questions. I do not remember making these questions but I put in the answers and I said they were wrong. I tried many times and eventually it disabled my apple ID. How do I fix it?

You should contact AppleCare if you don't remember the answers. Depending on a few factors, they might be able to reset those security questions so you can choose new ones and continue using your Apple ID like you were used to.
That's really the only solution if you're sure you don't remember any of the answers.

The movie had gotten to the point that I could watch it all the way through but it still said processing and got stuck at that point and when I turned off the wifi to try to restart it, it deleted its-self but did not free up any of the storage It was taking up
Restarting my iPad does not help
Some thing similar also happened to my old laptop when trying to download the iOS 5 update to my laptop when it came out. It kept getting disconnected and every time it would try to start over and act like what had already been downloaded was not there though it was still taking up the storage space.
And it continued repeating until it took up all of my storage space. The data file would not show up anywhere so I had to restore my laptop to the factory settings and that worked for awhile but I eventually had to get a new laptop.

You can change the Apple ID used for purchasing on her phone by going to Settings>Store>Apple ID, tap the ID shown, sign out, sign back in using her Apple ID. Depending on why it's been disabled you might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
You might then need to log out of your account on your phone by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and then log back in so as to 'refresh' the account on it.
If that doesn't fix it then contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

If it is disabled because of the passcode, see this article: iPhone and iPod touch: Wrong passcode results in red disabled screen
If you cannot remember the passcode, you will need to restore your device using the computer with which you last synced it. This allows you to reset your passcode and resync the data from the device (or restore from a backup). If you restore on a different computer that was never synced with the device, you will be able to unlock the device for use and remove the passcode, but your data will not be present. Refer to Updating and restoring iPhone and iPod touch software.
