DFF in iSupport to be made dependent on SR type

Hi,
Can DFF in iSupport be made dependent on SR type?
I want to show few fields in DFF depending upon SR type.
For example :
If SR type is Incident, show fields 1,2 and 3.
or if SR type is complaint, show fields 3,4 and 5 in DFF.
Let me know how to implement this?

We are already using SR templates, but as you know validation and dynamic list is not possible in template fields.
That is the reason , for few of the information we are going for DFF.
We have a specific requirement here of building a tree like structure for capturing reason of failure of product.
It would be basically 3 level tree structure where once you select one option in first field, second field options should change and so on for second and third field.
We are achieiving this by creating dependent segments in DFF.
But this DFF is required only for one SR type and should not be there for others..
So was exploring if we can set contexts for DFF for this or find a work around for it.

    I believe you cannot do it on condition basis...unless if you want to modify standard sap code.
    In the condition type config V/06..In the "changes which can be made" section there is an input for manual entries...there you can give D to not allow to change the condition ...

    You want to deduct WCT when you use particular document type and special gl indicator.
    I just want to know the reason why you want to determine the WCT based on the above conditions.
    I created WCT as withholding tax types and assigned to vendor master. So when the user booking transactions he will choose the respective WCT tax type and tax code so system will deduct the amount and the same updated in WITH_ITEM.
    Or you made a down payment request through T.code F-47 and when you want to book the actual transaction in F-48 then choose line item from down payment request.
    Give me your requirement in clear if the above is not clear

    Here's an example:
    Starting with two copies of an image, one in RAW format (Canon CRW from a D60), the other in TIFF (opened the .crw file in Preview and exported an 8bit tiff file).
    {The test image is a photo of my copy of Aperture on the floor of my studio (which, for reference, is a few points of Cyan off of a neutral grey).}
    The original Image.

    Import both of these files (testRAW.crw & testTIFF.tiff) into Aperture.
    Make adjustments to the RAW and TIFF images:
    - Exposure: Saturation -> 0 (lowest possible value).
    - White Balance: Temp -> 3500K (from 5000K).
    It doesn't matter what order you perform these operations in.
    The RAW file is now a neutral greyscale image. With the Saturation set to 0, the White Balance makes no major difference in the image, it stays grey.
    The TIFF file, however, is now a blue tinted greyscale image - much like a sepia-tone effect. Moving the White Balance slider changes the color of the image.
    It appears that Aperture is performing the Saturation and WB operations in a different order: for the RAW file it first performs the WB, then the saturation; while in the TIFF file it performs the saturation first, then the WB.
    The result is the same for a JPEG image.
    The RAW behavior is the 'expected' behavior in photography - White Balance should happen 'before' the Saturation setting.
    I've filed the bug with Apple (number 4394125 at bugreport.apple.com). hopefully they'll fix this.

    Well, there are different ways of achieving this.
    Solution 1:
    You can create a new output type which will be triggered and call a same driver program and the new smart form. I am sure you can customize as to what Purchasing document type will trigger which output type. Get in touch with someone in the function team to get this configured.
    Solution 2:
    No Customizing, let the configuration be the same, but in the driver program change the value of  "TNAPR-FONAM" immediately after the form entry_neu to the new form name based on the Purchasing document type.

    We have created old activity type and assigned. However, the postings are made to old actity type.  There is no plan price for new activity type.

    Your information is very vague, and incomplete.
    I assume you created a new acivity type, and not an old one? Where did you assign it? KP26, KP06, C203?
    Did you recalculate your plan activity prices? KSPI. Download new qties? KSPP....

    You need to develop a Z report with the help of ABAPers.
    Give proper logic for them for creating this req.

    Is there some way to create several Incident Forms, depending on Request type?
    I want to have a Incident form with a specific field to a request of "Hardware Issue", where is asked to user the Serial Number of PC (for example)?
    And if I want another Incident Form to "create a new Classroom", where is asked, number of computers, what are the applications, begin of class date, name of teacher... I know that I can associate some fields when I am doing a request offering
    creation, like Title, Description, Urgency. But how can I do to other fields that I want to have in my specific Incident Form to "create a new Classroom"?

    If you want mandantory fields which should NOT show up in the Console-Forms,use
    Request Offerings in the SSP. there you can define Must-have fields and pump the data
    whereever you want.

  • Dependent Certification - Plan Type

    Hi,
    Currently we are setting up the Dependent Certification in the Program Enrollment Requirements -> Dependent Coverage -> Plan Type -> Life Event Change..
    I am determining the certification requirement using fast formula (Dependent Certification Required)
    If we have 4 plan types and 2 certifications (ssn + birth certificate), the certification requirement records will be created for 4 plan types.
    For example two dependent will be having 16 certification records.
    I guess this will be a time consuming process to certify each dependent.
    Will it cause any problem in the enrollment if we received the certifications for one plan type, no need to create certifications for other plan types by using fast formula or any workaround to avoid this?
    Did someone come across this situation?

           We are in the process of upgrade from 4.6C to ECC 6.0. The problem is that when we are creating the expense request, after selecting the type of expense (travel expense or non travel expense) we are getting the same expense types for both the travel and non travel expenses.
    Now my question is that, is there any in error in configuring the expense types in transaction FITVFELD.
    How to configure the expense types depending on the type of expense (travel and non travel)?

    I suspect that this is the wrong forum but I could not find one that was appropriate.
    The environment is SCVMM 2012 R2. I have a series of PowerShell scripts that are executed via C# code from a variety of applications -- MVC, WCF, console, unit tests. It seems that successful connection to the VMM server is dependent on the type of application
    being used. For example, console apps and WCF apps can connect successfully but the
    same code running in a unit test or standard MVC app throw the following exception:

    i Guess u can...by setting object level security? suppose if you dnt want to drill to state... you can restrict the state column inpresentation laye... so when the user uses the the report he cannot see state and also in drill down....hope this is helpful/answered...

    Item details are stored under the TABNAME = 'VBAP'.
    For example if you execute the function module 'CHANGEDOCUMENT_READ' for order number 5000000000, item number 10,
    Function module will return an entry with TABNAME = 'VBAP', TABKEY = '5000000000000010', and other details.
    Execute the function module by passing object class = 'VERKBELEG' and object id = <order number>
