one 6509 stuck in "All Learning Devices in Inventory Services"

Error Message             = N/A
I have remove this device and add again,and also adjust the snmp timeout ,this device still stuck in learning state.
But,this device inventory collection and config archive function is ok.
Is this a bug,or how can I do next?

Is it happening just for a single device ?
are all the other devices are in KNown status .
Any firewall between this device and LMS ?

Hi Paolo,
Unfortunately this is not possible as MAPs database is additive and it does not re-inventory already collected devices. Your only option is to span another DB instance and rescan your environment with it to enable MAP to do a full scan once again.

Text tool is stuck in ALL CAPS mode

I am attempting to create a simple, mostly text logo, and when I attempt to use the TEXT TOOL, the settings seem to be stuck in ALL CAPS MODE.
I can't even see an option to change the text settings at all -- to adjust anything font-related (aside from what's on the default tool bar). For now, I must resolve this ALL CAPS issue, at the very least; I would also like to adjust any & all other standard font settings, including character spacing, kerning, etc.
Can someone please point me in the right direction? Thank you!!

Okay, head to Settings -> General -> Reset and tap Reset All Settings. See if that does any good. This will have no affect on the content stored on your device.

7914 Stuck at all Red Lights

I've just added a 7914 to a working installation with 7960 phones.
The 7914 is stuck with all red lights on, and the Expansion Module Stats in the phone menu says "Link State: Not Supported"
The 7914 is showing in the UC560 as 7960/14 and the graphic is correct. (i.e. it shows a 7960 with one 7914 attached)
The phone is set up as a teleworker phone/extension mobility. Does this matter?
The UC560 is not yet updated to 8.6.0, it's running the previous firmware.
Any ideas of what I can do to make this work? The relevant ephone config is below:

Hi Shane,
First check if you have the 7914 firmware on the UC500.
Next, you maybe have to manually specify the load statements in the cli. This is what I had to do to get 7916 to start registering and downloading firmware. I found the answer on this thread:

After you manually specify the loads for 7914 you have to reboot you 7960 few times until the 7914 picks up the download of the firmware.
Try this, or maybe you have a different problem.

ITunes won't recognize my iPod. I have the Apple Mobile Device USB driver installed in my programs but it doesn't show up in my Device Manager or Services. Can someone help?

So I connected my iPod to iTunes and an error message came up saying it needed an updated version of iTunes 64 bit and I was missing the Apple Mobile Device USB driver so I downloaded it because another discussion said that was the solution. I did but it wont show up in my device manager or services. Can someone help me figure out whats wrong?

Removing and Reinstalling iTunes, QuickTime, and other software components for Windows XP
or
Removing and reinstalling iTunes and other software components for Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8
However, after your remove the Apple software components also remove the iCloud Control Panel via Windows Programs and Features app in the Window Control Panel. Then reinstall all the Apple software components
- Then do the other actions of:

- New cable and different USB port
- Run this and see if the results help with determine the cause

I bought Time Capsule specifically to back up my computer at work. Only my computer. There are many computers within my department. I completed the steps the best of my knowledge but was unsure of which option to click. I clicked "I want to create a new wireless network". At the onset the instructions said I needed to connect with an ethernet cable, which I did. But I have no desire to connect to the internet, print from it, or have others access. I did deselect guest options, and I did put in passwords. But at the end of the process I got the message, "This device & its network services will be temporarily unavailable. Are you sure you want to continue."
I was worried this would shut me down and I wouldn't be able to continue to work. I don't necessarily need to connect wirelessly. It is connected via ethernet cable from machine to device.
Can you advise me how to continue? Did I choose the wrong options?

I bought an external hard drive called "Seagate Backup Plus" From the Apple store to back up everything on my computer and anything new on my computer. It came with Time Machine. This recently happened to me. I am a novice, but it seemed like that project got corrupted some how.
I deleted it.
Went to time machine and picked it up again when I knew it was working ok.
I lost a few hours of work, but not the entire project.
Once I had the project back from time machine, it worked fine (but like I said, I lost a little bit of work).

You can turn Find my Phone on/off in settings > iCloud.

My gradient tool seems to be stuck on all black- help? (Photoshop CS6)

I usually use my gradient tool from black to transparent (linear) when masking the edges of my photos. It just provides a really nice gradual fade and doesn't require me toiling over it with the brush tool.
As of last week, my gradient tool seems to be stuck on all black, regardless of what layer I select or how many times I select the black to transparent option. I've tried it from white to transparent, as well, and this resulted in the gradient turning full white. It just selects the foreground color. I can't even get it to fade from orange to red (if I wanted it to do that)!
Here is a snapshot of it: (not that it helps, really) Any suggestions? Yes, I've restarted my program and computer on numerous occasions. I've also checked my channels, and they are selected correctly.

It seems to only be that way on the gradients that deal with transparencies (didn't notice that before).

Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
This works for some users. Not sure why.
Go to Settings>General>Date and Time> Set Automatically>Off. Set the date ahead by about a year.Then see if you can connect to the store.
