Device locked by ex employee's personal icloud account

Hi,
company's iphone 5 is locked by "Find my iPhone" app - attached to ex employee's personal iCloud account.
This page http://support.apple.com./kb/TS4515 states that the device has to be removed from icloud account first, in order to finish restore procedure.
Ex employee is not physically reachable (interstate) and I am not having any luck reaching this person remotely in order to request removing device from the icloud account.
What other options do I have?

Contact Apple and speak to a senior advisor. Provide definitive proof of purchase and they may be able to help.

When an employee leaves a business and the company has purchased the equipment, the company should have the rights to reissue the equipment and Apple should provide an alternative to unlock the equipment from the employee's personal APPLE account and password so the company (that purchased the equipment) can reissue the line and equipment to another employee.

If you can prove ownership to Apple, they may be able to help you.
The best way of handing things would be strong policies requiring that the equipment be turned in in a usable state. i.e. not activation locked. Failing this, the employee should be charged the cost of the replacement phone. Held from their final paycheck if required.

You will need to setup a new Apple ID for your sister. You have to have an Apple ID and iDevice connected and using that account to get an iCloud account.

Contact the other person and have them remove the iPhone from their iCloud.com FindMyiPhone account.

Is there a way to not allow an employee to send texts on the business iPhone using their personal iCloud account?

I work for a company that issues business iPhones to our sales representatives so that they can easily communicate with our customers in their territories and have access to many helpful resources.
One of our sales reps recently went on to work for a different company (our competition). When we were getting his company phone ready for the next representative that would take over his territory, we discovered that he had been using his iCloud account to text customers for the past 2-3 months instead of the phones number. Unfortunately this means he still has access to all of our customers via his personal iCloud account, and they are probably still texting him for their product needs.
We aren't sure if this was intentional or not, but is there anything we can do to keep things like this from happening in the future? A way to keep the sales rep from using their personal iCloud address to send and receive texts on the company phones?

So, the article you have there, HT4895, is pretty good. Just look at the FAQ section of it.
But basically, you will want to create a backup on your computer through iTunes...Just plug your current iPad into it and make sure your iPad and iTunes are logged in with the same Apple ID. At that point, just create a backup.
When you get your new iPad, and before you plug it in or set it up, follow the directions in this link to change your Apple ID. http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5621?viewlocale=en_US
Once you have that done, plug your new iPad into your computer to sync up with iTunes. Follow the directions for Restore from Backup and it should bring all that info back to your new iPad.
And changing your Apple ID email info will allow you to have your own!!! This should solve all your issues and GL!!!

On all of these devices, go to: Settings > iCloud and make sure they're updated with the new password. If you're talking about Macs, go to: "System Preferences > iCloud" too.

Thanks to an new app which kept asking for my icloud password, I managed to lock my personal icloud account.

Have tried to reset it via email, but I am not getting the emails? Checked the email account and it is working.

Thanks Roger, I know. However, at the moment I have 1000 things going on and really don´t want to spend time talking to Apple. As part of Apple´s "security", I should be getting an email with the link. As I wrote, its not this icloud account, but my personal icloud acct. So at least is not interfering with my work or my main computer apps. Nevertheless, I just want the easy fix. When I tried to contact Apple, I got a window with either call me now or shedule a call. I don't want either, which is why I posted here.
I should not have the problem.
1- My email is working
2 Its the same email for the icloud account, so "secure" enough.
I just want to get the link, and keep working with my project.
Sorry! a little annoyed by the whole thing, first this silly app, asking the password 1000 times and while I am trying to juggle phone, email, etc. Then I want to use the easy solution (email with link) and that is not working either.

Manage your associated devices in iTunes - Apple Support
When you turn on iTunes Match, Family Sharing, or Automatic Downloads, or when you download past purchases on your computer, iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, that device becomes associated with your Apple ID. You can associate your Apple ID with up to 10 devices, with a maximum of 5 computers at any time. Each computer must also be authorized using the same Apple ID. You don't need to authorize your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
After you associate a device with your Apple ID, you can't associate that device with another Apple ID for 90 days.

I have over 50 iphone logged in with the same compant account to keep track of them, some of them are not showing anymore, including new devices, have I maxed out the ammount of devices I can associate with this feature?

The answer to this question is 100.
You can have 100 devices on a single iCloud account.

Still the same. Maximum 100 per year for testing. Individual Developer Account, person or company.
Enterprise Account is for distribution to employees, not via the App Store.
