Beide Programme zeigten kein Bild.

verbessert.
Ich hoffe, diese Informationen helfen Ihnen weiter.

  • Opening a video in Windows Media Player

How do you open a video in Windows Media Player?
The video I'm trying to open in Windows Media Player is an
    avi file.
I noticed that in the Authorware 7 book, it says to simply
    add a
wmp after "avi". For ex: myvideo.avi.wmp
It then says to place or import that file onto Authorware
    (the flowline).
However when I play it to view, it does not open in Windows
    Media
Player. Can someone help me with this problem?
    Thank you.

Yes it did. Thanx Erik. Appreciate it.

If you want to play a movie OUTside Authorware, you use the
JumpOUTReturn function, NOT the JumpFILEReturn function.
    Your folder setup is good.
So with that folder setup, assuming 'myvideo.avi' is in the
    same folder
as your Authorware file, just do:
    JumpOutReturn("", FileLocation^"myvideo.avi")
    That work for you?

  • HT1849 how to import music and video from windows media player

I want to import my music and videos from the windows media player, and I want to import or put it all in my itunes library. How do I do that. I know there is a button.
Am I missing it? Can someone help me please. I am working off of a laptop. If that helps anything.

In Media Player music list, make sure the "Protected" column is displaying. Sort by that column. Any songs that are protected can not be converted to iTunes. You will have to re-rip the CD with the WMP setting to be to not protect the songs.
I had the same problem with album covers and could never fix it. I just gave up. I spoke with people at Apple stores and nothing they suggested worked.

  • Can't play videos on Windows Media Player from Xperia z3

I have recorded som videos and while trying to load them onto my computer via USB some show up and others just play the sound without the video?
Can anyone help with this problem?

Hi Gearld, welcome to the community!
I would advise transferring the files through PC Companion using the Media Go app like Phy has suggested & also playing the videos through VLC player rather than Windows Media Player as this VLC player can read a large number of formats and is most likely to play your videos smoothly.

  • CS4 using a Mac and want to play video using windows media player

Hi I am having issues with file types to play video back using Windows media player.
I am producing video using Premiere CS4 on a Mac and I need to know what format to use to have the files play in windows media player as .mp4 is not compatable with wm player.
    Thanks

I have Windows Media Player installed on my PC workstation and I do remember installing a codec so that MP4 files could play in WMPlayer 11 on Windows Vista 64-bit (should work on 32-bit also)
look near the bottom section of this link for further information.  The codec is called DirectShow
    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/316992#34
Otherwise if you're posting videos on a webpage for example in the mp4 format use the Quicktime html wrapper so that people using Mac's can also view your videos that are encoded for PC's.  If you encode in wmv format (Windows Media Video) then provide a link to the "Flip4Mac" application that can use Quicktime on the Mac to play Windows Media Files.  I think you can find it on www.mactopia.com .

You are going to need to have two versions of the video file. One for Mac Quicktime users and one for WIndows Media Player users.
WMV Studio Pro looks like it could meet your needs.

However you will need a Windows Media Server to stream the WMV file otherwise it will act as a download only.

  • Problem in stretching video using windows media player control

    Hello
I am using windows media player 9 and set the stretchtofit property to true. But when I play a video of size 256X192 on a window media control player whose width and height is set to 640 and 384 respectively I find black areas on left and right side of video. My system has windows 2000 and is set to 1280X720 resolution.I am using labview 7.0.
If anybody encountered the same problem or any suggestion please help to solve the problem.
    Veena

Are you sure that this property means that the image is "stretched"? It might mean that if the video size is X and the control's size is 2X, the picture will be stretched to fit the control without losing the aspect ratio. I know that the regular WMP does not stretch images. You can easily test this by playing a file smaller than the control and setting the property to F. You can also search google\Microsoft for the WMP SDK.

  • Streaming video through Windows Media Player using USRP

Is there any document / guide or any example explaining how to do streaming through Windows Media Player using USRP.
    Thanks

    Joseph,
I have been looking a bit more and have found a few examples that seem similar to what you are looking to do. Here is an example of video streaming using USRP RIO or FlexRIO https://decibel.ni.com/content/docs/DOC-40747. I also found an example of doing wireless streaming of video https://decibel.ni.com/content/docs/DOC-22728. Sorry I was unable to find these in my first post; I hope they help!

  • I cannot view video on Windows Media Player...Seems I need to install a "Codec".......which one?

I cannot view any video sent to me or by me on Windows Media Player.  Seems that I need to install a "Codec"......but which one and where do I find this?  In doing some reasearch, I noted that one must be careful to install the correct one.  I am not happy that this was not included in my PC when I purchased it.  I am using Windows 7 on  HP Pavilion dv6-3133nr Entertainment Notebook, if that is of any help.  Please....any info?

    gramaof6,
I would be inclined to install VLC from Filehippo website, as I use VLC on all my PC clients for DVDs. Please find the link below for further information.

  • Playing video in Windows Media Player

Ok I know, I'm the dreaded Windows user in the Apple forum. But I have good questions and as soon as I can afford it I'm getting an Apple laptop.
Why can't I play the videos I downloaded in Windows Media Player 10? I'm pretty sure it's because I don't have a codec to play a .m4v file but where can I get one? Any help?
    Thanks all

    Bravo!
EDIT: I miread your post. I'll renanswer differently this time.
Why can't I play the videos I downloaded in Windows Media Player 10? I'm pretty sure it's because I don't have a codec to play a .m4v file but where can I get one? Any help?
Because Windows media is competing technology. Since there's no real video "standard", different manufacturers use their own proprietary formats whenever they can.
Depending on the video files you have, you might be able to convert them into some format that can be played on the iPod or in iTunes.
Since I'm not a Windows user, I am not familiar with the format of videos downloaded using WMP.
Try to look for a converter that will put your videos into one of the following formats:
H.264 video: up to 768 Kbps, 320 x 240, 30 frames per sec., Baseline Profile up to Level 1.3 with AAC-LC up to 160 Kbps, 48 Khz, stereo audio in .m4v, .mp4 and .mov file formats
MPEG-4 video: up to 2.5 mbps, 480 x 480, 30 frames per sec., Simple Profile with AAC-LC up to 160 Kbps, 48 Khz, stereo audio in .m4v, .mp4 and .mov file formats
If you can get your video into one of the above two formats, it will work just fine on the iPod.
Many conversion utilities have been mentioned in these forums. I believe Videora iPod Converter is popular amongst Windows users. I can't recommend it, since I have no experience with it. I just see it mentioned a lot. Seems users have had mixed results using it.

  • Open video in Windows media player

The county offers streaming video of meeting of the Board of Supervisors.
The video requires that it be playing in Windows media player for the Mac.
When I click on the video link on the County's web site the video opens in what I presume is a dedicated Safari player but the video does not run properly in that player. (The name of the Safari player isn't identified.)
Is there a way to get Safari to open video files in the Windows media player?
    Thanks,
    Jim

    Hi iBob,
Yes, I do have Flip4Mac installed. I don't know that Safari (3.2.3) recognizes it. Safari used to display the plug-ins under the Help menu, but now it doesn't on my new Mac Mini.
Let me issue a challenge--if you are willing.
    1) Go to url: (http://new.mynevadacounty.com/streaming/)
    2) At the bottom of the page there are 3 video links labeled: "video" Click on any one of the three.
    3) Assuming that it will begin to play (on my Mac it opens in an undefined player) you are supposed to be able to jump to any of the agenda items listed in the box in the lower left hand corner of the screen. (Otherwise you have to listen to the entire meeting (lasting over 7 hours) to get to the item.) This option (jumping to the selected agenda item) doesn't work on either of my Macs (Power Book and Mac Mini).
    I would appreciate your feedback.
    Jim
P.S. According to the County IT department you need:
    1) A G3 or newer with Mac OS X installed.
    2) You also must use Window Media player version 9 or higher or silverlight player.

  • Transfer videos from windows media player to iTunes

Want to transfer personal videos from media player into iTunes

The only way iTunes could play the content of a commercial video DVD would be to use a third-party tool to break the copy protection and convert the content to a format iTunes can handle, and that's not something we can do here since breaking the copy protection is illegal in the US.

  • Uploading a video in Windows Media Player format HELP

I just used the Insert:Media:Plugin to upload a video in .wav format and when I look at it on the web, it just says "ng PL" and nowhere does it play.  What am I doing wrong?  I did 'put' it onto the server.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks,

First, the wav format is an audio format not a Windows media format.  Thus the computer can decide what to do with it.  Either iTunes or WMP or any other media player could pick up the file.
Second, wav files are typically uncompressed.  Thus you are making your users download a file that is larger than they need to be download if it were to be encoded as MP3 or AAC, both of which are more optimized for web streaming and/or distribution.
Then what you need to look at is a Flash player or if HTML5 is an option, the audio tag, to embed the audio file onto your website.

    Hi,
According to your description, it looks like you encountered a Graphic driver problem. Have you tried to reinstall Graphic driver for test? If not, please have a try.
If possible, also reinstall the sound card driver.
If problem persists, You can try to use System File Checker tool to fix your problem. Please refer to the following link for detailed operation.
