Dial pad not loading on Transfer/Warm Transfer

Hi Friends,
weird issues coming in IC where we cannot replicate .
Issue: When Agent is in on call and clicks Transfer/Warm Transfer then dial pad should to transfer but for very few agents not able to see dial pad or for some taking long time to load.
can anybody faced the issues like this and it would be great if you can share with solution with us.

    Hi,
    When being connected to a bank (fixed line) support number through Skype I have to choose an option in their systems menu through the dial pad to be connected to the right department. However their system is not recognizing numbers picked from the dial pad and asks again after which the call is disconnected.
    Please advise?

    You can uninstall current version of Skype from the control Panel and you can install Special Version.
    http://www.skype.com/go/getskype-sse
    and disable automatic updating of Skype.
    In Skype, Tools >> Options >> Advanced >> Automatic updates >> Click on Turn off automatic updates >> Save Changes.

  • Treo 680 Dial Pad not working after desktop update

    I was a Zire 72 user.
    I bought a Treo 690. As manual said, I installed Palm Desktop over my old Zire PD.
    Everythings works fine but two problems.
    1- The dial pad does not show the numbers for dial anymore.
    When I press the dial pad, nothing happens. If I use the 5 way navigator, I can switch between all the other 4 tabs, but it acts like the dial pad tab does not exist.
    2- Contacts were not updated ion my phone. I guess it's because I'm synchronizing with outlook 2007. Should I install 2007 conduit updater?
    I'm thinking it would be better to uninstall PDesktop, reset my palm and start installing each application one by one.

  • Dial Pad not working

    Hi, the problem that I am having is blocking the possibility to make calls where there are extensions to be selected. The dial pad used to work until short time ago, now it stopped. I have the latest Skype version: 6.21.0 I cannot call my support because I have to select the extension, I cannot call my bank because of the extensions and so on! Please somebody help!!!!!

    This also happend to me. Skype is now totally useless if this cannot be fixed.

    Howdy Mobile User,
    If I understand correctly your Phone app launches but you cannot get the the keypad. I would start by quitting the Phone app:
    iOS: Force an app to close
    Double-click the Home button.
    Swipe left or right until you have located the app you wish to close.
    Swipe the app up to close it.
    When you have done that restart the device and test the issue again:
    iOS: Turning off and on (restarting) and resetting

    Wow.  i'm glad I'm not the only one unable to locate a way to lodge a new post (so I'll have to use this reply as well).  At the risk of offending people in here i have to say that this would be the worst forum interface I've ever seen.  What sort of forum makes it impossible to post a new question?
    But onto my question.
    I have a Nokia 925 which I think is a great phone, dispite the annoying lock ups every now and then. But just now I went to make a phone call and the number pad will not display!!!  From the phone log screen I click the dial pad icon at bottom of screen and get the display "Loading . . . ." or the phone hangs for 5 to 10 seconds and then reverts to the Start screen.
    Everything else on the phone is working fine.  i can email, txt and even make phone calls from my contacts list.  And I can bring up the number from within a call initiated through my Contacts list.  I have deleted my call log, txt history and rebooted (a couple of times).  I have also tried a "soft" reset - hold volume down key while starting.  I am using (approx.) 15GB of my 32GB storage.  I haven't installed anything on the phone of late, this just appears to have started randomly this morning.
    Anyone else had issues with the number/dial pad not showing up?  Any ideas on how to fix it?

  • TS1702 applications even things like text messages and dial pad keep shutting after 30 secs to 1 minute

    My iphone is less than one year old.
    Just in the last two weeks it keeps crashing out of applications including text messages, dial pad, notes, calender etc.I am lucky if i get upto 2 minutes without it closing on me. It closes to home screen.

  • Images not loading after I transfer them to the server.

    There is some hidden code that only shows up on the remote server that I am transferring my files to that is causing my images to not load on the page.  I tried to cut and paste the code in here but it will not show up.  If you go to www.cheyennetrailriders.com and view the source code you will see little squares in front of images/084.jpg".  Does anyone know how to get rid of this code?
    The images load fine in dreamweaver and preview mode on my machine, problem only happens when I transfer everything to the remote server.

    The images are now loading for me, (on second visit).
    It was being caused by the accessibility checker extension in FF, when I disabled then re-enabled it they worked, (close page first).

    The tech tool diagnostic software (as part of apple care protection plan) stops in the middle of scanning.

    First, know that if you have any old PPC-only applications they will no longer work. You should uninstall them completely. Secondly, applications that don't work may require upgrades for compatibility with Mountain Lion. Thirdly, you may have a dysfunctional upgrade for which you should try this:
    Reinstalling Lion/Mountain Lion Without Erasing the Drive
    Boot to the Recovery HD: Restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the COMMAND and R keys until the menu screen appears. Alternatively, restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the OPTION key until the boot manager screen appears. Select the Recovery HD and click on the downward pointing arrow button.
    Repair the Hard Drive and Permissions: Upon startup select Disk Utility from the main menu. Repair the Hard Drive and Permissions as follows.
    When the recovery menu appears select Disk Utility. After DU loads select your hard drive entry (mfgr.'s ID and drive size) from the the left side list.  In the DU status area you will see an entry for the S.M.A.R.T. status of the hard drive.  If it does not say "Verified" then the hard drive is failing or failed. (SMART status is not reported on external Firewire or USB drives.) If the drive is "Verified" then select your OS X volume from the list on the left (sub-entry below the drive entry,) click on the First Aid tab, then click on the Repair Disk button. If DU reports any errors that have been fixed, then re-run Repair Disk until no errors are reported. If no errors are reported click on the Repair Permissions button. Wait until the operation completes, then quit DU and return to the main menu.
    Reinstall Lion/Mountain Lion: Select Reinstall Lion/Mountain Lion and click on the Continue button.
    Note: You will need an active Internet connection. I suggest using Ethernet if possible because it is three times faster than wireless.

    What do you mean the PC won't let you transfer the music? Save your entire iTunes folder (this is assuming that you have all your music stored in your iTunes folder) to an external hard drive. Connect that hard drive to your Mac. Copy the iTunes folder to your computer. Hold down the option key while launching iTunes on your Mac. Select the library you just copied when it ask you to select which library you want to open.
