Dial plan change.Internal calls are dialing slow
Hi,
I have made dial plan change in one customer from 3 digits to 2.But there is an IVR with CTI ports with 3 digits and the first digit is overlapping with some 2 digits phones. So when you try to dial for example number 61 the CUCM is waiting for the interdigit timeout because the CTI RP is with number 600.And there are some hunt pilots with 3 digits. So I have decided to move all 3 digits CTIs and hunt pilots to different partition and exclude them from the internal partition, but the problem still exists. So let say I have:

we are also seeing a lot of IDOCs (SM58) that have status Text as "Transaction Recorded".Hi,
i've resolved problem 46029, but it remains loop problem in Oracle Bi Administration Tool. In addition, if in Answers I click on "Create Direct Request" I have results immediately. Otherwise if I submit a query on "Settings->Administration->Issue SQL, system goes in loop as in Administration Tool. At this point a begin to think that problem is at AWM creation cube step. In your opinion? What about your opinion? What other checks can I do, to resolve the situation?
P.S. If I submit the same query given from NQSQuery.log under SQL PLUS, it goes in loop.
P.S.2. I've tried all on a smaller cube. "Update Row Count" or "Retrieve Data" in Administration Tool now responds in acceptable time. I've deployed cube in Answers, and even in it , query returns in acceptable time. But it's a very small cube. For larger cubes situation is that explained. However, in this way, i think i can exclude all previous problems as cause of my issue. What do you think? However the problem remains. What can i do?
My trouble is that I have still deployed a month ago a cube which responds in two seconds even to complex queries :-). Since that moment, performance has been always worst. The only change i've made has been of execute procedure to have multiple catalogs (and rpds) on same machine...

Internal Order's Planning change history
Hi Experts,
As per our requirement, we want to track changes made in Internal Order (Tr .code KO02) whenever changes made in only planning (not in Master data for which we are able find change documents). Also for Planning changed history we are able to find recent user which had done changes in the planning but we are not able to find what changes made by him & previous history of changes.
I already checked the tables CDHDR, CDPOS, CDCLS and Tr.code AUT10 but not able to find any Internal Orders Planning change history. any suggestions are highly appreciated.
Thanks in advance..Use KOBP to see line items in order planning. Change the layout to show user, date, cost element, order.
As plan data is not master data there is no change history, but documents posted for planning data. -
PSTN - International calls not working

i have cuscm 8.x and H.323 gateway . all international calls are working fine except one number starting with 00351..............
ccapi inout is atached .
calling number is : 356The disconnect cause code is 1 which means unassigned number. The number 900351966554386 is hitting dial-peer 10 and going out. Is that what its supposed to do?

Online Plan change doesn't take effect!
After over a decade and a half of being with AT&T I switched here. Last month I changed my plan online (minutes) . When I submitted the change last month, the message said "It will take effect next cycle on 05/10/2011". Now I see my next bill now, and the plan has not changed! I just tried calling customer service and they've some technical issues and can't pull up any billing info temporarily ! I just don't understand when I saw it said the plan change was confirmed and it will take effect and now it's the same plan ! So now I did it again and it says now it will take effect 06/10/2011! This time I printed the daamnn thing to make sure there's nothing funky going on! I'm really ticked off.
Personally, I would make the plan change immediate and just pay the prorates since you are wanting the plan changed and you are having trouble with getting it changed on the next billing cycle

I changed my data plan from 6g to 8g while my daughter who attends college outside of the US at Toronto Canada (and we have on a international calling and international data plan) was on spring break at her grandparents house here in the US. I made the change online since I had been waiting on the phone for over 10 minutes for a customer service rep to come available. Well when I made the change online since that seems to be the thing that Verizon wants it's customers to do and I didn't see all the different plans available and just did the upgrade to 8g. Next bill had over $900 in roaming charges on her phone line. I called the 1-800 number and waiting for a service rep and after 20 minutes of waiting and being put on hold was told it was the customers mistake and there was nothing they could do.Thanks for nothing. I called back after thinking about it and wondered why changing a data plan for the phones in the US would change a international call plan. Waiting over 10 minutes again between waiting for a service rep and hold for one to answer the call. Gave her all the information about it and she said she would call back. Well, 4 days later over the weekend she had nevered called back. So on the phone again for the third time and after 20 plus minutes again was told that when I did it online I click the plan that didn't include international call only the data plan. Explained that I never saw the difference in the plan packages so put on hold again and was told that they could credit $100 to my bill. Wow, thanks alot !!! We have been Verizon customers for probably atleast 12 years and this is how you treat your long term customers?

Hi, Thilina66. You say you have entered the country code but still cannot make international calls. I suppose you are adding the international access code before the country code. This internaltional access code (011 in the US, 00 in Europe, etc.) can be substituted by adding a + sign before the country code.
For example, to call a number in the UK from the US you have to dial:
011 44 7540 267898
or
+44 7540 267898
To call a number in the US from the UK you have to dial:
00 1 212 456 1470
or
+1 212 456 1470
Please check that the contact number in your address book is correctly written if you are dialing directly from the address book or that you enter the correct numbers in the keyboard if you are dialing from the keyboard. -
Looking for a International Calling Plan + Data?

Let me first start by saying I am deploying to South Korea (Osan AFB) .
I am looking for a plan with unlimited data usage and at least 450 minutes. I was reading about your global phones and south Korea is CDMA so that is good. It looks like I would have to get a new Droid but that's alright.
I have a few questions though:
1. How does the data work for that plan? I don't quite understand how it works.
2. It says its $1.99 per minute, do you really charge by the minute? $1.99 is steep for a minute,
If I used 200 minutes at that rate my bill would cost $398 plus the taxes and other expenses.
3. What can the party I am calling expect? Would it have to be a world phone to?
I am just really trying to figure out how much this would cost.

FreddyI would strongly reccomend AGAINST trying to use your Verizon service overseas. As you've discovered, the per minute rates are quite high, and your unlimited data plan will not work there, you would need to pay roaming rates for data as well, and they are no more palatable than the voice rates for international service.
Once you get to South Korea, you should research local carriers and get service from one that is affordable and has the services you need, probably a prepaid carrier.
To your last question, Verizon customers are not charged international rates for INCOMING international calls, so you could call back to the States from your local cellphone, landline, or VoIP provider, and they would be charged the same as if they were getting a call from another phone in the US. -
I am receiving calls from 911, 917, 918, 919, etc. I believe these are international calls from mobile phones in India. How can I block/stop them?

hi all.When pressed play and make some changes in loop (eg fade in fade out) are very slow to implement, and also the loops from the library are very slow to play, corrects the somewhat self so is the Logic??

It sounds like you are seeing some odd performance issues with Logic Pro X. I recommend these troubleshooting steps specifically from the following article to help troubleshoot what is happening:

Verify that your computer meets the system requirements for Logic Pro X

Test using the computer's built-in audio hardware
If you use external audio hardware, try setting Logic Pro X to use the built-in audio hardware on your computer. Choose Logic Pro X > Preferences > Audio from the main menu and click the Devices tab. Choose the built in audio hardware from the Input Device and Output Device pop-up menus. If the issue is resolved using built-in audio, refer to the manufacturer of your audio interface.
Start Logic with a different project template
Sometimes project files can become damaged, causing unexpected behavior in Logic. If you use a template, damage to the template can cause unexpected results with any project subsequently created from it. To create a completely fresh project choose File > New from Template and select Empty Project in the template selector window. Test to see if the issue is resolved in the new project.
Sometimes, issues with the data in a project can be repaired. Open an affected project and open the Project Information window with the Project Information key command. Click Reorganize Memory to attempt to repair the project. When you reorganize memory, the current project is checked for any signs of damage, structural problems, and unused blocks. If any unused blocks are found, you will be able to remove these, and repair the project. Project memory is also reorganized automatically after saving or opening a project.
Delete the user preferences
You can resolve many issues by restoring Logic Pro X back to its original settings. This will not impact your media files. To reset your Logic Pro X user preference settings to their original state, do the following:
In the Finder, choose Go to Folder from the Go menu.
Type ~/Library/Preferences in the "Go to the folder" field.
Press the Go button.
Remove the com.apple.logic10.plist file from the Preferences folder. Note that if you have programmed any custom key commands, this will reset them to the defaults. You may wish to export your custom key command as a preset before performing this step. See the Logic Pro X User Manual for details on how to do this. If you are having trouble with a control surface in Logic Pro X, then you may also wish to delete the com.apple.logic.pro.cs file from the preferences folder.
If you have upgraded from an earlier version of Logic Pro, you should also remove~/Library/Preferences/Logic/com.apple.logic.pro.
Restart the computer.

Reinstall Logic Pro X
Another approach you might consider is reinstalling Logic Pro X. To do this effectively, you need to remove the application, then reinstall Logic Pro X. In the Finder, choose Applications from the Go menu.
Locate the Logic Pro X application and drag it to the trash.
Open the Mac App Store
Click the Purchases button in the Mac App Store toolbar.
Sign in to the Mac App Store using the Apple ID you first used to purchase Logic Pro X.
Look for Logic Pro X in the list of purchased applications in the App Store. If you don't see Logic Pro X in the list, make sure it's not hidden. See Mac App Store: Hiding and unhiding purchases for more information.

External and internal mikes are not automatically switching over either recording or on voice calls
My laptop model name is HP Pavilion dv4-1100ea which is shipped with Vista Home premium 32 bits and has got service pack 1.
Restored the laptop to factory setting since then I am having the following problems; I had the same problem when my laptop was brand new and whenever I reset the laptop to factory setting I get the following problems:
1. External and internal mikes are not automatically switching over either in middle of the recording using sound recorder or while the call in progress on voice calls (skype):
Using the sound recorder if I start recording the sound with external mike and in-between recording if I switchover from external mike to inbuilt mike and later on when I play back I can only hear the sound up till where I used the external mike during recording, after the switchover to inbuilt mike I cant hear any sound.
But if I start the recording with inbuilt mike and in between recording if I plug in the external mike and later on when I play back I can only hear the sound up till where I used the inbuilt mike during recording , after the switchover to external mike I cant hear any sound.
So in brief both my external and internal mikes are working fine, only problem is that if I start recording (using sound recorder) or voice call with one specific mike, I have to continue with it till the end. I can’t switchover to another mike in between the conversation (voice call) or recording, if I do so, I have to select the mike manually in chat software but while recording I cant even select manually because in laptop, it takes the mike whichever is in current use as default mike in recording tab(sound window). The green tick automatically (in recording device tab) switches over according to the use of mike. Though the green tick in the recording tab is switching over automatically according to use of mikes, its not picking up the sound after switch over during recording.
2. And also when I click on recording device tab in sound window and plug in external mike, though the green tick automatically switchovers from internal to external mike, while I speak both internal and external mikes volume meter respond to the sound inputs by rising and falling but if I take out external mike, green tick goes to internal mike and when I speak only internal mike volume meter respond to sound rising up and down not the external mike.
To resolve the issue I have tried following steps with no luck:
1.I have checked the mikes(internal and external) properties, the both mike shows to be enabled in general tab, in level tab the volume is set to 100 and in advanced tab , all options are selected.
2. In device manager I have got only one audio driver named as “IDT High definition Audio CODEC”. I have uninstalled the audio driver and reinstalled it using scan for hardware option
3. Uninstalled the audio driver in device manager and reinstalled the audio driver using recovery manager > advanced option> hardware driver re-installation.
3. I have updated the BIOS(Insyde F.65, 12/02/2010).
4. I tried to update the audio driver using below link but things went more worse so I did system restore (not factory setting though).

I feel that Verizon has conducted and treated a long time customer in a predatory manner just to make a few dollars. I added a hotspot feature on my Iphone and its called a plan change. I wanted 1 gig and ended up with 4 gigs. If 1 gig was not available I was not informed. Plus the charge for the convertion to a new plan. I called today and I cancelled the plan so I 'm being charged another fee for the plan change. I have really enjoyed working with Verizon but I will have to start looking for another provider.

Issue with SPA525g registation and FXO port call calls are not disconnecting properly
Hi,
I have a UC540 and updated it to the latest IOS version with the latest firmware to my phones and i am having registration problems with SPA525g IP Phones. I updated the firmware of the phones as well and create manual tftp bindings with but still it is not registering. I run a couple of debugs (debug tftp events and debug ephone registration) I can see from the logs and in the phone that it is taking the proper VLAN and being discovered via CDP and being pointed to the TFTP server and still wont register. I can see that it is also taking its own .cnf file properly then the output sccp token regected invalid devices error is shown I have a SPA502G and it is working fine. Also there is a previous issue that all the voice port are shown as engage or offhook even the calls are disconnected thus make the main PSTN number busy am based in UAE and our service provider is etisalat I have check with them about the proper disconnection values but still it the same. That's why I have arrived in the conclusion to just update everything including the IOS and the phones firmware. I have put my config in this post, I am also trying to take the CCNA Voice exam on the 2nd week of april and I think that if i don't know how fix this issue for our customer then I would probably fail that exam. any suggestion and help is greatly appreciated cisco experts.

ThanksNicolo - First off this stuff gets crazy sometimes. No worries about the exam. Sometimes when FXO ports go crazy it is due to battery reversal. If you go to the FXO port settings try turning battery reversal on and or off... depending on its current setting. See if that helps.
As for the 525s not registering.. These are inside the network correct? Are you connecting one directly to the UC500 with a Cat5E or Cat6 patch cable and the same thing happens? Does the MAC address on the phone match a MAC address under the EPHONE settings?
If you telnet into the UC500 can you execute a "dir" command at the CLI prompt and "CD" (change directory) into the phones folder and then the spa525g folder? Do files exist in there?
Also I only see an IP address under BVI100? This is the voice side of things what happened to the IP address under BVI1 (Data VLAN). Can you give us some information about the internal network? Cna you PING this phone system from the network? What IP address does it have?
