Dictation in Pages is Greyed out, but works in notes. Anyone know how to turn it on in pages?
Have had no luck in using the dictation in Pages. Tried Peferences but that does not help. Any ideas???

My laptops QWERTY row of keys does not work for long periods at random intervals and only after pushing all the buttons on the row does it eventually turn back on and then will still cut out every now and again, anyone know how to solve this? If not is there any way to actually get a genuis appointment lol to get one of them to have a look at the hardware on the keyboard?

Does anyone know how to turn off the pop-up iCloud log-in window on iPhone 5c. I have no desire to use iCloud. I have turned off iCloud in settings but that does not seem to deter the pesky little pop-up from continually asking me to log-in
ThanksPop up usually meant that icloud activation lock is still on on Apple servers. In order to deactivate you need to turn icloud back on by signing in and then sign out properly. For your sake I hope that you know the password.

Does anyone know how to turn off my Yahoo! email from popping up? Currently, my Yahoo! email pops up, but I have to go to Mail to get my gmail. I would love to switch this! Any thoughts?
It's all or nothing. You can to selectively get notifications for one account and not the others. As for g-mail, how do you have it set up? If it's not set to poll automatically, or set up as push (as an Exchange account), then you won't be notified until you maually open the mail client and pull it down.

I have an Iphone 4S that i installed the face button app. After trying to use it, my phone locked and I cannot get it to work anymore. does anyone knows how to reset this phone and get it working again?
A reset may help. Tap and hold the Home button and the On/Off buttons for approximately 10-15 seconds, until the Apple logo reappears. When the logo appears, release both buttons.

The firefox icon is greyed out but works
the firefox icons on desktop and folder all greyed out. they work to connect, but i'd like original icon. i have re-installed software 3 times with same result.

Okay, so I got the latest update and apparently it doesn't work. I had an icon on my desktop that wouldn't open because the 'newer Itunes' is apparently corrupt or something. Going into my applications, I found another Itunes icon and it opens up, but not the F7, F8 and F9 keys aren't working with it. I've already tried installing the latest version and that hasn't helped. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Wi-fi icon in menubar greyed out but working perfectly?
Normally when my wi-fi icon is greyed out I cannot use the internet but today everything is perfect except for the colour of the icon.
I have relaunched the Finder and restarted my iMac but it remains grey.
Any suggestions?I have the same thing on my iMac,
any clues as to the reason.
I clcick the icon of my menubar and back on and its on now. WiFi worked all the time.

I recently purchased a song from itunes and when the song downloaded, it deleted/removed my entire song library. Only leaving the one song.
My photos and aps are still there, but no songs. Anyone ever encounter this and how do you fix it? I don't want to loose my songs as some are not in MY itunes library. HelpIf the songs are still on your ipod, make sure autosync is disabled in iTunes on your computer, connect and right click on it in the device list, then choose "transfer purchases" to copy all bought media and apps from your ipod to your computer.
If the songs are not on your computer and got deleted from your ipod as well, you can't get them back, unless you have a backup of your iTunes library as part of your computer backup. -

It says the Add On Compatibility Reporter no longer works and I think this might be the problem. When I click to open my MAFF file, it asks would i like to open it with Firefox, I click open and then another tab opens asking me the same question. What is wrong?

When I start Final Cut Pro X it don´t come further then to the blue-red window Final Cut Pro X Version 10.0 and underneath that the text Reading "Musik vid Siljan - dag 5" event. Please help me!!!!
It seems something is corrupt in that event. One thing to try is to temporarily move the folder for that event out of the Final Cut Events folder using the Finder. Then try to open FCP X. If it now opens, you know that event is corrupt. As to how to fix a corrupt event? Not sure there is a better way than reimporting the media as a new event.
