Dictophone problems (does not play recorded audio)

Hi, everyone. I have a very big problem with my Ipod 4g touch.
I've made several audio notes by standart dictophone. But two of them are not playing. Also the're not displaying in iTunes. I don't want to loose these notes, because they're very important.
The length of the first audio note is 2 hours 20 minutes.
The length of the second audio note is 1 hour 25 minutes.
I already made several notes with length = 1 hour 30 minutes, and they played correctly. Please help - what should I do?

Yes, it just sits instead of auto-playing.
I can't figure out what's going wrong. I can manually start the audio behind the scenes using the web console. Here's how:
* Select and copy the following line of script:<br><br>document.querySelector("audio").play();
* Double-click the MP3 to call up the player
* Press Ctrl+Shift+k to open the web console
* If necessary, click next to the caret (>>)
* Paste and press Enter to run the script
At that point, the MP3 should start playing and you can close the web console. Obviously that shouldn't be necessary, but Google's code usually is too complex for me to debug.

Captivate 7 saved project randomly does not play slide audio in preview project.

I created a training project with over 100 slides. Each slide has an audio track that I recorded, When I preview each slide it sounds fine. Hi. I think what you need is Imovie. It will play HD video clips. Do you have it in your Macbook Pro. You show OS 10.6.8 If so should be Imovie 9.0.4 http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1412?viewlocale=en_US&locale=en_US This is the update for 10.6.8

Flash audio player not playing in safari (it shows but does not play).

Basically i own an internet radio station and for some reason the web player (flash player) no longer plays in Safari since i upgraded to OS X Lion, was working before but not now, it does show the player it just does not play any audio, however it does work in Google Chrome.. any ideas why its no longer working since installing Lion??

Audio does not play from MTS clips

So I imported footage shot with a Sony HXRNX70U (great camera by the way), and the video looks great and plays fine, but for some reason, premiere does not play the audio on the clips. I was albe to rip the sound and convert the audio files to WAV using another program, and then sync them up in premiere, but this is kinda time comusing, and I would perfer to use the uncompressed LPCM Audio. Does anyone know how to fix this? Hopefully Adobe will fix this bug soon, because its super annoying.

Didn't we have this issue raised a few time several months ago related to the NX5 ? I thought that a PPro version 5 update had fixed this.
As far as I can tell the hardware and the headers are fine. As I've mentioned before, it is simply big-endian PCM as per Blu-ray. At the programming level It's trivial easy to identify/play/decode it and should have been very easy for Adobe to fix.

As far as I can see, it's random. Everything. Nothing makes any sense!
A the moment, the iPhone is playing music with the SIM card, but without anything plugged into it, but it's occasionally fading in and out.
Oh, and I doubt this is related, but about two months ago the iPhone failed to show that the battery was draining - it was stuck at 100%. This went on for a few days, it wouldn't even warn me at the 20% mark, it would just shut off. This happened for at least three full charges - I remember at one point it suddenly started working again at about the 70% mark, I'm not sure if it was alright after that or if it went glitchy on the next charge... but in any case, the problem mysteriously never reappeared after those few days.

Tha audio in app videos does not play. It used to and works in Safari so my guess is it is an ios6 issue. Any ideas? Thanks.

Macbook Pro does not play audio part of video

Hi,
I have a Macbook Pro (early 2013 with OS 10.10.1).
A colleague sent me a video file, which was originally recorded in MTS format. The sound portion of it does not play on my machine, although it generally can handle MTS. I have a colleague with a Windows PC, for him the audio plays ok. I have another colleague with an older MBP, for him the audio also plays ok. But then I have two more colleagues with a newer MBP like me, and for none of us the audio plays at all. The strange thing is that I can open the file in various editors such as Premiere, Audition, or Logic Pro, and they would all show the waveform of the audio, even the VU meters react normally, but there still is no audible sound.
On the machines that play the sound, we have tried converting the video and exporting the audio portion into various other formats, but with the very same result. None of them play sound for me. This is extremely weird and we have no answer what could be the problem.
Any help would be very much appreciated.

thanks for the reply.
As I said, we had tried several editors and players, as well as all kinds of formats, using all kinds of converters, but so far to no avail.
The AAC codec is a common codec for the Mac, so there should be no need to convert it. I have videos with that codec that play ok. It already turned out that converting the video file to other formats does not make any difference.

I have uploaded an edge animate cc published html with sound. The html file opens perfectly on my mac pro safari browser perfectly with audio. But when I open the same file on my iphone5 the file opens but no the audio does not play. What wrong does anybody have an answer?

You are right. But there detail. If Online audio will be downloaded to this user interaction. Depending on your animation will all be out of sync with the audio. For the timeline will run before. I do not know how to do but needed to put a stop to that timeline only run when the audio is downloaded. I had problems in IOS and Android with audio using adobe edge previous version before they even have audio support. Used Edgehero who answered my expectations very well. Only had this same problem but it was solved this way.

Adobe Audition CC does not playback any audio file. He opens it but does not react on the play key. It is after use audio hardware usb wi-fi headphone and return to build-it out. The program don't react now.
I see problem:
I am unable to get playback at all in CS6 on Mac. The play button or spacebar will not move the playhead or make sound come out of the foamy things with the magnets. The play button toggles back and forth between green and white, but it isn't working. This is true in both multi track and waveform view.
Anyone have ideas on what the issue could be? Thanks!

Best bet would be to go into Preferences > Audio Hardware, verify your input and output devices are correct, and probably switch your Master Clock to the opposite setting. If that fails, we can continue troubleshooting.

Why does my video not play while audio does?

Using iMovie 9 found that after bringing a clip from clips pane into my project that I could no longer insert or edit the project. The green insert cursor remained but all was frozen. After quitting, video clips in project pane will not play while audio (both audio from the actual clips and music) does play. When mouse hovers/scrubs over the clips in the project pane the video clips do come alive but not when i press space bar or play buttons (play full screen /play project from beginning buttons) in bottom left of window. Strangely video in clips pane do play when I press space bar.
I tried creating a new project and importing clips but no video will play. Same thing applies to all my imovie projects. Another strange thing, the other projects will play when I click on Play Fullscreen button but not my most recent project. Instead, when I click Play full screen button the Last (ie. last in alphabeitical order) of my projects plays instead!
I would really appreciate some help with this. Have spent a lot of hours on the project and seems like I can't even start again.

- Try cleaning out/blowing out the headphone jack. Try inserting/removing the plug a dozen times or so. There is a little switch in the headphone jack that disconnects the speaker when the headphone jack is inserted.

- Make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store. Seems you have a bad headphone jack.

Lync recording does not play

Hi there,
I tried to record a meeting using Microsoft Lync 2013. The file was moved from its default location to a different computer but it could not play. I tried to play it again in the original location but it does not play in any media player.
I have a backup of the recorded file. Could someone help me in how recorded file can be played back?

Was the issue about file couldn’t be open or the recording could be open but with issue (such as without voice or no content)?
You can try to use Microsoft Lync Recording Manager, click the item and click Publish. Then try to open it with Microsoft Lync Recording Manager to check the issue again.
