Yes, everyones' does. It crashes several times a day. Click relaunch and it relaunches. Most of the times. Everybody who needs the bridge, hates the bridge.

Bridge Stops Working

After using Adobe Bridge CS5.1 successfully for a year with no problems, it no longer functions. It opens with "Bridge stopped working" and shuts down. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

I'm getting the same or very similar problem.
Running CS5.1/5.5 Design Std on Win 7 64-bit on HP laptop. Bridge was working fine until I fired it up today (haven't used it in a while).
Now it crashes on open with the following error:

Why did my motorola s9-hd stop working with my iPhone 3gs? I can't even be a foot away from my iPhone before my bluetooth headset losses signal. It wasn't like that before. What changed and how can it be fixed?

Sounds like you inadvertently have the Add Anchor Point tool active. Click and hold to get the full selection and choose the "regular" Pen tool at the top. (Or, just tap the P key.)

Why did my Filmstrip function in CS6 Bridge stop working?

I've been using Photoshop CS6 Bridge for about a year now. Just recently the Filmstrip function stopped working. I click on it and nothing happens. Everything else works - Essentials, Metadata, and Output. It's been this way for a couple of weeks. Rebooting doesn't fix it. I've never had this happen with any of the versions of Bridge over the years.

Thanks Curt. I just figured it out. I right clicked on Filmstrip which gave me an option of Reset in the drop down menu. I clicked on Reset and got my Filmstrip view back.

Bridge stopped working

Using windows 7 64 bit and Adobe Master Collection CS5.1 Been in use on machine over a year with no problems. I was importing photos from the files of a DVD slideshow. I removed the DVD from the computer and did not wait for the cashe to rebuild. Then I attempted to open Bridge again. Bridge attempted to open. Adobe Bridge Cs5.1 has stopped working: "Windows is searching for a solution to the problem…", but does not find a solution.
Tried "Hold down the Option key if on a Mac, the Control key if Windows, as you relaunch Bridge until you get a dialog box and select all three options to reset prefs when the dialog box comes up." This did not help.

The forum is not dead; moribund, perhaps. :-)
You do realize that this is a user forum, don't you? This is not a conduit to address Adobe.
The volunteer contributors who give their time free of charge here respond to questions if and when they think they can help, if they know the answer to a question, and if they think the original poster has provided enough, detailed information. No one has any obligation to answer questions.
My use of Windows is, mercifully, restricted to an absolute minimum these days, otherwise I would have attempted to extract more information from you about your machine and system.
At this point, I don't have more Windows tricks to offer you other than to uninstall and do a complete re-install of Photoshop.

Bridge "stops working" and displays split thumbnails and previews.

When working with Windows XP, my Photoshop/Bridge CS3 was working fine. On my new computer with Vista, Bridge acts up in strange ways. It sometimes shuts down spontaneously, causing a Windows "Bridge has stopped working" message to appear.
At other times, Bridge displays thumbnails that are split or only half there, with the preview image also split in half with the sides reversed. If I wait a few minutes, the proper thumbnails and preview finally appear, but this is a nuisance. BTW, the same copy of Bridge works just fine on my laptop with XP. When I contacted Adobe, they blamed it on Windows. When I contacted Windows, they blamed it on Adobe. Anyone with similar problems and suggested fix?

as it is nearly two months since your initial post, you may have already solved your problem. In which case I'll continue with this reply for the benefit of anyone else who suffers the same affliction:
My problem was Bridge CS3 running on a 32-bit Vista Home Premium SP1, Intel Core 2 CPU T5300 @ 1.73GHz and 2GB of RAM (if that makes any difference). Like Curt, I'm no computer expert either but I was experiencing a very similar problem to your's in CS3 Bridge.
The error message contained something about the "nvlddmkm.sys" not working. The 'nvlddmkm.sys' refers to the driver for my graphics card, a 'NVIDIA GeForce Go 7300', whose driver I had recently updated (to solve a separate conflict between an updated BIOS - it never stops!).
After some fiddling, I discovered that changing the 3D Graphics setting on the Nvidia Control Panel made Bridge once again behave.
Open the Nvidia Control Panel (right click on the 'desktop' to access it).
Under the '3D Settings' task, select 'Adjust Image Settings with Preview'. This should reveal a window with an image of a slowly spinning, three-dimensional Nvidia logo. (I understand that the Nvidia Control Panel is common to all its cards.)
Under the spinning logo image there are three options for 3D settings. On my computer, while my Bridge was broken, the "Use my preference emphasizing: Balanced" option was selected. I changed the option to, "Let the 3D application decide" and crikey! - when I restarted Bridge the previews were once again working. (It may be my imagination, but Bridge appears to now be going better than ever.)
I switched the Nividia preferences a couple of times just to make sure. The change appeared to have done the job.
NB: I noticed another discussion in the forums entitled "Suddenly No Images in Bridge" which appears to be a similar problem. They resolved it this way;
"Depress and hold Ctrl-Alt-Shift when you start PS or Bridge. A menu comes up with three options. Check them all."
I didn't see that fix until I had sorted mine so I haven't tried it... but now that 'it ain't broke', I 'ain't gonna fix it'!

Anyone know why Photoshop Elements editor 12 has stopped working? Whether I attempt to launch it from the organizer or from the start up screen it gives me a message that windows has stopped it?

I looked at your post this morning and did not know enough to respond, other than to find out that links to iListen now go to newer, renamed software. Considering it's been nine hours with no response, I'm suspecting few people here have experience with that software. You could contact the current copmany that used to sell that package and see if they have any archived support info.
BTW: please check you entry for "Mac OS" in your profile. It says iOS, which cannot run on an iMac. iOS is the system for phone and iPads but can't run on Mac computers. Do "About this Mac" from the Apple menu and see what it says about the OS version. Should look like this:

Why did my phone's airplay stop working when I updated to ios 6.1.1

I recently updated my iPhone 4S to the new operating system ios 6.1.1, and I now cannot connect my phone to my apple tv through airplay. I still can connect my wife's iPhone (3GS) to the apple TV, so I know it is not a network thing or something like that.
Does anyone know of a solution?
If you use airplay with you apple TV, I would reccommend holding off on the update until this error is fixed.

Today, I did a restore on my iPhone 4S, then reinstalled ios 6.1.1. My airplay works now as I had set it up as a new phone instead of restoring the from one of the backups.
Sometimes when a person restores a phone from one of the backups, you will just reinstall the previous problem. I also did not setup iCloud when I reinitialized my phone for I did not want the processing to be impeded.
I'll setup iClould later and see if that causes airplay to stop working as I think that was the cause.
I believe the problem was that there was just too many apps running in the background and too little ram and/or processing power left for airplay. With the new ios 6.1.1, it probably takes up more processing than previous versions and just enough to shutdown airplay and keep it from running.
Miket502, you might have a simular problem. I'm not telling you what to do with your phone, but it may be a solution to do what I did.

I just recently bought the Iphone 5. Its only been a couple of months and my lock button suddenly stopped working. My Iphone 5 isnt the only one that has done this, I know many other people whose phones have done the same thing. Does anyone know why they are doing this?

CS6 Bridge Stops Working

My CS6 bridge is crashing. I have CS6 Master Suite edition. When I open it up regularly or as administrator it opens up fine but when I either click on a file or a photo I receive a message that Bridge CS6 has stopped working.
Also my Mini Bridge in Photoshop CS6 is not working. I receive a message that says it is waiting for Bridge but the message never disappears & Mini Bridge never opens.
Can someone please inform how can I fix this?

The same story. No 3G after updating to 6.1. Told my daughter temporarily not to do an update on her iPad with 6.01. We've exchanged SIMs. I inserted her SIM in my iPad - 3G appeared immediately. And my SIM in her iPad with ios 6.01 also WORKS FINE. We use the same provider - Megafon Moscow. After attempting to revert SIMs to original configuration, 3G disappeared on my iPad again. Don't know what's going on with SIM during the update to 6.1

Is it possible to create this problem by accidentally typing Shift, Alt or Ctrl "," or "." or similar whilst using CS2 Dodge Tool? Thanks in advance!

It's probably something to do with the tool's brush. If picking a brush preset (not just a brush tip) doesn't fix it then reset the Dodge Tool. Right-click on the tool's icon at very left of Options bar and pick Reset Tool.
