I started out just simply trying to update my iphone 5 to ios 8.2 and it got stuck on the itunes plug in screen. I had to wait till then next day to ask my boyfriend to fix it because I have a chromebook and it can't get itunes. He did everthing apple told us to on the website, and it didn't work. We tried to reset the phone and that didn't work so we did the next thing, and tried to do a restore on itunes. However when did that it wasn't working so we put my phone into DFU and tried to do a factory reset. But, it didn't work and my phone ended up just turning black. I can see the back light on the screen (the light stays up like normally when you turn on the home screen) but, there is no logo or anything. Is there anything I can do to save my phone??? Please help. If you need anymore info let me know!

The Problem is resolved by :
Click on the "Start" button. Click "Run." Type the word "cmd" in the open box. When the DOS screen comes up, type "netsh winsock reset." Press "Enter." Type "exit" to close the DOS window and go back to Windows.
Restart the computer.

Your device is in recovery mode. All data on it are gone.
Certainly you backed up your device before attempting something major like a software upgrade right? If you didn't perfom this most basic of tasks, then your data are gone.

The error means that your antivirus or firewall is blocking the update process.

Updated DIVX now Firefox doesn't show/stream video at all. This has happened previously and had to re-install but that didn't work this time. Anyone help please?

This only happens when I update DIVX and only affects Firefox. The previous occasions when thiss happened I had to re-install the web player for Firefox, but even that hasn't worked.
I had been watching video stream fine prior to update and it is fine in IE6.
On webpage, vid box shows until play clicked then just a blank space where it should be.

Have you tried exporting a 10 second section of the footage to see if the issue shows up once the seqeunce is actually exported from the timeline. I edit on CS5 with windows 7 pro at work quite often and have no issues so I assure you that isn't the issue. I also edit with AVCHD footage when at home and work quite freqeuntly as well so I'm positive that isn't the issue. It sounds like a GPU driver has been corrupted in the way it interacts with premiere pro. What type of GPU do you have? If it supports MPE's GPU acceleration have you tried turning it off and seeing if that makes any difference?
Anyways though try to export a 10 second test section of your timeline to see if when the clip is exported from premiere it will play normally in windows media player or vlc or w/e media player you want to use. If it exports fine then you can almost be positive it's a corrupted video card driver. If that's the case I'd re-install your GPU's driver and also check your gpu makers website to see if they have a updated driver avaiable.

Yu can try placing the iPod in Recovery mode and then try restoring via iTunes. The problem is that if you can't restore your iPod may be bricked
Next would be to try DFU mode. this may also brick your iPod if it can't be restored.

I was able to fix mine. I went to software update and updated a few things. I did not update everything, but only what I thought were the essentials, which I believe was Safari, a security update, and a firmware update.
Then I deleted and reinstalled Itunes yet another time. Now the itunes store is back up again.

Try downloading any free app from the store (as that appears to reset something) and then re-try them - the free app can then be deleted.

Try resetting it: hold the on/off and home buttons 10-20 seconds until you see the Apple logo, ignoring the off slider that appears first, then release.
