Device limit problem in offline mode

Hello all :) I've got a problem with Offline Mode since few weeks. I saw that when the phone is rebooted with Offline mode activated, spotify had disconnected the session.
So OK click on "Connection" and he asks for turn off the Offline mode. So OK again, but after no music could be read ! Files are always here cause of XXX GO used but no read possible..
After three tries of reboot and synchronisation of one playlist, it says "you have reached the limit of 3 devices". Into my account i saw 3 times "Android phone" at the same date ! I'm not enough rich to have 3 Android phones :p This bug is happened when i have tried to Sync a third device (other computer). I have deleted all devices into account but it still annoying me. I have deleted files on Android in Application parameters, reboot, try to create an username instead of facebook connection.. I deleted Spotify application on my Android Phone but always nothing changed. I know Application Developpment is not so easy, but if I paid Spotify it's for have no pub and for Offline mode.. So please, I need your help :) No music is not possible, i've began to sing in my shower because there too much silence.. I assure it's so bad for my neighbourhood ;) Thanks you in advance,

(Android widget of Spotify didn't work too after reboot, i need to open the application directly) Step 2 : i click on "Connection" and he asks me for the desactivation of the Offline Mode => this message appears twice. I need to quit Spotify and restart it to connect successfully. Step 3 : when i look in my "Playlists", the "Dub.Inc" one is not synced whereas before the reboot it was ! And proof in step 4.. Step 4 : when i look in "Parameters" of applications, i see this.. So i do not understand lol :p My playlist is here, in Exceptionnal quality. So as this bug was crazy, i tested on my ipod touch 4 with another version of Spotify. I synced it at the same moment as the Android. You see that after the reboot, playlist is always here ! It's not my account but other thing.. I've got a 64 GO memory card µSD maybe due to that ?! Card is here since one year and no problem detected on it. If someone can help, you'll welcome :)

Air printer delegates problem in Offline Mode

Hello All,
I am sending a print job to Air printer but when printer is offline then still delegates says print job had done sucessfully. And after 10 sec it shows a Alert that printer is in offline mode.
My question is how to determine the Air printer is ON/OFF before sending any print Job to printer?
Print JOb delegates not returning any error or msg for it.

Offline mode problem nokia N73

Hello, I have a problem with my Nokia N73, after having passed in Offline mode, it is impossible to change it. I carried out a hard reset by *#7370#, the phone posts general mode, but when i wants to connect to the network it posts phone in Offilne mode. I have try an firmware update using PC suite, but thephone must be in general mode before this operation can be carried out. what can i proceed. right now it is impossible to use my phone.

I am now on my 7th N73!
Yes, I am probably mad still giving this phone a go, but I Like the phone, so I keep giving it another go! (plus the fact that I cant find any other phone on the market right now that I really like)
My network operator has been great, and has always replaced it for me every time I have had problems, but I must say it is now getting a bit too much.
The last one I had, I got 2 weeks ago, and was a brand new one with the latest s/w update.
First time I put it into OFFLINE mode, it refused to change back to normal. (this was a new problem I did not have with the first 5 handsets so I have a feeling its a problem with the latest s/w)
a week ago I had it replaced once again with a brand new one.
Went away, and put it into OFFLINE mode again while on the plane, and guess what? it refused to change again.
Nothing helps; I have tried taking the battery out, taking the sim card in and out, nothing!!!!
Now they want to give me an N93, but it seems way to large to me, plus it probably has the same problem, using the same operation system.

In general, you are correct - but also your server does need to be properly configured (and those errors above lead me to think it may not be) to serve the file types that your uploading - but it could be something else entirely. Can you zip up your composition folder, upload it to your Creative Cloud files, set it to share, and then post a link here so I can download it? If you'd rather not share it publicly, can you PM me with a link to your composition files?

How do I switch from"Offline Mode" when using Firefox on an android device connected to the internet via Bluetooth.

I have been using my tf300. Everytime I try to open Firefox on the tablet while using a Bluetooth connection, the only screen that Firefox opens is a generic screen displaying "Offline mode". Is there a way to switch it to online mode or am I only able to use the browser on a wifi signal??

I am one of the individuals who use a third-party app to tether internet connection from my phone for my tablet. When using the stock browser, i have no problems, but when i try to use firefox, all the is displayed is an "Offline Mode" screen. This all would not be a problem except for the fact that a bunch of my bookmarks are on Firefox. So how do i switch settings for the pade to be "Online vs. Offline"???

Is there a limit to how many songs you can have on the offline mode?

I am trying to get all my albums to sync with my phone and be available offline but It keeps on saying that I have selected too many tracks for the offline mode. Is there a limit to how many songs you can have?Thanks :)

Spotify applies a limit of 3,333 tracks but everything is dependent on your phones on-board memory
as Spotify actually copies the tracks to it so you don't need internet connection.
My Galaxy S2 has 11 odd GB and I filled it with 1800 tracks (albeit some were 20 - 30 mins).
Also check if you use on-board memory for photos etc. 'cos Spotify will use a lot of it.
I have asked them to look at this and maybe give warnings about Spotify's memory usage rather
than the number of tracks.

IEEE 1934 devices report as being Offline in Capture Mode

I recently found the need to capture video. I had an OHCI compliant IEEE 1934 card professionally installed. Windows recognizes the card and reports it as working properly. When I connect a Firewire device, windows recognizes a device had been attached and detached when I disconnect which indicates the cables and connections are fine.
I have three Firewire devices, two of which are on the Device Setup list located in the Capture Preferences of Premiere 2.0. They include:
JVC HR-DVS2U
Panasonic AG DVX-100
My third device is a Cannon ZR45 MC and while I understand only the ZR40 and ZR50 are listed, I figure the functionality would be so similar, that the ZR45 would have at best limited support within Premiere.
All devices report as being Offline. I’ve read the manual and went through each step more than 4 times with each device and the conclusion is the same. Might there be a step within Windows that I need to perform first?
Dual Pentium Xeon 2.4Ghz
Windows XP Pro, Service Pack 2
3 GB RAM
Premiere 2.x

I would like to thank everyone for taking the time to help answer and troubleshoot my problem.
When researching the web for answers, to include Microsoft’s web site, I discovered many people had the same issues, but for different reasons. Most seemed to stem from service pack or updates received in Vista. Some derived after upgrading from XP Home to XP Pro. I kind of thought this was my issue since all my IEEE devices work with XP home on a very old Sony laptop, but not XP Pro on a rather capable workstation. In the literally hundreds of pages, posts and articles I read through, none of them helped me and according to most who have posted trouble with devices unseen by Windows or offline by any number of different editing aps, there were no fixes. My solution came quite by accident.
I don’t know if this is typical for all OHCI compliant cards not installed by a computer manufacturer, but the one I have comes with a utility called The Switch. It enables one to use either it’s built in drivers that are used by default, or Windows drivers. When I used The Switch, the Installation Wizard auto detected the Canon, and began installing about 7 drivers at the end of which, Premiere saw and manipulated the cam. I tried the same thing for the JVC. All but one driver (T.V. Tuner) was installed, however Premiere still recognized and controlled the deck. Due to time restraints, I only tried playback, shuttle, pause and stop, but there should be no reason capture won’t work.
I hope this helps others who are experiencing device offline issues. I urge you to post your solutions even if they are different from mine.

I have a problem I can not up grade to the new AOL due to having a MAC 10.4. Now when I go on the site opens but when I finish one thing it tells me error message Offline Mode. What can i do it just shuts the internet down.

When I open Firefox , and go to AOL.com it goes to the home page with a message to up grade. I have tried that it tells me I can not do it on my operating system MAC 10.4. Now when I sign on to Aol to use my favorites some time it lets me on, but if i write something e-mail or such it sends it them tells me error message Offline mode check off in file which I do, but it shuts down the internet. You are right, but how could i send it to Apple? when the phone company first replaced my iphone they had in stock alots of iphones and they just sent mine back to Apple and gave me a new one, so all i did is to give them my phone, but now how could i sent it to Apple? and i cant send it by myself, and the store wont do that, its a lost for them.. so sending it to Apple wasnt an option from the begining.
and for the record, i dont think the store where i bought it is an authorized shop.. its just a store who boughts phone's from Apple in a low price and sells it in much more money..

In version 3.6.17, click '''File''', then click '''Work Offline '''to remove the checkmark.
In version 4.0.x right click a blank part of the Tab Bar and then click "Menu Bar". This will reinstate the text links. Then do the same as above.
To revert to the layout without the text links, repeat the same steps.
Sometimes, in FF4, you can hit the ALT key to toggle the text links on and off, but I've noticed in posts from other users that it doesn't always work.

We are running the SAP Work Manager application 5.3 with Agentry 6.0.
We are using the iOS based client available on the App Store to run the same.
I wanted to ask about how much data volume can be supported by the application when it is running in offline mode.
As the data is stored on the mobile device, is there any upper limit on the data being stored on the device?

There is no upper limit beside how much the device memory. But the more data you put onto the device the reduce performance you will get. It is recommend only to download what the user needs.

Online required to shop when offline mode

dear all, when i try to navigate using offline mode, it will keep asking me to "online required to shop" if i was click no then the navigation is terminated. is it a setting problem?? My mobile is E72

No, its not a settings problem. You are using an older version of maps which do not support free license. Go to map.ovi.com, and follow the links to download Ovi Maps 3.03 for your device. Alternatively, you could go to Nokia Beta Labs website and download the new Ovi Maps 3.04 which has the free licenses.

Mix Radio pauses after each Song in offline mode

Hey everyone,
I am encountering some trouble when usign mix radio in offline mode. More precisely I have a Mix downloaded to the device. After each song, music pauses and I have to resume manually. I do not know if disabling the mobile internet connection does help, but when at home on WiFi, the problem does not occur. I.e. I have the impression that offline mix radio with mobile internet enabled has open issues. Any hints on how to resolve this?

thanks for your message. I tried it once after I read your message and it worked. But then I plug in a stereo jack to listen to the music via external boxes, it pauses again after each song. However, I recognized that some other people have the same problem. I read some comments in the marketplace, referring to pausing after each song.
In addition, sometimes I have to start mix radio twice because it stop at the loading page after starting. I have to press the back button and start mix radio again in order to get it work.
I am not sure if the problem occurs only with a stereo jack plugged in or not. I can try, but I would like the program to work whether I plug in something or not.

N97 - Flight Mode (Offline Mode)

Hey all.
So I'm about to jump on a plane in a few days and I was wondering if it would be safe to use my N97 while flying. I want to try and hook up to a gps, bluetooth and search for wifi and maybe a radio station. The phone will be in offline mode of course. Anyone tried it ?.

It's worked for some people on some planes. It probably varies by device, and whether you have a window seat.
GPS and radio should be fine in principle as receiving technologies, and in-flight wi-fi is coming so wi-fi should be okay in principle. (Just what hotspots you expect to pick up from that distance, I don't know.) Bluetooth will probably not cause many problems either.
However airlines vary in what they will tolerate and I'm guessing almost none will allow wi-fi, very few will allow bluetooth, and some may allow the GPS. If you don't want to risk getting beat up by the cabin crew and arrested when you land, do exactly what the airline permits, and no more. Generally that means completely offline use only.

Can I stop Firefox from always opening in Work Offline mode because it's preventing my Macbook from accessing Internet on our wireless home network?

Sorry, I should have said iMac, not Macbook, if it makes a difference. The problem is Firefox 3.6.10 always starts in Work Offline mode, and Internet won't activate unless we restart, sometimes up to five times.
The iMac is on our home wireless network which we had no problems with before using Safari on the Macbook we upgraded from.
Note: I'm posting this query from another computer.

Did you check the network setting?
Sounds that you have set to connect automatically when a connection is not available.
