Dictionary: "No Entries Found"

Question

Hi, Apple buddies,
I installed CEDICT as discussed in
http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?messageID=6475317&#6475317
on my office MacBook, and no matter what letter I type, it always returns with "No Entries Found". But other third party dictionaries are working perfectly.
The same version CEDICT is working fine with my old iBook G4.
Could any one here help me?

I use to have reference libraries, like Thesaurus and New Oxford, etc. Now, after updating to Lion (very cool w/ a magic trackpad!), I have only Apple and Wikipedia.  When I try to look up something via only the apple library I get the no entries found. When I use wikipedia, yes it works, but I don't like that one as well. I liked the new oxford dictionary and the thesaurus , but they're gone.
Oh, and yes, I went to dictionary > preferences and the only reference libraries there are the Apple Dictionary and Wikipedia.. and both are checked. As I said though, only wikipedia now works.
The only thing I can think of is that after the Lion upgrade I had to clean out some duplicate files  (my launchpad was a mess due to many duplicates I made) and I accidentally cleared out something I wasn't supposed to.  Unfortunately I emptied my trash since then too, drats.  Is there any way to download what I need?  I've found plugins for other languages, but I want the English versions.
