Dictation issues on iPad

I just recently have been trying to use dictation on my iPad for the past two weeks.
It's been working fine up until recently.
Everything was working every single type of function from capitalization two parentheses in quotations.
Now however capitalization functions do not seem to work they just seem to spell out and do not correct what I want capitalized.
This entire question I'm using with dictation and as you can tell caps on it isn't working.
I've tried all the tips between pausing in between each command and fluently speaking the command with the statement.
However all it does is spell out the capitalization command all caps on and it's starting to actually really confuse me all caps off.
I've even tried resetting dictation twice already and still have not found the answer to my problem.
Any and all help will be greatly appreciated thank you in advance.

Read this thread, as it does not appear to be isolated to you. Since dictation is via Apple Servers, this is likely and Apple Server issue and it would appear there is nothing you can do directly on iPad.

Another way besides tapping the text box is to tap the screen to bring the keyboard up, tap the .?123 key, then tap the undo key to bring the erased dictation back.

What I have done is to set up a different sign in (is that called an Apple ID?) within iTunes (I now have two different names I can use to sign in to iTunes). They both still use the same iTunes and my personal apps and information appear to be available to my second sign in name (the second sign in name is what I intend to use for the company iPad). When I sync the company iPad how do/can I keep my persoanl information from being syc'd automatically to the comapany iPad?

It sounds like you will still want to link your iPad and computer, but you want to prevent the iPad from syncing information from your computer to your iPad. I have an article here for you that can help tell you how to set this up:

You will want to follow the steps here to set up the iPad for syncing, but when it comes time to sync, you'll just want to make sure that the boxes for syncing the multitude of items that you can sync remain unchecked so that none of that information gets synced into the iPad.
Another note: your second Apple ID will not be able to access the apps, music, movies, tv shows, etc., that you have purchased under your primary Apple ID. Even though it seems that the secondary Apple ID still has access to those items, that is just because you are viewing your second Apple ID through the iTunes Store section on your computer and you have those items saved locally on your computer. You will need to repurchase and download all of the content that you wish to use again on your second Apple ID, if that is what you wish to solely use on this iPad.

Sorry, I didn't make myself clear. I'm using a new Wordpress theme that is meant to be responsive. The large image is for a header, than you scroll down to see the rest, one by one. Some one the pages work OK on my iPad, typically the old ones where the maximum image size was 500 x 500. It's the new pages and those I've updated that are causing the problem. On the iPad the large image loads, then a couple of the small ones become visible as I scroll down, but then darkness (rather like my knowledge level).
Being new to IOS and iPads, I'm trying to work out whether I should be looking here, or amongst the Wordpress stuff for a solution.

My friend is now facing one issue with iPad. He clicked on screenshot (attached with email) with Google mail app (iPad) and the screenshot is now stuck open. He cannot close it using the little X in the upper right which does not respond. So his Gmail app is completely blocked by this open screenshot! tried everything including shutting down and rebotting his iPad.

I use the Gmail app and have never had that problem. But Apple has nothing to do with the Gmail app. If you want to report a bug, report it to Google through the app itself.

Safari ios7 issues on iPad Air - can't open new tabs or view other tabs.
The + sign just closes the app every single time!
In some cases, the back and forward buttons don't work.
It's driving me crazy becuase if the webpage I'm on opens and ad or tab that I don't want to look at, I can't close it and go back, I have to retype the web address in and find where I was on the site!

I, too, tried all the fixes...nothing worked.
Found another thread on this forum and looks like a lot of us are having same problem.
Next time it happens, go to SETTINGS/GENERAL/ABOUT and check to see it there is a "low memory" incident report.
If there is:

Seems to be common....this could turn into a HUGH issue.

Most people will, eventually, have sound problems: the cause can be complex as a 'miss-behaved' app that messes the sound engine or as simple as the iPad being on Mute/Volume Down.

Hi again, Demo! Gosh, I was hoping the list included Spanish. Do you know if there is a plan in the making for Spanish? It kinda surprises me, since Spanish is the most prolific language, at least here in the US.

Dictation Feature when iPad is connected to a keyboard?

I've got the Apple keyboard/docking station for my iPad3. Is there a function to be able to dictate when its still connected to the keyboard?

This issue manifests as The volume control shows sound effects on screen or phantom docking no volume slide control.
For the beginners, the issue is often the side switch is set to mute on off and not screen rotation lock. The switch is off. (see settings)
Other issues around software and airport use can be resolved by hard reset, or reset options inside the settings. I use AIRPORT all the time.
You may have even tried the re-installing the firmware/ios
So when all has failed to work, the you may have dock connector PIN 21 problem.
I had an issue that started with the ipad whe it was on USB cable to PC.
No drop, no sudden cable movements. Just gone....
No volume slider. IPAD behaves as if it was docked when not.
Slight movement when usb cable is in occasionally brings the volume control back but only for a few seconds then it disappears.
Mine is going back for repair/replacement.
